One Vapor Place

Went in today and purchased 2 60ml bottles of house juice and let me tell you the price for the flavor is absolutely fantastic I mean $35 bucks for 120ml of American Vapor e-liquid cant beat that and thats after taxes. I got home, made the formula mix, speed steeped it and it is absolutely fantastic. Not to mention the service was extremely helpful and kind! Thank you so much! I will definitely be a repeat customer

I go in there on Saturdays and the guy that works there is great hes always super helpful. They have a great selection and George is great about pointing you in the right direction for a new flavor, mod, or tank. He also showed me a few tricks to make the taste stronger again when it gets a bit old. Hands down best shop in town

Great staff, the owner is a really nice guy who started the business because he really believes in it. He used to be a smoker and switched over to vaporizers. They own one of the best juice brands around (black culdron) and they have just about whatever you need.

I have been vaping for 4 years and I have had my fare share of ecigs and liquids . To say the least, I know what I like and what I don’t . So I drove all the way from Boerne to look for some variety at a great price and as soon as I walked in, the gentleman working at the time greeted me and showed me everything I was asking for. He sold me and amazing (affordable) ecig, gave me an amazing price on a large bottle of Halo liquid and to top it all off, he offered to set up the set for me. Overall, it was worth my gas and time. I will continue to come here for every liquid or other products that I need.

First vape store I ever went to and knew nothing about vaping! They shopkeeper there took lots of time with me to explain everything I needed to know. Have purchased pens and eventually SIGELEI mod from them. When I had issues with an item from a pen they helped me numerous times to figure out the problem and finally gave me a new one. I have been going there for3 years and they are my favorite shop. They have a rewards system that is better than any of the other shops as well. It’s family owned and I’ve met all that work there. The best part is the ability to try every oil you want and they have its set up so you can sit and try yourself without them hovering over you... can’t say enough good about them.

This shop is awesome as all hell! The shop owner knew which mod and juice I had been browsing through, and pulled up my favorites before I had even gotten a word out! Extremely friendly and down to earth shop, my new favorite for sure!

This had to be one of my worst customer experiences. The employee working there was very rude and obnoxious, greeting me as I enter the store with a picture of a half naked boomer on a beach telling me it was joe bidden (I guess this was some sort of funny meme to him) and begin to disregard all my opinions as I was asking for a smaller vape, only showing me large mods. I could barely get a word in with this guy! He then took a 10 minute phone call of which I got tired of waiting around for and left the store. He followed me out to my car and asked some questions about selection in when I told him he didn’t have a selection that I was interested in and seemed to get mildy offended and walked back inside. I used to go to this place a lot in the past and had a great experience with the employees but this time I was completely uncomfortable by this absolute buffoon.

I initially had a bad experience with an employee whom no longer works here....so its only far that I update my previous review. I have grown to enjoy this establishment. The employees they have hired since initially going to this shop have all been wonderfully amazing people. The selection they offer has expanded 10 fold. Would definitely recommend if youre in the area.

Had never been to this vape shop. The gentleman was very friendly. Had a lot of knowledge on products and was patient while I decided which juice I wanted! Will return there from now on!

New manager is an idiot! Wife bought a new tank, brought it home and it leaked. So of course we went to return it the next day, and NEW GUY would not accept the return!!! I hate to give this place a bad review, Ive been going her for 3 or 4 years. My advice... DONT BUY ANYTHING except juice, even that NEW GUY is changing out all the juice to stuff HE likes! I hate to say, that guy is going to ruin this small business!

I have been shopping at this place for almost two years but never reviewed them. I’m not one to post reviews but in this case I was compelled. They have good prices, good selection, great customer service and the owner goes above and beyond for customers. There have been a couple of employees that used to work there that didn’t meet the standards I’m used to but thankfully they are gone. Unfortunately, those same employees are now leaving negative reviews to try and hurt the store. As a business owner myself, I know this happens from time to time but I still find it distasteful. Just visit the store and find out for yourself that the owner provides amazing customer service. There are bad apples in every business but the owner goes out of his way to correct any customer service that doesn’t meet your standards. They have a new girl there and she is great, so much better than the person she replaced. She is new and still learning but she’s profesional and very polite.Now to why I was compelled to review the store. I happened to walk in the store when the ex employee was there with a friend and they were being rude and condescending to the new girl. I could tell they were just trying to belittle her. When the ex employee asked for his old employee discount, she politely said she couldn’t do that. That’s when they got even worse and stormed out. I really wanted to say something but the new girl handled herself very well and did not need me to intervene. After they left she proceeded to assist me and never mentioned the incident. Now that’s handleing a bad situation in a very professional way. Now I see reviews posted mentioning the incident and once again, attacking the new girl. I didn’t say anything when I was there but I felt I needed to say something now.

Of course I found this little gem on Yelp. The review that brought me in was that they have a mix it yourself bar. They have a sampling bar to sample the juices before you buy them. These are the kind of places I like. The mix it yourself bar is awesome with unique flavors from this shop. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and told us what to look for. Also VERY welcoming. Here are some of the flavors on the Mix It Yourself bar:-Caramel Macchiato-Creamy Nut-Zombified-Mango Melon Mashup-Frost Dragon-Menthol-Dairy Dude-Mothers Love-Gremlin Grahams-Yoshi-Wastastraz-Unicorn Dream-Rawwr Berries-Pegasus Puke-RaidenIf any of these sound interesting, stop in and try them. Its worth it. Lol. They definitely have a customer in me. They also have a Rewards Program. Go to their website for more info. I didnt know about it until after, so hopefully they will give me credit for my first purchase. Thats $30 of points I dont want to be lost in the wind.

Went there for the juul pods and was told told it was $17.44 per pod, not a box! Absoulty ridiculous! You can go to the gas staion and get a whole 4 pack for that much. Will not return the employee seemed to have a little attitude when I questioned the price aswell.

Customer care is amazing. I especially like Mckenna. She is very knowledgeable..in the art of vaping. The prices are a little on the pricey side. But what Vape place isnt.

I was not only excited to find a vape shop here in Helotes, (apparently theyve been here quite a while but arent very visible) but the fact that the customer service and friendliness is better than most shops ensures my loyalty. For those acquainted with the area, they are in the strip center BEHIND DQ. Try them out and support your local businesses!

I went here one time to get some juice and the employee was very helpful and friendly. Today is Sunday at 2:30pm and Im sitting in front of the store, and its closed. The Google page says it should be open. The hours posted on the door indicate that it should be open, but its not.

Not your usual smoke shop full of 20 somethings lingering and vaping. Go in, get helped right away and leave. Does offer assistance if you arent sure what flavor of e-fluid you want. Knowledgable about the products.

Extremely knowledgeable staff kind not a Bob Marley concert when you open the door very clean. My only complaint is that if you have older equipment a lot of it has gone out of date and they will not carry parts for it.

Very unhappy with my visit. The girl working was very unhelpful and was giving me attitude the whole time I was there. I immediately left and took my business elsewhere. Even though it’s the closest shop to me I would rather drive a little farther to anywhere else where I can at least have a good customer experience.
