UPDATE: I received an immediate response from the spa manager. She apologized and made things right. Well done! I will definitely consider returning.* * * * *To the manager on duty Friday, June 28, at approximately 4-5 p.m.Thursday, June 27, I had a luxury manicure, upgraded polish to Dazzle Dry, and left a $20 tip = $105Morning of June 28, the polish had fallen off of one nail and two others looked like moisture was underneath. I stopped in and pointed it out to one of the girls at check-in. She left to find a manager, came back and said the manager said we will “fix a couple nails free, OR give a 25% discount for a new manicure.” Why on earth would I spend any more money?!?For me, good customer service would have been to come look at my obviously defective nails, apologize, sympathize, and ask what they could do to make it right. I was perfectly content with repairing the nails. Insult was offering me a discount for another manicure.I bumped it up one star because nail tech Stephanie did a great repair, was apologetic, and very friendly.Follow-up… it is now two days later and another nail (not one repaired) has completely lost its polish. I give up!

Such an amazing spa!! From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel special! I’ve experienced a variety of services here and will always come back. Their massages and facials are the best around. And I’m a huge fan of their Quiet Room❤️

Jerriann was the most incredible massage therapist. I have had hip pain for the last year and a half after having baby, and he is the first to have actually worked with me through the problem. I walked out of my 80min massage without my hip clicking at every step, and my pain level that I got “used to” was almost completely gone. I’ll definitely be coming back to see him, I can’t believe how good I feel after one session!

This was my second time with Jarian as my massage therapist. I came in for a prenatal massage, booked with him because in my last pregnancy he basically cured me of the pain associated with SI joint dysfunction on my left hip. Fast forward almost two years later and Im pregnant again, same pain. He gave me an amazing massage with a good deep pressure and really took the time to work out the issue with my hip area pain. I strongly recommend him to everyone but specially those with back pain from pregnancy. He takes his time and really feels more like a sports massage, getting deep into the joints and incorporating some movements for functionality.As far as the spa itself, its always a good experience. I love the time in the quiet room sipping tea and relaxing before and after my service!

I could feel the ambiance as soon as I walked in. Serenity and relaxation started as soon as I sat in the parlor with the warm neck wrap. The music is perfectly suited to the overall ambiance. Jarrion was excellent , just the right pressure and he is obviously skilled and experienced. He worked all of the tension out of my body and I feel exactly how I expected, relaxed and pain free. I have found my new place for my regular massage treatment!

I have gone to Jarian for a massage three times now and he has done an excellent job consistently. The environment is relaxing and the massages have helped with tension issues. Highly recommend this spa and Jarian!

The Woodhouse Day Spa is one of the best in Dallas, at each of their locations you are treated to the same luxurious and comfortable experience. As soon as you enter you are warmly welcomed and brought into the relaxing atmosphere of the quiet room (after changing into the wonderful robe there give you pre massage). Here you can relax and have a cup of tea, close your eyes, and forget about stress while you wait for your masseuse or facial specialist to come and get you. Each location offers the same amenities and experiences at the same high quality level. My massages have always been excellent and to my specifications. I am always relaxed afterward and glad that I chose the Woodhouse Day Spa.I was not paid for this write up and did not receive any remediation whatsoever. I just really enjoy being a customer and over the 9 years I have been a customer I have had no issues.

Cannot recommend Woodhouse, and Leslie, more. I had never been here and Leslie walked me through the massage, and the add-ons, continually checking in to make sure she wasn’t adding too much or too little pressure. My husband and I got a couples Swedish massage, where he did the hot stone add on, and I did the cbd add on. Dani at the front was so sweet and welcoming. I’ll absolutely be back.

Ive been seeing Jarian for over a year now, and I cant recommend him highly enough! He has an incredible talent for releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders, leaving me feeling so much better. His deep understanding of the body and ability to target problem areas is unmatched.What really sets Jarian apart is his use of CBD or cupping as an add-on when needed. Its amazing how much of a difference this makes in relieving deep-seated tension. The cupping technique has become a game-changer for me, especially when my muscles are particularly tight.If youre looking for a massage therapist who listens to your needs, uses a variety of techniques to help you feel your best, and truly cares about your well-being, Jarian is the one to see!

Amazing service. They dont just leave you to relax they actually check on you multiple times to see if you need anything. I felt truly taken care of. My massage was fantastic, she really helped work out some tightness in my calf. I also had the organic facial. It was good.

