Very disappointed ☹️ it was my 1st time and will probably be the last. Tho the flavor was fine, the wings were so tough I nor my friend could enjoy them. It also appears that even tho I picked up the order theres a charge on my card of gratuity. Wow 😳 very disappointed 😞

The lady with the short blonde hair is super rude. Wanted to exchange 4 coils because I bought the wrong kind she rung up a whole pack and said $5 I said oh wait I just wanted the 4. She acted all mad and said I dont know what your wanting to do I cant return the open coil. I know thats why I asked for 4 and not 5 coils. If she didnt speak over me the whole time she would have know what I was trying to do. Ill never go back.

I do not reccomend this place at all. The staff is not knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They did not know how to help me change my tank and expected me to pay for a new one when I have replacement glass for it. Absolutely no help at all, custmer service is horrible.

Started going here for all my supplies. Staff is fantastic...friendly and knowledgeable. If theyre sold out of what you want, they have it restocked in a short amount of time.
