Best family owned vape shop in Seattle and awesome customer service. Stopped by for some premade coil wraps, because rebuildable supplies are tough to find nowadays.If you’re hardcore into building your own coils or you haven’t tried it, I HIGHLY recommend coming here and picking up the Zeus X kit for $75, as it is not found at many other vape shops. For cotton, any major cotton brand will do, but if you can find, I recommend the Cotton Bacon brand. Once you try vaping with an RTA/RTDA, you will realize just how much flavor you’re missing out on. Plus, it’s like having a brand new atomizer for 3-5 days (depending how much you vape) and once you start to get the hang of swapping cotton, it should only take 10-15 min to do. The other bonus w/ rebuildables is you don’t constantly have to buy packs of stupid proprietary coils specific to your tank; instead, when your vape starts tasting icky, simply change out your cotton as often as you prefer. Any decent brand of coils will last you 3-4 months and can cost as low as $5 and at most $20. Any questions or if ya need to special order supplies, ask Xhale to hook it up and they will order for no additional charge. Highly recommend!!

I bought some GOOMZ mushroom gummies on Saturday May 18 and they are just normal gummies, do not throw your money in the trash when buying this product, they did not cause any effect on me.

Stumbled upon this shop after having a couple drinks. The owner was working and was super nice and had a great sense of humor. I was interested in upgrading some of my current vape kit and he was super helpful at finding me something similar to what I had. Definitely recommend this place. If i was local I’d stop by all the time.

Hit and miss. Visited 4 times, 2 of which they werent open during their business hours. Currently have a sign that says theyll be right back, no eta. Number they offer for you to call goes straight to voicemail with a full mailbox.Other 2 visits were ok, but I was assured a juice wasnt an iced variety and it ended up being heavy on menthol. Location is convenient, service is practically non-existent.Update/Reply: I appreciate that you have updated hours and have offered a replacement juice, but the juice really is not necessary! I will be more than happy to visit in the future and give the shop another shot.

Love this shop. Had a full shelf of quick fix 6.1. The newest formula. Bought 6 kits because the pricing was awesome. Opened each kit, called the lab, verified the batch numbers and they are all legit and good for another 2 years. I will deff be coming back!

Been in this store before but this recent visit was by far the best and most helpful. Sammy didnt just point me to a shelf he asked what I was looking for and helped expand on that to help me find what I was REALLY looking for. And I actually walked out with a working puff bar from this store.

Good selection of vape products along with kratom and glassware. Only thing I could say bad would be high prices and still not sure of their hours as Ive gone over there before and theyve been closed in the middle of the day when Google says theyre open. Other than that would definitely recommend especially since its the only smoke shop in the area.

Abdul and Shawn were very helpful in my recent visit to their store to buy a gift for a friend. The item was not to his liking and so I returned it and though they would probably have to eat the cost because it had been used, were happy to exchange it for something else with a small restocking fee. Their store provides a little hip diversity in stodgy old Kirkland! Lots of color, lots of selection, lots of ways to get through these rainy winter nights!

I came in looking to replace a glass piece that broke and ended up leaving with a new piece, vape and some juice, all for a pretty decent price.Customer service was great as well and the person who helped me was able to work with me through everything pretty smoothly.

This shop is excellent..the selection of products is incredible and the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The manager, Abdul is phenomenal as well as his nephew (?) who also works there. A few weeks ago I bought a TFV4 tank for my Segelei battery and which was an excellent recommendation. Then this past week Abdul sold me (not a hard sell either) a TFV8 Cloud Beast which truly delivers the cloud. Abdul was very patient and helped me out the following day with an issue o n the TFV8 that was quickly resolved. Hes very easy going and wants to make sure youre happy before, during and after the sale. Rare quality in service today, but its here. I wont go anywhere else for vaping products and wouldnt hesitate to send anyone here.

Best shop I’ve seen in king county so far, everything was cool, owner explained flavours and brand differences, then replaced disposable vape that we purchased, but didn’t like the taste, without additional cost!

Rude and they will try to hustle you. I asked for the cheapest vape battery. He showed me one, when I asked for one that Ive seen at a lower price he simply said no good and didnt show me it. I had to insist to see it. When i aske how to charge it he said its bought separately for an additional $6. Who sells a product with out the right charging equipment?? When I asked for my money back the 3 of them started to argue that thats just the price, one of them even raised his voice from across the room. Just bad customer service all around.

Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices, wide variety of products for vaping and/or smoking including hookahs (I only know what one looks like). I still remember my first time shopping here, I was interested in switching over to vaping and the guy that was working the counter was able to help:• find an easy to use vape that was a good size to carry around for about $100• find a juice that was good quality and inexpensive (some sort of Sour Blue Raspberry)• put together the vape for me as well as fill it with the juice• teach me the basics on how to vape properly as well as showing me how to fill the tank and adjust the watt/ percentageThey also will replace the coil cotton thing in the tank for you for free.

I was there at 7pm, and on google maps it says yall working till 8pm. Anyways, zero service. The guy was acting like he is doing me a favor. The price for hookah head was 4.99 and he said whatever prices comes to his minds ending with .99 cents. Moreover, this place has almost nothing about hookahs, as it says on the pictures here. Almost nothing, just couple items. I was very unhappy with the service, and everything else.

Theyre usually wrong with the ETA of their next product shipment.

Tried to sell us a vaporizer without a recharge cord. Then acted like it was our fault. Took over an hour to get our money back.Kirkland should be ashamed to have this store here.Very disappointing and dishonest

Rip-off, avoid this store!Walked in with the intent to get some in-person consulting with buying an e-cigarette. The guy in this store sold me a single eGo-T battery and single clearomizer for $65. A set of two batteries and multiple clearomizers sells for $69 at the joytech store, and you can buy that same outdated model inclusive of charger and clearomizer on eBay for $15.Before I went for the eGo-T, the guy also tried to talk me into a variable voltage battery for $130 (!). Variable voltage batteries sell for $30-$40 on eBay stores, from such quality brands like Innokin. Im fine with a bit of premium when buying in person, but not that.Im puzzled why someone can be so dumb to rip off people so obviously in times of internet reviews, jeopardizing the potential great business those smoke stores could have with the booming business of e-cigs. If the guy in the store (on 1/2/14 in the afternoon) wasnt the owner, I would have a serious talk with him if I would own this business.

Stoned teenagers or aggressive middle aged men stand behind the counter of this shop. The employees of this store know absolutely nothing about ecigs or vaping, to the point where it is kind of laughable walking in and watching the clerk try and sell a two year old piece of gear for triple to quadruple what it costs online.There are usually some stuffy people hanging around the couch area in the back of the shop. I have no idea why these vape shops think its a good idea to have couches to encourage their unwashed customer base to hang around longer than it takes to buy something and leave.The glass they have to smoke is 100% all from China, which I normally dont have a problem with if the prices are right, which they are not at all at this store. China glass is generally defective and fragile but that doesnt stop these guys from marking up pieces 600% from Alibaba.Avoid this store like the absolute plague.
