I been getting massages for the past 7 years, I been to all the salons around the Kirkland area, from the most expensive to the cheapest.This place was amazing, quiet, clean, professional; normally all massage places feel the same, same routine, same style, here was different.The person who did my massage was amazing! She did a different style than I am used to, it really felt so good, she did a massage on my stomach even, that was something new, they used nice body lotion which is nice.So far the best place I been in Kirkland, good price and amazing massage, I will recommend it to friends and family

My partner and I received a couples Swedish massage which was very nice and relaxing. We always get amazing service at Aroma Spa and they provide free beverages and candy which is nice! We will definitely be back!

I had an incredibly relaxing experience at Aroma Spa. Their skilled hands and calming presence created an atmosphere of total tranquility. They tailored the massage perfectly to my needs, relieving tension I didnt even know I had. The ambiance was soothing, and their professionalism was evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a therapeutic escape.

This place is great and you will not be wasting your time or money. I’ve been getting massages for years and while everyone has their own style, including the people here, I’ve never gotten a bad massage here. I work a very physical job and exercise often and when I’m getting sore, this place gets all the knots out of my back. They also include the deep tissue where as other places charge extra. I also like that they only use a sheet over you for the beginning and the rest is direct contact, other places keep the sheet on way too long and it gets in the way. This is already my go to place and I think they’re great, but the one thing they could do to improve in my opinion is do a punch card where ya get something every ten visits.

Best pre Mother’s Day Massage! 💆🏽 My boys had deep tissue and I had a swishes and when I say the best massage ever. It was one of sons first time and he really enjoyed. I had a similar experience as one of the other recent clients. The massage itself was mediocre. My masseuse also left the room to attend to someone at the door mid-massage. Despite this, I tipped $15 on a 70 dollar massage which is 21%. The masseuse threw angry comments at me that tip should be $20 and then refused to make eye contact because she was so angry at the 21% tip. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional.

I have been going to Aroma for 3+ years including many couples massages with my wife.The staff is always friendly and provide professional therapeutic and relaxing massages.

The massage was very comfortable, it felt sososososo good, the environment is clean and tidy, I like it...l will come again!

My partner booked a couples massage for my birthday. The massage itself was fine, but it felt similar to when my partner gives me a massage, not like a massage from someone who received professional training.At one point, my masseuse left the room in the middle of my massage to help someone at the front desk. I understand things come up and businesses can be short staffed, but it felt unprofessional and the masseuse did not acknowledge that she left or make up the time she was gone. There were staff members speaking loudly in the halls, which did catch me off guard as I started to relax.When it came time to pay my partner paid for the massage on a credit card and tried to give an 18% cash tip. The receptionist scoffed and told him the tip is 20% he ended up tipping the full 20% on a card as he did not have the additional $3 in cash. We left feeling like he was basically required to pay a 20% tip for a mediocre massage. The receptionists entire demeanor changed when he tried to give his original tip and she became very cold.All in all, it was an okay experience but between the masseuse leaving in the middle and the tipping experience I will not be returning.

I am an active cyclist, hiker and overall fitness enthusiast. While training I utilize the many benefits of massage therapy to advance quicker toward my goals. Finding the right massage therapist can be difficult and unfortunately many are not professional or sanitary. Fortunately, I tried Aroma Spa based on a recommendation from a friend for a 2 hour deep tissue massage. The results greatly improved my sore legs and stiff back. I have found that the staff and facilities at Aroma Spa are the perfect fit for me. High standards of cleanliness and a professional deep tissue massage make me comfortable. Careful assessment of my particular needs results in the right pressure for each muscle group and faster recovery time from exercise.Highly recommend for those seeking a quality massage session as part of their fitness routine.

My husband had booked and paid for my massage session. The massage was okay but when we were about to leave, the receptionist asked my husband to tip the masseuse 20% of the service. Since when do businesses make it compulsory for customers to tip them?I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Tipping should be voluntary not mandatory. We already paid massage service fee. There is no need to pay tip. If we need to pay tip, what’s the difference between massage service fee and tip fee? It is ridiculous. If you ask me for more tips, I will bring you to the court and ask you which law asks tips from customers. If you feel bothered by tip, please call 911 or just leave. They cannot control your freedom! On the other hand, the boss should pay more to worker not customer.

