This vape shop is amazing. They have a tasting center where you can try over 50 different flavors of juice in cutting edge brand MODs. The staff was totally knowledgeable! I spoke with Jim and Jason while I was there and these guys listened to what I like and then set me up with an incredible system that fits me! Prices were amazing and the whole experience was fantastic. This place is next to The Cave and had a cool place to sit around and enjoy a beverage and a vape!

Lil high priced and Inventory issues not having stuff in stock is why 2 stars.Asking for tips is where they lost me as a customer.The prices are already over 100% markup from online. Which was fine i get it. But then to ask for tips on top of it is crazy. This isnt really a service that should be asking for tips. The employees are great and i tipped everytime. But please just pay them better and take away the tips. Because the 10-20% options for tips when checking out is crazy

My partner and I have been coming to this store (and it’s other locations) for well over two years and all of the employees are so cool. Robin helped us today and hooked us up with all kinds of deals to use up our points, since we’re going to be moving soon. We always feel like we walk away with a decent bargain and, at the very least, a good conversation.

I am new to vaping, but have been hooked on nicotine for too long. I made it very clear when I first visited Vape Savvy that I hope not too be a customer for long. And man...Im quite sad that I am sticking to that decision.The staff and owner are INCREDIBLY friendly and offer great and honest advice. It is the complete opposite of what I have experienced.

Love the loyalty program they offer, no one else does what they do. Also I’ve been smoking the same naked berry juice for years and years, I always have a problem finding it, and I’ve tried and tried different juices, people claiming it taste the same but have never had any luck. Well I met the owner yesterday, he offered me some choices he thought I’d like……. Omg I love them. It’s not too sweet, doesn’t get the burnt coil taste. I’m so thankful I found this place, I love that they make their own juices. Thanks Jim your store rocks!!!!

Love this place! Been going to them for a couple years, and I always have a great experience. Jim, one of the owners, is super nice and fun to talk to, and the employees like Collin are always great as well. Glad they are expanding too, if anyone deserves it, its them!

Walked in 10 minutes to close, not expecting much. I was very wrong, Trent was so helpful and took the time to explain the tank I purchased as well as show me a replacement that was affordable and in my opinion, a lot better than what I was using. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again just from that experience. I live in Lake Forest Park, but that trip is so very worth it for being treated like an actual human being. Keep up the amazing work, Trent! You have earned a fan!

I have been coming to Vape Savvy regularly for quite some time now (at least a year), mainly for juice and coils. Their juice selection isnt bad and they do try their best to keep my favorites in stock, which I very much appreciate. The problem is their return policy. I bought a brand new mod for the first time from them about a week ago. I noticed that the door that holds the batteries came loose and my batteries would fall out simply by setting it down on the table and it happened several times. Today, I brought in the box with all of the other unused equipment included to explain the problem and ask them to please exchange it for me. I was informed that the only way that I would be able to get a replacement is by sending it back to the manufacturer with my receipt. Considering that it costs about $30 to ship to China (I know this from experience), I refused and walked out. I will not continue to do business with a shop that does not honor what they sell.

I was helped by Chris, he was really nice and full of info. I forgot my MOD and he helped me with finding the right coils for my ZEUS tank. Thank you!

This is the only spot I’ll go. Owner and employees are always consistent, positive, and knowledgable, if they happen to not have my favorite juice in stock they have never let me down with recommendations. If something is out of stock or new, they do their best to add it to their inventory asap. Excellent customer service with a genuine attitude that you can’t find anywhere else.

This is the only vape shop that I will go to because I feel as though I can trust their products and all the employees are very approachable, friendly, and they really know their stuff. Shout out to Robin! She has a great attitude and customer service, even after the million and a half questions that my friend and I had. 😊

Definitely my favorite vape store on the east side, and around puget sound. They have a great juice selection, they employees are super nice, and listen to suggestions. If there is something they havent had in the past, they get it for me and call once its in. They always have a nice rotation of new juices and equipment also. Not to mention a very generous rewards program. Highly recommend stopping in to say hi and see what they have.

