Carissa seemed to know exactly what I needed today and it was one of the best massages I have had. I enjoyed her extra attention to my trouble spots and use of hot towels too. I just made another appointment to see her again!

It was truly the best experience ever. When you walk in, the receptionist was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. Shortly after the therapist was ready to take me back to the room. The room was very relaxing and made me feel comfortable right away. There was relaxing music playing in the back ground and the massage was amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Went in for my third prenatal massage. Farrah did such a great job at helping me relax she had me dozing off at one point. The atmosphere is very nice with music and soft lighting. I easily booked my appointment online. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have had a ton of Messages at the Willow Stream Spas at the Fairmont Resorts around the world ( 4 star hotels) and I have had messages all over DSM.... Today I had the best massage of my life with Gordon. If you are comfortable with a man massaging you, he will not disappoint! He showed me some stretches and breathing exercises for my injury. Super nice guy and is very knowledgeable about health sciences and energy. I have been to Abundant before and had a great massage but now Im a customer as long as Gordon is there.

Caleb did an amazing job and was very attentive to when the pressure was to much. There however was alot of chatter noted from the other room?, building?, etc. Not sure what could even be done about that but, I will definitely be returning in the near future. A+++

I tried cranial sacral for just half an hour and Danielle was able to help me release tension i had been holding onto before a surgery, I hope the working with scar tissue will help for a better recovery and i’d definitely trust her knowledge!

There is not a word for the awesomeness of Kylie’s massage. I was mentally transported into another realm with her relaxing techniques. My partner and I recently had a couples massage and it was the most enjoyable experience weve shared! My partner has very tense muscles that they describe as armor and the individual that did their massage was able to get in there. My partner said that they smiled the entire hour. She did a good job of thoroughly, but kindly working out the tension in my neck and shoulders. She also showed me some stretches to do after the massage. I have been going monthly to see Kayla since March 2023 and I can’t recommend her enough! I work out at a CrossFit gym and have a desk job, and between the two, I can have extremely tight muscles. After a deep tissue massage from Kayla, I feel noticeably more flexible and loose. Not only is she great in her craft, but she is also super personable and I’ve enjoyed chatting with her - I always learn something new from her about different muscles or ways to care for my body between treatments. Hands down the best massage Ive ever had. I went to Sharon years ago and lost her information and have been trying to find her since. I was late to my appointment and she offered to reschedule. I had to find a new massage therapist after the unexpected death of my MT of 30 years. I feel so fortunate to have found Sharon. She asked many questions about my problems, medical and other treatments, and showed such terrific diagnostic skill and customized my treatment accordingly. Her years of experience and skilled in so many types of modalities allows her to customize your massage by using what works best to address your needs.I usually get the Massage by Sharon, which is a combination of a relaxation massage (Swedish) and targeted work with deep tissue/sports massage and lymphatic drainage. You leave not only feeling relaxed but with less aches and pains without feeling beat up. Most LMTs cant do this. Shes AMAZING!

In a wonderful tucked away location behind Coopers Hawk in Clive, this is a wonderful place. The lobby is clean and very simple. The Swedish massage was fantastic. Ashlyn was calm and professional and asked me what I wanted. The pressure was as I requested. The atmosphere was perfect and I will definitely return to try the Reiki massage; one of many massage types they offer.

The therapist who finally greeted me after I had already been waiting for 10min could have told me Jean was going to be late. I even called the number while I was waiting and no one answered.

I came in today with killer neck, back, and rear head pain from doing too much heavy lifting and yard work. She was very careful and treated my painful areas with genuine care. I was in so much pain I did not feel like talking at all but about 30 minutes later, I was talking her ears out because the pain disappeared!Her place is not a huge office. Its a small room in a salon building but thats not an issue with me but I just wonder about love couples want to get their massage done together.If you have questions, text her number on her website. She replied super fast and I got my appointment the next morning!Im broke but planning to save up and come back for another visit
