The owner is very friendly and informative!I just tried the GEEK BAR.WOW! Nice display of liquid and battery levels. Auto shut off when fully charged. I only wish they came with a lanyard because I always lose it. Haha.And an excellent price too.

Huge selection! The employees are VERY knowledgeable and great at giving recommendations. Over the top customer service. They really want to make sure youre satisfied with what you buy. Always very helpful. There are so many juice choices here, there is something for everyone. Juice prices have really come down the last few years and love that I can get 100ml for $20. I’ve purchased several pieces of hardware here and there is always a good selection. He likes to bring in the newest trends in hardware and juices so if there’s something new out there, he probably has it. I’ve been to dozens of vape shops around town and nearby towns but this is by and far my favorite and I’ve become loyal. It’s a hidden gem, make sure you take the time to stop by and check it out!

My only guess on the 2 bad reviews is that they have the wrong Cloud City Vapes. This guy has eeeverything you can imagine. You name a brand/flavor and he will have at least 3 to match what you are looking for. The selection is overwhelming with the shelves full of hundreds of juices. He will even special order anything, whether he carries it or not. The prices are lower than anywhere I can find in a vape shop or online. One of the nicest owners that actually CARES about satisfying his customers more than a huge profit. He guarantees best prices. The store is VERY clean, well organized and he has numerous notebooks throughout the store that you can read up on the products he carries... so they are thick and kinda heavy. He has a rewards program AND veterans get a discount!

5 years goes by quick these days. Since making notes on Stratus, I needed to find an alternative, if only to keep all avenues working for me. Old dude from Paki, Turkey, Indy, dunno, dont care. He faced a huge learning curve and odds were he would be gone before 5 years anyhow. BUT, he is here because he tries. Good stuff cheap and a dedicated stock of vape only. He sees the value in 420 but NC has always confused themselves with Jesus and hypocrisy. If Stratus makes you mad, hit the road to Cloud City.

I cant say enough good things about this place!!! I only do mail order bc I live in Tuscaloosa. When my fave local vape store stopped carrying my Smurfette juice, I switched to Crystal Smurf. Then they stopped carrying that. So I found Pacha Mama. Wouldnt you know... luckily that happened right before their annual 4/20 sale so I bought every last bottle they had for like $3 or something. That lasted me a year and a half. I couldnt find another flavor I really loved so I went online and found Cloud City 🤩 Best thing I ever did. They carry all my favorite flavors and I dont even have to leave the house to get them! My orders are always on time and always right. The only thing that could make it better is if they did points like my local store... Ive got over $100 credit at that place thats been sitting there since before I started using Cloud City Vapes!

This vape 💨 shop is very clean they don’t always have the vape I want and they charge tax on items where as my regular vape store don’t they are $1.34 more here but so much closer so saves me gas so it’s worth paying the extra
