Sapphire Hookah Lounge

I recently visited Sapphire Hookah Lounge and had a fantastic time. The place has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends. The staff was friendly and really knew their stuff, helping us choose some great flavors. The hookah was excellent - smooth and flavorful. I especially liked the mint flavor. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed evening. Will definitely go back!

I love this hookah bar! Its very contemporary and classy inside, and is kept pretty clean. The owner is very nice. Prices are comparable to other hookah joints in the area. If youve never smoked hookah or arent very experienced, they can help you pick flavors and give advice on how to not overdo it. Its a nice, chill, and relaxing place. Oh, and the music is constantly changing. So, its never the same thing (at least the few times Ive been here). Lastly, the owner is making a lot of changes to the business. Hes started a chess night, dance lessons, wine tasting, drink and draw, and other event nights. Plus he will start hiving some food options on the menu. So, I look forward to some fun times!

This place truly just needs some exposure. The atmosphere/ambiance is unmatched. This is by far one of the best hookah lounges I have ever gone too. The led menus are too cute. But service is quick and good. They do offer beer and wine as well which truly enhanced the experience. I hope they get the customer base they deserve soon.

Pretty chill place to hang and relax. First timer with a hookah and it was delicious and smooth! Prices are fair and service is great! If you are looking for a place to meet friends, this is a good spot.

Food takes forever. Not bad, not great. Over priced for what you get. Service is AWFUL. They do not pay attention to you, you cant get their attention, can only take one order at a time and never check up on you.I seriously wouldnt ever go back if there was any other hookah option close to me.

Relaxing, clean comfortable atmosphere, attentive staff good flavors to choose from. Had a few custom blends tonight. I highly recommend mixed berry and grape

I started coming to Sapphire about a year ago and ever since I come at least 2/3 times a week. Sapphire has an amazing atmosphere to come and hang out with your friends or even just alone. On weekends they have different types of events that you can come and enjoy while making new friends. 10/10 would recommend if your local or just visiting High Point.

To start off bc i think it matters.. i’m black so anywayEmployees energy was amazing. Service was phenomenal. The explanation of the different hookah’s used; I honestly have never felt more confident in choosing a hookah at any other establishment. The vibe of the WHOLE ENTIRE PLACE? BEAUTIFUL. Diversity was unexpectedly predominantly people of color loved the blend of the music between each group of people that was there. it wasn’t like that annoying blend either. it was one group of music, then another groups and so on.Me and my girlfriend got the glass chamber hookah. you know that burn you get in your throat from regular hookah? that uncomfortable, strong hit in the back of your throat? NONE OF THAT. literally like pure air unless you don’t clear it like they say to do.PROS & CONS:pros:- Good Music- Good Vibes- Nice Employees- Affordable Booths (and i’m talking actually affordable not scammer money affordable)- Luxurious Chill SpotCons:- could only taste the flavor a little like mildly- (not a real con just personal preference cons) no alcoholic beverages so get lit before or go to the bar before that’s near them [but don’t get rowdy, i said luxurious for a reason. keep it that way]umm that’s pretty much it. i had to have a good experience writing a review this long and detailed.

I had such a wonderful time at Sapphire! It was a small and intimate environment, well-lit, clean, and had a lovely setup.JC and the new management team went above and beyond to make sure our group felt valued and taken care of. The customer service here was 5/5, from the moment you walk in the door and during your time in the establishment. Best shisha Ive had in the Greensboro/Highpoint area, hands down. We will definitely be back!

I was there this past week twice! The first night I met the owner Malik and he was welcoming and pleasant. I enjoyed the experience so much that I came back with my corporate colleagues to enjoy the night. We met their hookah artist Maurie, who made such a great hookah. We played pool and were able to enjoy some drinks. Take the extra drive to hit up this establishment if you are looking for great vibes, music, and hookah. Thank you Sapphire!

The service is super friendly and the place is always clean and ohh the owner is a very good and understanding person. He treats everyone with respect and he is a good listener. Last but not least the hookah is super good and last long and they have all the flavors

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The atmosphere was exotic and futuristic. Hookahs were really beautiful and our guava flavor tasted delicious. Our server consistently checked up on us, reassuring that we were satisfied with our visit. Thank you Sapphire! We will be back.

