Cookies dispensary is always on point, sadly I Went in yesterday specifically looking for CBG dominant products to help mental health for a focus and psychoactive experience. Was recommended the Protab+ and wasnt until after purchase when I was able to see and discover CBG was the least percentage cannabinoid in the protab+. The product shows THC and CBN are more of the the dominant cannabinoids.If the product was more THC and CBG dominant I wouldve been a happy customer. However this isnt the case and feel a little let down as far as the knowledge that was given by the budtender.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well staffed and set up the store is for only being open a short time. The whole staff team was extremely friendly and more than eager to help and answer any questions. I’ve only been to one other Cookie’s Dispensary (Hayward), and the Fresno location is definitely on their way to being one of their top stores. I definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. Not to mention, first time customers get thirty percent off every item in their order! So, I gotta give them a 10/10, based on location, staff, inventory, and the overall atmosphere in the store.

Just went there for first time today. Was a good vibe, helpful employees and some cool deals depending what day of the week you go. Jenna was nice, helped get us checked out quickly. Overall was a good experience. The only thing is the parking, reason I gave 4 stars is because theres only one handicap parking spot in front of the store and none nearby so my friend had to go all the way around through the parking lot to get wheelchair access to the cement walkway to get to the store.

I Didnt like there set up it wasnt like the others they have cheap displays and a Lil tablet to take your order on because they dont have registers, but maybe they are still building ya know. Okay I understand building a bond with the customers thats smart, if I may suggest having better displays so people can actually get a look at what there trying to buy, I base my purchase on how it looks and smell. Dre is probably one of the coolest guys that work here. Always looking for ways to hook it up with a good bag to go home with and still have cash to bring home. Wanted to update my review from a month ago. As a new resident of Fresno, I have become a Cookies devotee. Starting with the security dudes all the way to final cashier, everyone is so friendly, knowledgable and eager to help. Being able to place an order online and just pick it up is wonderful. We are also huge fans of the Cookies products. They are as good as any of the name brand products, but far cheaper. And the daily specials make it possible to stretch our budget further.If you are curious, just make a visit. Youll leave happy and most likely, like us, feel like you have found your people.

Fire weed and even fire customer service!!! Shoutout to Edgar! I always come for the daily deals. It’s a different one every day. Tuesday is the best day for flower since it’s 40% off. Wednesday is the best price for vapes since it’s also 40% off. I really like the point system cus you can get points way faster than the other two dispensaries I used to go to. (They shall not be named lol) you can order online and pick up (faster IMO) or u can order inside. I am deducting a star cus I’m not able to see or smell the weed like some other dispensaries but it’s all good. I get surprised by the stuff I can’t see when I make a purchase and it’s become some of my favorites. If yall ain’t came to the cookies store in Fresno yet, stop sleepin on it. Dont listen to what ya heard, just try it out yourself. Stop playin wit me!

I walked into the store not really knowing the difference between the strand’s and Rashaan explained them to me and helped me come to a decision. His customer service was top tier.

Horrible experience. I did a online order and they were out of my product (fair I get that happens) but instead of telling me they tried and pass off a different product without telling me. Not only us that unprofessional but its also unsafe. So after addressing it they gave me a option of two I could choose from and the one I choose she told me she couldnt sell it and theres nothing she could do about it (then like why give it to me as a option) over all I left disappointed with the lack of costumer service and empathy.

Everytime I go into cookies Fresno it feels like a second home weird to say but everyone is so nice and compared to a lot of the other dispensaries this is the only one where I feel like I’m actually getting a deal when I shop a lot not a lot of places take into consideration we’re paying a lot in taxes and it should feel rewarding when you’re spending 150$ every week.

Was referred to Cookies by a friend. My first visit I received a 30% discount and a veterans discount on my account. The staff was friendly from the security guard, reception, order processor and check out staff. The order processor made great recommendations for my needs. Not mention the prices are far more reasonable than other dispensaries.
