The place is nice to be at but the performer that was supposed to arrive today 4-20-24 is late . But the roof is falling apart some seats have holes in the leather. And their dress code isnt strict like it says on their website they are almost as lenient as splash with dress code

The security person are a little bit to dramatic and not even in a good way, the bartender sucks all 3. The girl takes for ever talking to men and the alcohol it’s more water than actually alcohol. I got two shots of patron and it was water with lit bit of alcohol. The music it’s alright but they need a better bar.

This is the second time I come. The staff have always been nice. The music is the one that sets me off. Today it was advertised as pre Cinco de mayo event but they hardly put any Spanish music. Its catered to only a certain type of ethnicity.

The tickets to get inside are $30 , there’s a small section for adults and a separate small area for 18+. You can’t take your drinks outside to smoke, you can’t smoke inside ?

Yikessss was trying to have a good time with some friends but security is so annoying and close even though we werent doing anything at all. While I was in the 21+ area I was also approached by the same security who told me I dont look old enough to drink.Like??? Your door person looked at and scanned my VALID california ID so if security doesnt trust them thats on them but they cant keep pestering customers just because they look young according to him. Whats the point of ID checks and putting the 21+ mark on the hand if looks is all they go on. Later we were deep in the crowd when security came and said to leave without an explanation and when pressed for one security said I dont need a reason or to explain myself Like ok so you own the place now? Never coming back, security is good to have at a place but not if their goal is to harass only woman

Horrible experience if i could leave 0 stars i would. Do not come to this club unless you wanna get finissed. So first off all they dont allow “white tees” but everyone else in the club had white Tees on but it was a problem when i had one. Anyways i go tk car to put on my jacket and finally let me in. Not even 10 minutes in they kick me out for no explanation at all including my 2 friends after we just paid 15 each and bougbt drinks. They knew what they were doing and took our money to purposely kick us out. Some little rude russian karen gave us no explanation just ran us out. I will be making complaints because that is unacceptable.

I had an amazing time! The staff were all nice and great looking! Haha! Was a little bummed because I left to grab some cash out of my car and didn’t realize I couldn’t get back in! But that’s my bad because I’m not from this area! Great place to have a fun night!

Great service! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Love it. The lady at the front desk was really nice. :)5 stars to the service provided.But, the DJ kept cheating and giving away the contest hookahs to random hot girls instead of to the people with tickets waiting to win. It wasnt very fair. That DJ needs to go or start playing fair.

Terrible service.. ordered a ton of drinks and gave great tips to bartender and the sister of the owner was really rude. Thought we couldnt pay for all the shots we bought for a Bachelorette party. Im a hard working nurse and found that very offensive. I gave more then a 50% tip and she questioned if we can pay for drinks before she even ran our card. Not right.

Absolute garbage club! Judgemental employees with over priced drinks! Wish i could give it -5 stars. Kicked me out when i was trying to leave anyways just because i have tats and a southern accent.

Went on a Saturday and had about 5 girls with us. First, they tried to charge all of us $10 to get in. Which I confirmed with their promoter earlier in the day that it was free before 11. On top of that their Facebook even says its free before 11 on that day and their DJ even mentioned it. So I was already annoyed that they tried to charge us but of course after I told them I knew it was free they let us in. Second, you cant smoke hookah inside the building and you cant take your alcoholic beverages outside while your smoking. Third, their bartenders arent real bartenders. They tried to make me a Long Island but they put coke, sweet and sour and something from a pitcher which they stated was alcohol which already made me feel uncomfortable drinking from. Also if you get their beer from tap its warm. They dont turn the AC on only fans inside. I do not recommend.

Came to the enjoy my night which I was until one of the wide frumpy burnett bartenders pulled a nastiest move Ive ever seen a human make and all bc she had an attitude bc I shouted excuse me after she was clearly ignoring me. She saw me said nothing, put her eyes down and proceeds to walk past me three times. So I made it know I know she saw me standing there. Anyways I asked for 2 shots of Hennessey she nodded her head okay then proceeded to grab 2 shot glasses, RUBS THE RIM (that part you put your lips on) OF THE GLASSES ON THE BAR COUNTER THEN TRIES TO SERVE MY FRIEND AND I!! I asked her for new glasses bc I saw what she had done. Theres too much going on in the world for her to behave that way. Where we come from we have decorum and she should needs it.There was this lovely African American bartender there though that was absolutely wonderful, she was the only positive to this very unappealing visit, that one star I gave is for her.

Visiting from Minnesota, amazing place, the owner is super nice! Music was on point, bartender was nice! Lots of seatings, a nice dance floor as well. Would recommend for anyone who likes to sit and chill or drink and dance !

Lame. I’ve never been to a nightclub that doesn’t allow drinks on the dance floor. If you want to provide a safe environment, you could invest in plastic cups instead of dividing the place. Went there once for my sister and never going back! If you’re in Fresno, Imperio is way better!

New owner AMAZING service and very clean atmosphere. Last time I was here was when it was gahlebs night club. This place is 200% better now. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a classy drama free nightclub.

James was such a great bartender! Very nice and answered any questions I had! Deserves all the tips and a raise!

Came here and they didn’t let me in because I’m swearing a hoodie ... I would understand if I’m wearing a sweater hoodie by it self but I’m wearing a vest over ... I was very well dressed and drove a long way to come here .. security guards were super rude !! Will never come back smh I’ve never had to deal with this ever .. very disappointed.. I was wearing a hoodie dress shirt with a vest !!! If it was a plain hoodie like a normal hoodie I would understand but I’m wearing a dress shirt long sleeve hoodie !!

Place is called Pleasure hookah lounge now. Amazing place to party for the 18+ crowd. Knocked 2 stars off because the lady at the counter has no customer service skills at all. Very rude

Wouldve probably gave it a 4 star if I actually got in the damn thing. Which the didnt even start letting people it TILL ALMOST 10 AND THEY TOLD ME THE PRICES GO UP AFTER THAT over the phone. Smh terrible experience
