I bought a GeekVape tank here that broke in less than two months, obviously not their fault, but they have a no refund or exchange policy so I just wasted $40.

Buyer truly beware! If I could give zero stars, I would. Instead they get 1.SuperNova Smoke Shop, I spent hundreds of dollars over the last month getting 3 new devices (one was meant as a replacement for one that broke after 3 weeks) and stocking up on dab and flower. No more! They have lost me as a customer and pissed me off enough to bother writing a review.Their return policy is not customer friendly (better not break it because we arent taking it back). Further, the staff seemed uninterested in offering up additional troubleshooting ideas to maybe resolve my problem.

Picked up an L200 Classic by recommendation yesterday and the man made sure I got everything I needed. Very insecure owner. I was shopping for a gift for one of my friends for her birthday and we walked in to look at the pipe collection. My husband snapped a photo to ask my daughter if she wanted one of the collectibles in the glass display because it looks like pikachu and it would go well in her collection. My husband was rudely startled by someone yelling at him across the store that he could not take photos of any of the merchandise in the store 💀 I had no idea this was a members only, private vape shop where we can’t freely shop around without being accused of I dont even know what 😮 because what would I do with a photo from inside your store, besides sharing a Google review. I’m a customer, not a spy, you insecure little person. Very uncomfortable environment to shop in. I’ll take my money somewhere else I guess.

Daniel was absolutely amazing with us! Truly the entire staff was! He helped us make informed decisions to switch from smoking to vaping. He had an answer for anything we asked plus more! The staff even helped us set up our new systems and got them ready for us. He didnt try and overcharge us or add on unnecessary items. He just truly listened to what we needed and helped us get there. Absolutely will be the only shop I go to from now on! You should definitely check them out!!!
Bought a vape battery. Stepped out the door. Found out it wasnt what I needed. Step back in to return the battery because I did not need it I was denied because all sales are final. There are literally no signs that state that all sales are final. Nor was that stated during the transaction.

Be carful what you buy here, my daughter purchased a gas lighter with a lifetime warranty which would be honored at the store but when it stopped working after two cigars I was told explicitly no returns or exchanges you will have to take it up with the manufacturer. That is not customer service that’s a pass the buck excuse. Well I have found a new cigar shop to make all my new purchases. Lost one good customer.

I used to love this place, but I have had several bad experiences lately and I will not return there anymore. So basically I went into the store looking for a wind resistant lighter. As the guy was showing me the lighters I noticed that the first three did not even work and he put them all back on display like no big deal (red flag I should have noticed right away). Finally after he found one that worked, I purchased the $20 lighter and went home. After I got home I used it twice and it stopped lighting, so the next day I took it back and the lady there refilled it and I left (why are they selling lighters with no fluid?). A few days later it stopped lighting AGAIN, so I brought the lighter back in and the guy could not figure out what was wrong with it and literally told me there is nothing he can do and when I asked if I can just swap it out he said there are no exchanges and all sales are final. So this place basically sells broken things and then tells us there are no exchanges. NOT TO MENTION, another time I was in there my girl wanted candy and the candy was 5 months expired!!! Don’t believe me go look for yourself. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!! another time I purchased a book with a secret lock in it and after the first week, the pages started falling out of it!!! This place is a HUGE RIP OFF with their cheap, broken/expired products. TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING YOU BUY THERE!!!!!!
I will no longer be giving my business to this place. Aside from the two photos I attached. I went in previously about a month prior. With the same coupon 10 off 30. Sent to me the day before I went in. I went in to get my items, and was told I couldnt use that because they had a sale going on in the store. I asked when did the sale start? Two days ago, I was told. I said, I was sent this yesterday so why is this being sent to me and its not going to be valid. With no really firm answer. Im seeing a owner who is greedy. I know what most shops pay wholesale for some of their items they stock. They charge retail and higher than most shops around town. And now it looks like theyre trying to keep their way out of the previous 10 off 30 and going to 10 off 60. And the only employee in that shop thats good is the white gentleman with the beard.

