This is the best smoke shop in town. The service was amazing here. They are so very friendly and kind and very respectful. They also can order products. I can only have only use cbd products and they didn’t have any at the time and he told me to come back next week and he would have me so and when I went back the next week he had quite a selection of CBD products.so many good things I can say about them. I can honestly say that they are good people and they also have the lowest prices. I only shop there I sometimes drive all the way from the other side of town to them I wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else. Give them a try and you judge them.

Avin was amazing helping me with detailed information on nearly every product I was interested in purchasing at the time. Every time I entered , I had not been disappointed and even felt I had made a friend. Highly recommend this tobacco land.

The best in High Point! Ive only had the pleasure of visiting here twice in 2 years but every time I go I have a pleasant experience. Theyre really friendly and helpful when youre looking for a good long lasting product. I only wanted a vape but walked out with 2 other things haha because of the fairly affordable prices here. I think they also own the one on South Main. I frequent that one more often but Ill definitely be returning to this one soon. I recommend! 10/10! I just hope with HPU buying everything out that they dont move any time soon.

Was overcharged by over $10 for a lb of pipe tobacco and 2 boxes of tubes. Would have thought it an honest mistake, but my sister went and she was overcharged the same way...besides being difficult to get to now with a new security gate, this just stopped me from doing any more business there

This is the place that you would want to bring your kids to but they can’t smoke the people here are awesome very courteous and the selections they have are out of this world

Zack and his brother Sala are really great guys. So friendly, not pushy, and VERY intelligent. I learned my name in Arabic and Hebrew from them which I found cool. Yasheen. Great prices as well. I recommend this smoke shop 100%.

Great vape store, walked in was greeted so warmly. He was very friendly and answered all questions and showed me great recommendations on tobacco and non-tobacco products. Definitely will come back. Only vape store local to me that’s open until 11.

One of the guys is really nice and willing to work with u on what u want. The other are so pushy trying to take advantage worries bout making as much as they can as if they don’t care if what you want or not their just trying to get a sale. Quite aggravating. If it was for the one guy I wouldn’t return.

This was our favorite vape shop until my husband and I were treated very rudely by the employee named Ali. We have spent lots of money here and were happy to do so but you have now lost us as customers, I guess we will have to buy our items online.

Everyone make sure to read the reviews and not shop from this store. There are plenty of better vape stores in high point that are reliable, friendly and can speak English. The main worker there is kind and willing to work with most customers while the other workers are manipulative and very rude and goodluck with a return or exchange. Well the 30$ return just lost you a customer that spends hundreds.

Edit: The issue was resolved and they refunded the overcharge. All is well in the world.This was my favorate location to purchase kratom due to this stores nice selection and fair prices but after my experience today I highly doubt I will ever be back.I always buy the njoy kratom brand red malay powder 200g bag and its always been about $41 but today apparently the employee forgot what the price of it was and asked me how much it was. I said about 41 and he disagreed with me and said its 50 flat which is way off and I told him I usually pay about 44 total (i meant INCLUDING TAX) He then rang it up at 44.99 so I got over charged by about 4 bucks simply because the employee did not know the actual price and wouldnt take the time to call the owner. I did not argue with him and just ate the loss.
