This is my fave spot in town! I personally haven’t had a bad experience and I’ve been coming since it has opened. In the time I’ve been shopping here I have seen a huge increase in selection and inventory, plus there is always some sort of discount, sale, or deal going on which I love. It’s nice to witness and support the growth over time and know they’re always working to improve.The customer service is seriously so great and everyone is super attentive, helpful, and kind. Everytime I go in too make a purchase everyone is very welcome starting off with the security gaurd and the person checking the IDs . Claudia was great and has a wide beautiful smile and there was another guy right beside her with a bright smile about the same height but he always has a great personality and that’s what always has me going back. Fresno Bullard Culture is by far the best dispensary here in town! Culture has great customer service, I was short a dollar in cash and I was going to ask him to takeoff one of the items. And said they covered me on the dollar no questions asked. I would’ve never expected that from any business and I was very appreciative. What a waste of time. Customer service is not the problem. Their infrastructure is sad at best. Card readers dont work, online ordering doesnt work at least when I go there. Its always something. I wont waste anymore time going there. Maybe they will get better in time but I wont be finding out. I hope others have better luck.

Couldnt get through the front door because the had major attitude when i refused to give my phone number. Will not ever go here again. Bad customer service. She put my I.d. in a computer instead of just scanning the back. When asked why she says fine no discounts and cant use screens. Who wa ts to use a screen or get harassed by weekly deals. Theres too many other places to go, i walked out.

Culture Cannabis immediately caught my eye with the amount of special and deals they had going on, so I decided to stop by, and I was definitely not disappointed. Lindsey helped me upon checking in at the front desk, and thankfully she made it an easy and comfortable experience. Inside, the budtenders were attentive and ready to help, which I appreciate greatly. Overall, it was a great experience and I was satisfied with the products I purchased. Great first time experience. This review is based on my experience alone and not the products that I purchased. Each bartender was very informative, best prices thus far in the central valley and crazy promos. Nate assisted me behind the counter and everyone gave great vibes. This place is cash only and does provide an ATM with a $4 fee. I would recommend to a friend and family, as well as, I will be returning weekly no doubt.

Im a regular customer here I gotta say the security guard tonight was so rude and unprofessional need to get your other security guard back this guy is horrible shoving the door in other peoples face even the employee called him out on it and said he was rude for that. When I asked for his name he didnt want to he started blowing kisses at me so I took his picture I hope I dont see this guard or I wont be coming back dont need to be treated that way.

Placed online order, drove to store and was refused to be let in by security at 9:25. Waited. 3 cars outside so I know it’s not busy. Called inside and they refused to help as well, saying they are closed. Text confirmation was sent to me 9:32pm and still was refused. Should not place open til 10 if not open until that time, very deceiving to those making long trips.

I go to Embarc and they have everything and the people are nice. I will not be returning to culture again and will just go to the nicer and much better Embarc.

Use your first time 30percent off and don’t go back. Horrible customer service and they not only don’t take card but to use them atm it’s 4$. But when they do get the card reader it will charge you 5 instead of 4 lol l, so you’re getting a deal as they said to me. Just wanted to try and support a new business to town but that didn’t work out to well now did it.

Hands down best customer service I’ve received at a dispensary in a while firstly the girl at the front desk was super friendly and gave me a recommendation for Jeffrey brand pre rolls which did not disappoint at all! And then the guys and girly inside were all very helpful and super funny as well I didn’t get all their names unfortunately I was to excited to try what they were recommending but BEAR was one of them one was tall skinny glasses and dyed hair up top I believe and the other also had glasses and dark hair thank you so much !!! Yall made my night 💚
