I started as a customer at Mi Vape roughly 7 months ago and I prefer their business for vapes over any other business Will, Grundy, & Kendall County. I’ve been to each location and have never had anything close to a bad experience. Although every staff member I’ve encountered comes off as kind, polite, and knowledgeable, I have some favorite staffers who I look forward to seeing when I visit. Sam, Gus, and Javier are my favorites and they always address me by name and make me feel welcomed immediately when I enter the store. I highly recommend this establishment when contemplating purchasing vapes, THC & CBD, and other smoke accessories.

Shout out to Burt he is so educated on vapes and help me pick out the right one. He even showed me this new vape from Rodman’s collection. I love it and the candles are awesome to buy one get one free!

I was a customer here 6 or 7yrs ago, I lived in the area and was just getting started with Vaping, they were super helpful..... friendly.... knowledgeable and just good people to go to for advice. Im happy to report that the customer service is still top drawer, the inventory has increased , and still really good people to go to for advice. I didnt catch the gentlemans name that helped me today, but he was awesome , found my PinUp Vape Betty ( no Lana unfortunately 😢 ) had a deal of 3 for $40, and then took the time to go over the new Drag 3 Mod as well as a couple options by SMOK , I had already paid for my juice when I asked about the Mods, and he spent a good 10-15min discussing the mods as well as pulling them out of the case so I could see them. I will definitely be back this Saturday for my new Mod and will continue to visit everytime I need juice. Thank you again

I love this place. I had a very good experience there. This shop has a reward point system. I got my entire order for free by using my points! The store associate, Chris, was very friendly and helpful.

First time stopping in this shop and Alex was very knowledgeable about the products and the differences between the strains. I wasnt aware there was so much learn in regard to finding the vape/ strain that works for you. Im not sure what kind of employee reward system yall have but he definitely deserves it plus more. Ill absolutely be making a return trip.

Best customer service Ive ever had at a smoke shop! I already forgot her name from smoking too much, but Casey(?) was so knowledgeable, friendly, and just genuinely nice! Congratulations on your pregnancy if youre reading this! I dont live close at all and dont even work that close, but I will stop by this place at every opportunity because of the Outstanding customer service. Dont let her go, because its hard to find workers with half her customer service skills, much less any of those skills. I will go out of my way to stop by this smoke shop. I had to stop in for some new batteries for my mod. If its a new place for me I usually ask an obscure question. On Sunday, I asked if they carried 18650s. Not batteries, just 18650s, and if the person has a perplexed look I usually just walk out. Weird questions are how I check to see if the vendor knows vapes or just sells them and doesnt care.But here, I asked that question and Faye instantly knew what I needed and provided me with my options. She also suggested a new box mod since mine is beat up and old. She was super friendly and helpful. She introduced herself and took ownership of the products. That shows knowledge and experience. The store was clean and well stocked.I will be visiting her and the store again for my new box mod soon. This was a great experience. Even though this Vape shop is a little further from my home (35 minutes away) I will make the trip rather than my local shop who doesnt even know what an RTA is. Thanks MI VAPE!
