KMX Vapes - Archdale

First time customer bought a disposable ecig walked out of the store opened it up in my car didnt work plugged it up to see if battery was dead wouldn’t come on walked back in all the lady with zero knowledge of the products she was selling just said we have a sign!!! So stupid she just saw me!!! Sign or no sign will not buy from them ever again and I would advise anyone wanting a disposable ecig should walk 2 doors down and buy from the little smoke shop they are $5 cheaper.

Bought a disposable on my short lunch break and found it soaked in its e-liquid when the sealed pouch was opened back at work. Cleaned it up only to find it either wouldn’t fire or wouldn’t stop firing when hit. (Plugging in the charging cord stopped it firing.) Clearly defective. Took it back after work but was told I’m SOL. Sayonara. Not doing business with an outfit that won’t stand behind the products it sells.

Not helpful at all. I asked about juice, I also asked about a vape pen, woman in there was no help. I went down to another vape shop because she acted like it was a big chore to show me anything! I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Go to the shop next to DDs discount on main st. They are very helpful

I (unknowingly) bought an expired juice from here the day before but they wouldn’t take it back because I had already left the store. Lost the money because of their customer service. It’s no customers place to make sure their product isn’t expired before leaving the store, especially if it’s in the box but the expiration date is on the bottle. Definitely lost a customer due to their unwillingness to comply for their mistake.

It was nice. The guy behind the the counter (I think the owner) was nice and friendly, the atmosphere was chill! They have a wide variety of vapes and vape juice! Also very reasonably priced! Im Definitely going to be a regular there! 😁

Absolutely amazing customer service. Super friendly people. The store setup should be the new standard for all shops and you wont find a better selection anywhere else.

I went to the one in randleman a lot because it’s where I work. I live closer to Archdale so it helps. They also gave me a free hat. Walker for sheriff.

Young lady is knowledgeable I will go back bought a smok rechargeable works great to be small also bought kmx liquid

Really bad hours never open with anybody needs to go away seem to be close early in the mornings and later in the afternoon never convenient for anybody who actually works
