I visited Mary Jane’s CBD Dispensary - Smoke & Vape Shop on Bandera Road last night, arriving about 20 minutes before closing. I had the pleasure of meeting Roy, who was incredibly knowledgeable about their products. This was my first time buying in about 35 years, and Roy enlightened me on all the latest offerings. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
Google lists this place as closing at 11pm Saturday. I showed up at 10:38pm and was turned away by an employee who happened to be outside. Was told they were closed and when I pointed out the closing time listed, I was told, Hours are listed differently online. Really? Im not sure how much control a business has over listed times by Google, but I would think a professionally run business would know. Seems bush league to me. First and last time I stop by this place.

Customer service and product knowledge at this store is very poor, which is a shame because they have a nice selection of products. Price tags would be helpful as I am probably asking too much of the sales people to look up prices for me. She was the reason you lost the sale.

Jenny is just another one of those people who work for the business owner. She let me know that if I did a Google review that I would get a free nick vape, but the Nick vapes that they’re giving away don’t even work so all it is is a scam to hide their refund policy. For you to get a refund on any of the vapes that you just purchased in the store without leaving the store, you have to give your phone number and your name and sign up to their rewards. Do not be fooled Jenny knew the ones that she was giving away did not work. Do not go to this store

Spent almost $200 on product. All of which are defective. Store & company did nothing to assist me. Don’t buy product from here. All three of mine were defective.-they replied to my review saying they “tried to help me” they did nothing of the sort. Instead they tried calling me a Karen. Don’t buy from this company. Bad practices, poor policies, & horrible customer relations. For the record, their policy states they will return something with 7 days of purchase. That’s great when you can discover the item is defective in that time frame. Took a week to need charging & once I realize all my products were defective. They hard stop with assisting. Even after less than 24 hours after the 7 days.Then tried thinking leaving a reply to my review as calling me a Karen. Don’t buy from these goons. Nothing but a scam.

Pros: good products, usually have fast shipping, good prices, good customer service if you can get ahold of them.Cons: almost every single time I order, I get an email stating that something in my order is out of stock. sometimes takes a long time for someone to email you back about a concern. in store employees dont seem to put a lot of effort in attempting to help you figure out the situation when something has gone wrong.The past time I ordered, it had been about a week past the 1 day shipping mark. I emailed asking for the status of my shipment. A few days later I called and the girl who answered the phone said she couldnt do anything to help. I asked to speak with a manager and she said there wasnt one. Another week or so goes by and I email again, but asking for a refund instead- and I received a response nearly right away. They were reluctant to refund me, and said that the increased time had been because my order was out of stock. Additionally, they said their email system was down as the reason for not responding to my original inquiry, but in the two weeks I waited for my order to ship, I got several promotional emails from them. They offered to send my order plus an extra couple of things for the hassle. I said that was fine, and it was delivered in a reasonable time. If this had happened once, it would be fine, but my order needing to be changed has happened so many times that I most likely wont be shopping here again. I dont think its very professional to consistently need to change a customers order because the website doesnt accurately display what is available. I also think it is unprofessional that a person who works in the store cant check to tell me if the item I ordered was in stock. And lastly, its unprofessional to ignore a customers inquiry until they ask for a refund.
