I went yesterday and the welcoming spirit of Amanda was uplifting. She is very knowledgeable in products and what is best suited for the flavor I was looking for. I will be coming back and telling my friends to come here as well.

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and consistently I have seen the store improve and have them make the environment even more appealing, they will always have what you need and everyone there will go out of their way to make your day! Definitely a worth it place to check out

My boyfriend and I love this smoke shop! We know all the employees and they know us. If they’re almost out of one of our vapes they will put one aside for us and they always remember what we got last and what our favorite items are. Everything is amazing quality and the employees are even more amazing!

Ive been going to this place for over a year now and they are hands down the best. They always got new things coming in and at a good price too, autumn and Amanda always behind the counter with a smile ready to help you with whatever you need and Devon is always there to give recommendations to customers. The owner Jay is a great and humble guy. All around best shop, rip Jessie.

They always keep a good inventory of vapes and e-juice. Pretty knowledgeable staff and they are very helpful when you have questions about any of the products.

One of the best businesses in high point North Carolina. The employees there go out of their way to make you feel at home and to give you the best deal for your money and always leave you with a smile

J the owner is the type of guy who would give his shirt off his back for his customers. The selections of vapes, tobacco novelties, delta-8, and munchies are just the beginning. If he doesn’t have it, he will get it. “He’s got you!”This little flying money pen is a lot of fun and packs a powerful punch! Worth every penny!

First time going today & will be back! This was Tuesday Nov 28th 2023 The guy who helped me out was awesome. I’m gonna to butcher your name, so I don’t want to do you wrong lol. Well whoever was working that shift when I came in there at around 6 PM was fantastic and very helpful and one of the few times I’ve seen an employee anywhere not be on their phone lol I love my phone but I’m old-school, when you’re helping out someone at a counter.. you should never be on your phone(So nice to see or not see, depending on how you look at it :) ) and he took care of me right away! Smiles a plenty! And the prices for everything seem very reasonable. I won’t say the cheapest but good enough that I will keep going back.! You guys rock!

Been buying my vapes and glassware from their other location for years since I moved here and now this shop after it opened. Never had any complaints even when the girl gave me the wrong flavor, I didn’t ask to switch it. Then I get a vape that didn’t taste right and burned out in 2 days (they normally last 8 or 9 days). I go in to ask for a replacement and they tell me there is a 24 hour rule and the best they can do is give me a small discount on a new one. Very disappointing. I guess I expected better service to a very loyal customer. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Selection was nice but the items they sell are defective at best. I visited from Boston, spent $40 on an item only for it to stop working the day after purchased. I tried reaching the store owner several times but to no avail. I am incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed by this establishment. This was my first and last purchase.

Everytime I come in they give exemplary service, Jacob having trained Jay, the man I usually see there, always knows how to help out, helps me with what I want and never minds answering questions, they are absolutely amazing, Im a shift supervisor at cvs and I wish we had them as workers and their customer service at our store. 10/10 I definitely recommend this place, if you’re in the area, need to stop by a smoke shop, this is where you need to go!

I would rate it higher but literally the first time I used my $30 grinder from them it broke…brought it back right away and the guy was extremely nice to exchange it…but guess what same thing happened again. People don’t have money to throw away on products that are going to break in 2 days. The best thing about the store was the guy working.

Ok so I went to Smoke Geeks 2 last night. Vape City across the street had nothing but fruity vape flavors which I hate. I was in a rush and saw Smoke Geeks new location at shopping center across from CVS on Piedmont Parkway. Figured Id run in and see what they had.They were very welcoming and very nice. The store was clean, organized and the staff was friendly, informative, and went out of their way to find something for me. They have a very tasty vape juice, and have other items that also fit my needs.Definitely going to give these guys my business going forward!
