Thry have the coolest Luigi bubbler there where he is smoking a bowl himself. So there is like a small chillum sized bowl or a bigger one in the back. Its so cool! And south park characters on their bowls! We got towely! The awesomeness is in the details, I 🧡 the red in his eyes 😂

Highly upset I wasted my money on some stale cigars. And couldn’t even get a refund because I wasn’t able to bring them back that day. The guy looked me straight in my face and told me they were fresh because he saw me look at them funny.

Great one-stop smoke shop. They have everything you need & prices are reflective of the market. The store is so much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside (I love the flooring!). Everything is organized & products are displayed clearly so you can find what you need easily. Employees are knowledgable and friendly, more than happy to help if you have any questions. They genuinely cared to talk to us about the products we were choosing and helping us decide without pushing anything. I appreciate that so much!YES they have 2 entrances - One door in front, one door in back. Appreciate the convenience when the front lot is busy. This store is well managed and stocked with great products. I cant recommend this place enough!

I stopped in to check out the shop and looked around and was talking to the kid that was working that really didn’t have a clue what they had in the store other then what he uses, I had to show him that the shop actually carried some of the items I asked about. Very poor customer service. I was going to spend some money and man this kid said he didn’t care about the store or the owners or about earning repeat customers your Regulars that come in a few times a week. I have never been to a vape shop in 12 years that wasn’t chill and laid back. He said he just doesn’t care and will have a job regardless. Attitude goes a far way and I hope this guy figures that out. I wouldn’t want him to run my shop.

Been going to smokes and vapes for over a year now. i originally began going to their crest hill location and from the first moment i went there i knew i would be a permanent customer. any time i go in for anything whether it’s cigarettes, vapes, rolling papers etc. the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. love going here and always will for the forseeable future!

*BUYERS BEWARE SCAM ALERT*Bought a rechargeable cart and some vape juice. Salesperson sold me juice with 0% nicotine then wouldnt let me return it. Offered me $3 off my next purchase. What an insult. Would avoid these despicable, overpriced, scumbag, scam artist at all costs. (Even getting my receipt was a whole process.)

Never had a bad experience here! Was greeted at soon as I walked in the door. Great place and had everything I needed. Definitely will be back again!

The owners/staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Their prices are better than anyone else’s anywhere near me. I won’t go anywhere else.

Bought a vape yesterday. It died today and it wont recharge. Wasted money on a vape. $33 dollars for a RECHARGABLE vape.. not returning.