Came in for a couples massage as this was actually my first spa/massage treatment in the area. We were welcomed and greeted with a care package of chocolates and a teddy bear celebrating our Anniversary which was heartwarming! The room we were situated in was very calming and relaxing. I want to give a huge thank you to the owners as they were incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and accommodating to whatever treatment you would like. The massage itself was great! I had a full body massage as the techniques used were different than previous ones but were fantastic. Deep tissue massage as they constantly checked in to ensure pressure was enough. If you are feeling uncomfortable or the pain is too much, they will check in with you to ensure it’s to your liking. Highly recommend this to anyone as the pricing is great and the overall experience is more than satisfactory!

The reviews about making you feel bad about your tip are true. I was told 20% tip wasnt enough. Besides trying to make feel guilty about it, she kept my card in the reader for an uncomfortable amount of time before giving it back. The massage was fine, but I will not recommend anyone to this place after that awkward experience. Seems like employees arent getting paid enough.

Good massage and I gave her 25% tip and she was added an additional 12% and was sneaky about it .. not good business

Booked a couples massage for my boyfriend & I and we both loved it!! It was the first professional massage either of us got so we went in not sure what to expect, then came out feeling extremely relaxed and happy. Our massage therapists were very kind, checked in on us, and did amazing! All my knots are gone :) The place was also very nice and clean, I loved the decorations. We also appreciated the chocolate! I absolutely recommend booking here.

This place is AMAZING. Ive had some heavenly massages here and the prices are a steal!!!I have had some spectacular massages that really went above and beyond - in rolling out knots, stretching muscles, focusing on tight spots, using hot stones...I recommend Lily and Hae-Lin, but really you cant go wrong with any massage therapist here. Theyre all wonderful, professional, and receptive to any feedback (too hard, too soft, etc.) A 90-minute massage here is a dream and a dang good deal.

I had a foot massage on Mother’s Day and will not return to Aroma Spa after being shamed by the woman who ran my payment for not tipping more (I tipped $10 on a $40 service). I ended up letting her keep my $20 because she was so rude to me about it.Please note that their online booking service means nothing. I came in at my appointed time and I still had to go through what I was there for. When I was getting my massage, I could hear a couple turned away because they didn’t have enough masseuses for them, even though they had booked online.The massage was OK—not good or great. But the way I was treated by one of the workers will not be forgotten and I can’t recommend this place.

One of the massage therapists tried too hustle more tip money from myself and partner. They claimed that they dont charge extra for deep tissue massages even though thats what we purchased and demanded more money from us. Would not recommend

This is the best spa that I have been to in the North Kirkland/Kingsgate area. One of the things that first appealed to me is the quality of their web site and the ability to book a day and time online, and even request a specific therapist. Then when I went in for my first massage, I was truly impressed with the interior. Many spas that I have been to have rooms with curtains for room dividers and doorways. The rooms have doors that keep noise out and lead to a serene atmosphere. The massage therapist that I have been going to for deep tissue massages is incredible. I highly recommend this place as a high-quality establishment. I am definitely a regular customer now.

I decided to try this place with my boyfriend for our one year, despite the recent reviews. the service was amazing! when we arrived we were immediately taken back to our room, where they laid out some candy in the shape of a 1 and even gifted me a lipstick. when it was time to checkout, they offered us complimentary drinks and candy to take with us.as for the massage, it was incredible. i was asked several times if the pressure was okay and how i was feeling, and he really took his time working around all the knots in my back. the hot stones also felt amazing, and we left very satisfied.i’ll definitely be back when we come to visit again!

Stopped in for a walk-in foot massage and they were able to take us right away. There was some miscommunication in the beginning. We wanted a chair massage but ended up getting a table massage. The massage was good and relaxing. The place could definitely use updates to furniture and decor. But $45 for an hour foot and body massage is great.

What a weird experience. We booked online and they were surprised when we showed up. This was not a trained massage at all. It was similar to when my kids try to rub my back. It was a great price but I do think this is definitely one of those “you get what you pay for” situations. Nothing was terrible, it was just not the type of massage I’m used to.