Will never shop here again, total bait and switch. They will split up a product designed to be sold as a 2 pack and still charge the premium price for half the product even though the will give you the container that should contain both without telling you they are only giving you half. Very deceptive business practices and then will lie when you call them out on it 😡😠 if you care about your money shop somewhere else there are plenty of better places to spend your hard earned cash
Every box of tubes that Ive bought there have had a chemical aftertaste and of course they wont refund on an open box but how do you know that its faulty if you dont open it and try one

Went in to buy a pack of D8 gummies, and im fully convinced these are just regular gummy candies. Took 2 and felt absolutely nothing. Looked at the ingredients and the only substance on there is CBD despite the packaging calling them Delta8 gummies. Nothing against the staff just feels like I got scammed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We walked in with barely any knowledge and Daniel (red bearded guy mentioned in another hard to believe review) was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of our 100 questions and did so while laughing and joking with us. With the help of the other amazing staff, we all got totally new vape setups that were reasonably priced, and he took the time to find ones to fit our needs. He knew about all the types of products they sell. He also spent time trying to find us the best deal or most useful product for what we actually needed.Im only returning here! Bonus- they have a points system with little perks that always is cool because youre spending money anywat, might as well get some bonus for it.

Staff was unknowlegeble and unhelpful, wait times were long, and most products appeared to be second rate devices purchased on the cheap. And there were even bullet holes in the glass at the front of the store when I went in! I know I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff was not friendly, prices were outrages and not even posted. A tray that my wife bought that would cost $18 on amazon and Walmart was $35 in their shop. Felt ripped off and was not given back correct change.

Pulled up right after i got out of work and saw people inside door wide open and an employee was outside smoking a cigarette...as I got to the curbside of the business and approached the door 2 customers walked out and the employee that was smoking walked inside quickly, closed the door in my face, and acted like he didnt see me and closed the metal screen...pretty apparent theyre just there to collect a check and go home...theyre lucky they didnt do that to the wrong person, because i know plenty of people that would of waited for them to close and come outside after getting treated that way...will never be returning and will never recommend this chain to anyone

They sell counterfeit products. I bought an e-cig and before I even opened the box or left the store I checked the verification on manufacture website and it was flagged as counterfeit. I asked the sales associate about an even exchange or refund and even after getting their manager they wouldn’t. Even after showing them the proof that the product was counterfeit. I used to shop here regularly and I will no longer be shopping here at all!

This place was awesome. Have lots of great stuff. Staff not so friendly. Had a young lady assist me and she was very rude. I asked had questions about CBD oil and accidently said marijuana and she lost it and looked straight at me and said If you say that word again I will have to ask you to leave. I was in shock. I said Im sorry I meant CBD bud. I was buying it for a friend with cancer. I felt so disrespected and never went back to that store.

My sister bought a Smok Novo 2 kit. It didnt work properly when she called and asked if they did exchanges or refunds she was told no. They sold a defective product and would not help her.
Manager refused to give her name for a for.al complaint as well as the other two subordinates. I was refused the proper way to make a complaint and had to call another store for information on how to make a formal complaint.
I got a lot of help from the knowledgeable young gentleman behind the counter. He even gave me a snazzy hat and a swell looking shirt for my special lady friend. 10/10

What a great shop. Wife had a new vape, had no clue how to set it up. These guys helped on the spot. Also have a great selection of CBD products. If youre interested in neither, visit anyway...the glassware ranks as art, and the lounge furniture is comfortable...just leave the kids at home, this is an adults-only adventure.

Ive been to so many smoke shops and this is by far the best ever theres no reason u cant be helped to anything ur trying to find, from vape stuff to CBD buds this shop is on it! And SUPER friendly and helpful clerk Id give it higher stars if I could
The Supernova in Helotes is an awesome store with allot to offer but the staff is not up to par in my opinion they seem to be more concerned about the vape side of the house and not very knowledgeable when it comes to glass

The supernova workers i talked to were actually kind of rude. One of them barely spoke english and the other, long haired fellow, was blunt and didnt really want to help me. Though they did answer my questions.