Went on a Tuesday. There was practically no one in there beside a few people and the people that worked there. Waited almost 30 minutes for a hookah. It doesn’t take that long to set up a hookah. Ultimately decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It didn’t really seem like they wanted to service us anyway.

Best Hookah lounge in NC. Great vibes great music. The place was clean and the hookah was great. Staff is very kind and inviting. Maury (hope I spelled it right) is the best. Goes above and beyond. Will be back soon.

Nice esthetic. Good music. Friendly staff. Clean sofa sections & upscale hookah equipment. They have a limited variety of beer & wine (no alcohol) but they also have good smoothies. Id go back.

I loved the place. It was calm and chill, I could just take my mind of everything and just smoke a nice hookah.

I went for the first time last night and really enjoyed myself. The ambiance is upscale and sexy but the atmosphere is still laid back. My hostess was polite and informative. The owner, Taz, even checked on us to make sure the hookahs were pulling to our liking. Ill definitely be back.

Great atmosphere from lights to music. We truly netflixed and chilled at Sapphire!!! The service was wonderful and I didnt even get the guys name! SMH. But he truly made the experience even better for my husband who has never been to a hookah lounge before and taught me a few new things! Worth the visit...check it out.

Splenditi customer service. Staff are very friendly making you comfortable as soon as you enter. Taking care you time and again. Pretty mellow music and energy in the place with good dim lighting exactly like i wanted. Hookah are awesome good flavors. Me and my girl were really happy with this place. Take your family and friends. Dont forget to try their cheese cake.

Chill place. Great service. Decent price (starting at $17 / hookah).Hookah experience is a little hit-or-miss. Some days I had great smoke and others frustrating with barely any smoke.

Two year ago this rating was a five star this was always my go to hookah lounge. Tonight’s service was awful. After the long wait for hookah for a hour they never came back to check on the coal or see if I was ok. Plus I ordered a tea and they acted like they forgot. It wasn’t that many people for them to forget they just decided to play around instead. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.

First off all, my girlfriend and I went to the hookah lounge and it felt very unwelcoming and the vibes were off. My girlfriend ordered her hookah and waited for 33 minutes and we were wondering why it was taking a long time when it was steady inside and everyone else already received their hookah. Unfortunately we left and went to another hookah lounge. The owner told us it was going to be a minute, but it passed way more than the intended time. I wouldn’t recommend this hookah lounge to anyone.

They are super slow!!! It took almost a hour to get hookah.They took forever to bring coffee only to tell us the machine is actually broke. We probably could have got our hookah faster if the hookah guy wasn’t smoking hookah on the job **on the floor at that**

Love the new look from king tut to this! Its so much nicer and cleaner I could smoke hookah in there all night. Love the vibe there and the service is great. Tons of flavors to choose from. Me and my friend got blue mist was very yummy would get it again.

The decor is really nice BUT they dont start the hookahs so you spend an hour trying to get them to smoke how you like it. Then once you get there your head hurts and youre over it. Very disappointing smh. The main reason you go to a hookah lounge is for the hookah! The music is also very inconsistent, but the food and drinks are good.

Personally, the interior decorating is the hallmark of the store, as soon as you enter you will be overtaken by the mesmerizing modern taste, accompanied by dazzling lights and impeccable white leather. I feel that if you are apprehensive about Hookah bars, or that you enjoy them and are looking for a newer, refreshing lounge, look no further than Sapphire. 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

So I came with my friends and the owner guy with the bun kicked us out because his friend used to date one of my friends! This is a public place and anyone should be welcomed! That was so immature, Im not going back again and even if I wanted to Ill get kicked out....worst experience ever

Beautiful interior, very polished! Great selection of flavors. What thrilled us the most was the fact that they have Paan Rasna flavor!!! This flavor is extremely hard to find. Service is quick and the flavor was soo smooth. Great experience overall. Highly recommended.

I feel they are getting good amount of customers , so the owner became so proud , and he did not show any respect to me, and his answers were so rude,Actually i called to check whether he got the hookah flavor to sell , he told he got some , but when i went there he told that he dont have flavor to sell but he can serve that flavor there and he offered that he can sell very little amount( which would be sufficient for one head) for $12 , actually I was calling for the flavor since 3 days and he said he did not get any , but yesterday he told he got the flavor , i made sure with him that asking whether he got the flavor the same day , he said yes , thats the reason i went there , but his answers were so rude.. , i was very unhappy.