Taken to a changing room where youre given a robe and sandals. Then, youre taken to the relaxation room where youre offered drinks and the most delicious snack mix! There are Multiple Spa in the area But this is the place you want to be at. The Ambiance, The Services, The Cleanliness and most important THE STAFF. Everyone can give services and massages but it depends on that person who does it and make you feel home . And that’s here at WOODHOUSE SPAFeels like dream people would want to be at.Highly Recommend 7Star’s.

Great Deep Tissue massage at Woodhouse Spa. My tech Krystal used the perfect pressure to heal the tight muscles in my neck and back. Nice soothing facility.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax a few weeks ago and was butchered!!! I had grown my eyebrows back for 2 1/2 years and moved from Frisco to Lake Dallas so I thought why not try this place. I ended up having to get microblading and shading done because my eyebrows were so bad!!!! So, a $30 wax plus tip turned into over $700 for microblading and shading.

Got my my wife a massage and a facial scrub here. Got everything done online than spoke with the people that work there. Such an easy process, I wanted it to be a surprise for my wife and it was. She enjoyed it so much. She came back relaxed and glowing. Great prices, easy to navigate website. It’s very straight up. Than if you have questions I just called the front desk and they answered any question. Will definitely be back here!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience getting a manicure and pedicure from Stephanie two days before my wedding! I consider my Woodhouse Spa visit to be the true beginning to my wedding weekend, because it marks when I transitioned from stressed DIY wedding coordinator to bride on cloud nine. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left, everyone treated me with graciousness and friendliness. The environment was calming and luxurious. I felt so cared for! Stephanie knew exactly when to engage in friendly chatting and when to let me silently bask in relaxation. Not only were my nails perfect for my wedding, but the treatment relieved my wedding prep stress and tension and made me feel SO pampered. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so wonderful!

I as given a gift card for a pedicure at the Woodhouse day spa, so I scheduled my appointment. I was super excited, this would be my 1st pedicure and I’ve been told how great they are. I showed up for my appointment and was told by the person on the counter that they they have cancelled my appointment. I asked why they didn’t call me to tell me that it was canceled, all she could say was “I’m sorry “.

Woodhouse provides not only a fabulous experience but great services all around. I see Kylie regularly for massages, and she is absolutely fantastic!! I’ve also done packages that include pedicures and facials, which have also been great, and nothing can top the relaxing experience in their quiet room with a mimosa or hot tea while you prep for your appointment!

Woodhouse is always 5 stars across the board! I see Leslie for some chronic pain and she is incredible at what she does and never disappoints. I’m always excited to how great I feel when I leave.

Very impressive spa! Beautiful interior, and great amenities. I went for a mama-to-be maternity massage and it was excellent. I saw Kylie, and she was wonderful- hitting all the points that this growing body needed. And they use a wedge to be safe for pregnancy. Definitely will be returning!

This spa is amazing. I bought the dual spa package on Groupon for a 50 min deep tissue massage and for a 50 min facial for me and my best friend as her birthday gift. While on the way they called and let me know that their esthetician called in sick and that we could come back another day for our facials. I was upset but my best friend spoke with them and they were able to work with the manicurist on call and instead of the facials we received the manicures of our choice. We were very blessed that they were able to work it out because normally, the manicurist would have been booked. It was truly a luxurious experience, especially for my best friend! She loved it!! And so did I! Their services were excellent, their staff was so nice and professional and the place is so relaxing and smells amazing. Our massages were excellent. I had Kylie and my friend had Mary. We felt that both did an amazing job. Our nail technician, Christina James was so sweet and did an amazing job as well. Thank you Woodhouse so much for making her birthday so memorable! Pricey for what they promote, nothing special with the renewal bath, was just taking a bath in a bathtub, as new mom I was hoping to feel more relax! Would give 5 stars for pedicure only!

L wanted to take my mom to a Day Spa for her birthday. I reviewed the comments and sites from a number of day spas in the area and ultimately chose Woodhouse Day Spa in Highland Village due to its glowing reviews and pics of their decor. Most day spas by nature are expensive, so if youre going to spend all that money, I think its worth spending a little extra to go to Woodhouse Highland. Of course they do offer discounts from time to time.* It is a luxury Day Spa. We got organic facials (face felt amazing and it included some light massages). We also got reflexology and I got the deep tissue massage which were all excellent.* The robes felt fabulous and they had 2X and 3X sizes for us fluffy women.* We had our choice of wines, a mimosa, tea and light snacks while we were able to chill in the Quiet Room between treatments (due to COVID else you could chill in there as long as you wanted).* It was extremely clean and well appointed. I love the decor and even took pictures of a few pieces.* Most of all, all the staff, including the owner, were warm and welcoming. They even honored and expired coupon. Also, there was no hard sale on products which Ive experienced in other places. Ill definitely be back. FYI, they also have one in Plano but I chose the one in Highland Village. They got slightly better reviews and prices were a tad bit less.