The selection flavors is wide with plenty of variety, all your atomizer needs are in stock and LOTS of devices to check out if youre looking for something new! This is absolutely my favorite shop! Everyone that works here is so incredibly kind and friendly. I really love their Vape Savvy e-liquid. All of the flavors are amazing and it really extended the life of my coils.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Ive been to every vape shop on the east side, this is the one, and its not even close. Best selection, best location, and most importantly best customer service. If you check my profile you will see it has been around years, and I do not do very many reviews. So when I do a review, its not because the customer service was great, its because it was the best. Every person there is great. They pointed out the best product for my needs in both devices and juices and nailed it. Simply the best vape shop on the East Side and maybe in the state. Seriously, thanks guys, you got a lifetime customer.

Went in for the first time today and met Zach! He had my vaporesso pods that seem to be non existent in downtown Seattle so i was happy to find they had them here which is super convenient to get to after work. They have a super awesome rewards program that actually makes you feel like you are being rewarded! You get 1 point for every dollar and at 50 points its $5 off, 1000 is $10. This is the best rewards program Ive encountered and definitely makes me feel valued as a customer and a incentive to keep coming back! Its right off the freeway which makes this a awesome and quick stop with easy parking (and even dominos nextdoor if you need dinner).Dope little spot, easy to get to, Zach was super awesome, great rewards program, shop is clean, chill, and aesthetic! Definitely my new fav vape shop by a land slide and will be coming here for any vape needs (:

Had a great first time visit at VapeSavy. The owner ran the front counter. Very personable and knowledgeable. The pricing is fair. Great selection and a sample bar. They have a reward/point system to help you save on future purchases. My girlfriend loves this place and Im certain we will back.

Vape savvy kirkland is my spot. I found the owner and general manager to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my switch from my old device to a new device under a new brand. Not to mention extremely friendly staff! I exclusively get my vape accessories/juice from vape savvy kirkland and will continue too!

This place is awesome and has incredible service (Tyler is awesome)! They also have VERY reasonable prices and a diverse array of vape juice ($20, even for 12 ml of nicotine!), good quality coils and a many different devices of various sizes. They are a new store but they know what they are doing and this is officially my new favorite store! It is much better than other local vape stores!

This store is terrible! I never will back. I had a lot of problems with them selling horrible products, super expensive almost 200 dollars vaper didnt last 2 weeks and went bad. they didnt change, they didnt do anything, they told me to get in touch with the manufacturer. I thought it was unfair and I didnt go to the store for over 6 months. now im back i got a new cheaper vaper for $55 dollars. and it only lasted 1 week. I went back to the store and it was the same thing, they told me to get in touch with the manufacturer. horrible store, poor quality products and no customer support. I will never come back

Stopped in the first time because there was a foot of snow outside and this was the closest shop to my house. Im so lucky I did! Jason and I spent about an hour talking while I warmed up, and he introduced me to what are now some of my favourite juices. The next time I stopped in I met Jim, and was treated just as familiarly. I dont stop in often, but when I do its always a treat to be welcomed like one of the guys. Thanks, lads!

I had the opportunity to stop by this store early May, and let me tell you about these guys service! Most friendly and knowledgable staff when it comes to electronic nicotine devices. Insider know how on all new E-cigs, vape style cartridges and more. The staff is always willing to make sure the customer is happy no matter the price! Will be visiting again soon.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been suffering with terrible sudden leg cramps at night for on and off for many years and recently for over a month straight losing many hours of precious sleep. I’ve tried everything, I thought. Magnesium, papaya seed extract, calcium, mustard, salt, pickle juice, I’m always hydrated, even tried tying a string around my ankles, and sleeping with my legs on a heating pad. I can’t stand anything mind altering and had been hearing from the occasional friend about CBD for pain but no experience with spasms. When I went into VapeSavvy I asked Zach about the CBD and if it might help with my issue. He was so kind and so knowledgeable and helped me choose the the delivery method that was best for me which turned out to be the salve and OMG! The first night I used it…no spasms. Maybe it’s just a fluke. The second night I used it…no spasms. I am so grateful and will of course continue using it and telling my friends who also suffer with this to give this a try. A good night sleep is priceless.
