They charged me double what other tobacco stores chargefor a 6 oz bag of Good Stuff Tobacco! Lot of mark up inthat place or I was ripped off by the clerk. Will not go back.
I used to love this shop. The guy working there now is very rude. I was literally told just yesterday while I was in the process of getting together a fairly good sized ticket that most working in any industry would be happy to have as a sale, that he was on his lunch break and I needed to hurry up bc he didnt have time to answer my questions he wasnt on break or he wouldnt have been on the floor. He was too busy with his phone call that he had been on the entire time I was trying to shop. Any question I asked was met with an attitude and a serious lack of knowledge. Ive worked in customer service and in the smokeless tobacco or vape industry since before it was popular in the United States.I know the owner and truly hope this situation is fixed asap because I, personally, will not be going back into this shop until he puts someone else behind the counter. I frequent this shop atleast once a week and will now be traveling elsewhere for better service and less attitude!
