Stopped in as I wanted to learn more and possibly purchase. The guy behind the counter was awesome! He explained everything to me, made sure I understood the basics and even took the time to make sure I knew what to do to set it up and how to figure the settings out. I ended up purchasing and couldnt be happier. They had a large variety of liquids, prices seemed reasonable and the customer service was exceptional!

I came here for the first time and got a great deal on disposable vapes, 3 for $50. I was told that disposables could be returned and swapped out if it had something wrong with it. One was fine, and the other two had taste burnt (Hyde) while the other leaked juice all over (Beco Vaptio Max). I brought it in and was told that they could do nothing about it and I had to throw it away. I was also told once I left the store with them I couldn’t return them. Not happy that I was told two different things. Not sure I’d come back :/

If you arent interested in buying an expensive set up, they dont treat you very well here. They employees claim to work there for awhile, yet dont know about older brands and products, thus getting you lower quality service for not buying a newer expensive tank. Then there is the quality of the knockoffs they sell. 1 in 5 of a pack of attomizers may be good.

This place is aggravating. They never have what I need in stock. Ive been there five times in the last month for different items and they didn’t have what I needed for the brands I bought from them. Why do they sell tanks of specific brands if they don’t intend to stock the consumables for that brand?!?! The girl that works there is pretty rude and their business hours are not as posted. I’ve been there twice during business hours and their door was locked with no one inside. I will not be getting anything else from them. I will drive a little further down the road.

Ive been here after they just opened, seemed hard to get help and took forever for anyone to ask me if I needed any.There were 5 employees working, and it smelled like marajauna.Went back later on in life, seemed like better service, only one employee, possibly owner. He related to me with the shirt I was wearing, way better experience, and I will go back.Only reason its a 4 star review is because the prices are a bit high, can save about half price online. No price match.

Austin was very helpful and his goal was to find me a perfect liquid for my vape which he did. He explained so many different variables to me and helped me pick the perfect one. Definitely will be back!!

Gigantic juice selection and a pretty friendly staff. Im not local to this shop, but stop in whenever Im nearby. Theres a wide variety of devices as well. Any type of vaper is good here. Theres standard kits, sub-ohm tanks, rebuilables, and even a bunch of mech mods for your advanced builders. The only downside is that they dont have testers for all their flavors. Theres a huge variety, so I see why. But still, I like to try juice before I buy it. Otherwise, this shop is on point and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Do not go to this shop. I bought a mod kit that was $100. I didnt even have it 2 months and it started to burn when I wasnt holding the fire button and turn off and on. They told me they wont exchange it or return it. The whole point of going to a shop and paying a markup price is so you can return broken Items.

This place sucks. They wouldnt take back a defective battery I purchased 24 hrs earlier, and i had a receipt. Jerks didnt even look at the sales slip. Asked if I opened the pack. Yes I did. (Thats how I know it doesnt work.)Be careful of what you buy from these crooks. They sell defective products. Check it out before you leave the store or hand over your money to them.

Bought a vap device from this store. First time tried to charge. USB charger broke inside. Would not replace. Saying it was users error. They do not back their products.

Absolutely awful vape shop. I go here as a desperation move because all other vape shops around did not have my coils in stock. Bigger bearded guy is literally the worst employee I have ever seen and doesnt want to help a single person who walks in. All he does is build his own rdas and watch tv. I bought a pack of 3 coils and within 2 days I have already gone through 2 of them. They must be fake because I have never had this problem. Do not give your money to this establishment. They are easily the worst vape store around.

The shop manager Jonathan Baldwin sold me a product he had no clue was in his stock. The product smoke stick v8 baby did not turn on once returned to the shop. The manager had gone to a funeral and since he sold me the item he was the one to contact me. A week later never did I go back into the shop to hear that he could not do anything because the time that he sold me was out of stock for months and did not know how I got! This place stole me of 43$ manager was no help and the worst customer service Ive experience anywhere. Avoid this shop.

Great place. I mean this store has everything you need for beginners to vets. You name it, they gave it. Customer service is great too. They dont just try to get you to but something. They really try to get to know the person so they can help you even more. Love this store.

We are new to vaping so I had alot of questions. The staff was really helpful.. I will definitely drive out of my way to visit that store again. I would give 5 stars except for fact that they were out of samples temporarily.

Defective Products! I was sold both a defective vape pen and a defective charger. Both have been verified defective at different locations. I would be sure to test everything you buy here before you leave the store. Integrity is important!

Fantastic experience. Get staff that understands your needs. If any questions about anything ask Dan. He speaks from experience and doesnt try to sell anything you dont need. My favorite place to buy all my vape needs.

Im only giving 2 stars bc the girl who we bought my g/fs mod was cool... But besides that fat comic book guy is very arrogant and just has a shitty attitude and made us feel dumb.... We are new to vaping having recently kicking ciggerettes and like previously mentioned made us feel stupid... He sold us house blends which arent very good after trying other vendors and pushed us out the door!!!! I kinda feel ripped off and would suggest if you do need vaping supplies ect. Avoid fat comic book guy his recommendations and explore another source!!!

This is my favorite vape shop. The staff are friendly informative and are always patient when I ask a lot of questions. They have a lot of good a juice lines, and good selection of mods and tanks..

Best prices and very friendly staff, I drive all the way from borderline indiana to go here. have recommended to many people and will continue to, purchased a mod that was priced at 125 dollars at a vape shop near me for 60 dollars there

Decent stuff but mostly clones and if you want to call to ask a question....good luck! The phone is never answered and you cant even leave a message or get a call back. This is the thing that made me look elsewhere. They do know what they are talking about most of the time but if i cant call with a question or find out if they have what i am looking for the drive is worthless so i will not return.

Knowledgeable & Friendly People.....No rush to get you out the door and genuinely care that youre happy with your purchse (Im a VERY Indecisive Person). Recommended by a friend at work, and Ive sent others to them myself.All Around Great Experience!

Theres on employee there thats rude everytime I go. Hes always there when i go in. I had an issue that I wanted him to take a look at but he was too busy building on his personal vape so look at my problem, a customer.

Purchased a mod earlier today from Vaperz vape shop. The man sold me a mod along with coils that are not the right ones for the mod. I wont be going back. Wasted time and money.

Had a great e-juice recommendation from the staff today. I told them my flavor preferences, and bam, my next all day vape. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Bigger dude was working there with beard and was just rude. Wouldnt even talk about vape and just seemed like he was there just to be there. My worst experience in a vape shop.

Went to go here earlier while I was at work, it said it was open and it was the closest to where I was, I get there and theyre closed during business hours, no sign or notes at the door saying whats going on or even if they went to get lunch