Eric and Ying were amazing during our couples massage. The customer service was excellent and they were very understanding when we were 15 minutes due to the traffic. The only thing I would say is a negative is you can hear all conversations and the couple leaving during our massage were pretty loud :( We will be back again!

For years, I have been searching for good therapy massagers until I met Nancy. With her magic hands, although stiffness is not totally gone, but I can turn my head not my body to look behind me. My back pain is decreased. I promise every dollar you spend on Nancy is well worthy. - Her loyal customer.

Not sure if masseurs are certified here.I asked for a deep tissue massage with focus on my back and neck and they put so much pressure on my neck with their elbow! That I screamed when having a massage and had pain for the next three days!I usually go for deep tissue and have good tolerance for it but this was really bad.

Such a treat. Wife and I went for a couples massage for early Valentines. Loved it. Very nice, very friendly couple running the place. It was warm and inviting and we both felt somewhat spoiled. Have already shared the experience with friends and will definitely be going back. Give this place your business.

Outstanding! Its so nice to call and get a massage same day compared to other over commercialized places like Massage Envy where its like 3 days out and you get overcharged. Aroma Spa is very reasonably priced and there is no BS membership like others. Everyone there is always so appreciative of our business and WOW what great massages. We leave relaxed and they just know how to get the right spots even without saying anything. Somehow they just feel through your body and know exactly where to work.

I made an appointment for a body/foot combo. When I arrived they were unaware of the appointment. The massage was an awful experience- very painful and unpleasant. I almost left and told the woman to use less pressure- but she did not seem to understand. She used her knuckles, bones to rub very fast and hard. I felt like a piece of laundry.

Me and my wife are the loyal clients here for five years,they change hand two years ago, new therapist ,new remodeling,new management .and more experienced massage,will follow them forever.love aroma spa.

Was shamed about tipping 15% (was not happy with the service) and asked that 18% is a minimum. Therapist then ran my card twice and added a dollar extra on top of an agreed tip amount. Won’t be back.

**experience on 7/17/2021**The staff was not professional at all, we didn’t even get to get a massage! I made an appointment a few days before for my sister and I the weekend before her wedding on the phone. I confirmed multiple times the time slot as we had some other appointments that day and were working on a tight schedule. They confirmed. My sister shows up before me on the day of the appointment and they stated that I had called back and changed my appointment for an hour later. STRAIGHT UP LIE. I never called them back and why would I if we already had another appointment scheduled for that time. I show up and ask what the hell was going on and they said the same thing to me. I said I didn’t call and then they look through a small lined notebook they are using for appointments and shows my time crossed out and with a slot an hour later. I assume someone else showed up and was going to get a more expensive massage so they bumped us down. Not cool. Not professional. Would never recommend.

I have been coming to Aroma spa for a year now and they recently changed owners and massage therapists. I booked a deep tissue massage and left very disappointed, with my back in worst condition than before. I do not recommend.

Amazing place! Very professional! Tried the aromatherapeutic massage for the first time, the price was with discount, felt super relaxed! Also get the body scrub after that, the owner said they improve the service by every client’s review, one of the customer complained the body scrub should has salt added in as advertised on the website picture. So they did! Felt really clean! What a touchable spa!

EXACTLY what I needed. They took their time focusing on areas that were really tense in my body, and relieved a lot of the back pain I was experiencing. Professional, friendly and great at what they do.

I was massaged by the front desk man who was talking and helping guests/workers the whole time during the massage. For the body massage, he just pressed random spots on my back. It was clear they werent trained at all.

Relaxing environment, very good technicians, body recharging, good formula for wellness.

Cant even explain how amazing this place is. I do hard labor construction for work and have got alot of massages. Hands down best ever. She knows all of the sore spots that you want done. Once again amazing, go find out for yourself.

Looks dirty and messy. Sheets in different sizes and colors, and old even still with Goodwill tags on. Poor sanitation condition!

The room was cold, sheets were thin and cheap. At first so much oil was used that I felt like a slip n’ slide. The lotion smelt like cheap soap. Waste of money