This place is AMAZING! I felt welcome and relaxed from the second I walked in. The robes are so comfortable and the people there are so kind and so perfect. I had a deep tissue massage with Nunca and it was the best massage I have ever had by far! Also did the hydra facial with Alyssa and her recommendations were excellent. I cannot wait to go back and try their other services and forget my worries for the day again.

The Woodhouse way is the WAY to go. If you have a pretty stressful lifestyle like me and work out, you are pretty much tense all the time, go here! They treat you like royalty and they are all such a sweet staff. Plus free complimentary champagne, wine, mimosas and chocolate! Every massage I have gotten literally feel like so much weight has been lifted off of me. I am a fan of their deep sleep massages, they are the most relaxing. 😴 I come here every month with my boyfriend and we both love it. We do a different massage each time to explore. I would definitely start with the deep sleep massage, its long and just what you need for that stress relief and tense muscles. I look forward to my visit each time.

This was literally one of the BEST facials I have ever had. I have worked in the beauty business for over twenty years and have had many facials, but the facial I received at Woodhouse was hands down the best. My practitioner had incredible communication, her movements were soft and fluid, it was Incredibly relaxing , definitely a 10 out of 10.

While I love the spa and love getting services as gifts. My husband got a gift card and I wanted to get something else instead off a massage and they refused to refund the gift card that was purchased 3 days ago. Would never go back which is a shame.

Every person who works there is lovely. They were so kind and made my day so special. I really felt treasured! My four-hand massage was nothing short of amazing. My facial with Mara was the BEST. She gave me the best suggestions for my skin and really educated me about skincare. The mani/pedi was incredible. I have nothing negative to say and I was there all day. Even the other clients were warm and friendly. I loved the surroundings, too. I will definitely be back one day.

It was a wonderful and relaxing experience! The only thing I would recommend is smelling the essential oils prior to and after the massage and facial. Before and after my Swedish massage and facial they had you inhale some essential oils from their hands and I’m somewhat sensitive to strong smells. I would suggest they ask first if you’re interested in doing that. I was thinking of my sister-in-law who gets migraines over strong smells like that.Overall everything was excellent!

WOW! We are so thrilled to have such an incredible new day spa in our center. I visited and cannot say enough about Wood House Day Spa! It truly felt like I was on a vacation at a fancy resort. I was gifted a gift card to Woodhouse Spa and was finally able to book an appointment there and had a fabulous experience. I had the Escape package, it was like a sampler package, a way to try new treatments. Al was great, very detailed! I left refreshed and relaxed, I will definately go back! CONVENIENT location, beautiful new interior spa, great atmosphere, everyone was very welcoming.

They take very good care of you. I had a massage and facial. Both were fabulous. My daughter used Groupon, so it wasnt as expensive, but they treated you the same as full paying customer. Any time I am visiting my daughter here in Texas it will be on the must do list.

I felt the massage was great, it was the service with the front desk that left a lot to be desired. I understand they were having a stressful moment when we arrived, but we were greeted very unprofessional, several situations of inaccurate information provided and then the billing for our services was mot correct or handled professionally. Need more professional employees as you enter the spa, and for check out for a better, more relaxing atmosphere.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing three services here so far. One couples massage with my husband, then a “sleep treatment” massage on my own, and a pedicure. Every technician has been so amazing. I had Colton for both of my massages, and I work in the hair industry and need a firm massage to relax all of my right back/shoulder muscles. If you like strong pressure that doesn’t hurt, he did amazing. I felt like I had been worked on while still being able to fully relax. (Where I didn’t need strong pressure it was gentle, and super relaxing as well) Nelka was my husband’s massage tech, and he felt so at ease and restful while under her care. He said it was one of the best experiences he’s had with massage.Stephanie did my pedicure and it was THE. BEST. I’ve ever had. Gentle in all the right areas, and nice pressure when it came to the massage. I had the Spiced Cider Seasonal pedi, and it was spectacular.The atmosphere and the staff are all so warm, inviting, and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure your time is the most relaxing, professional experience from start to finish. Jeanne was my spa concierge and made me feel so at ease, and so welcomed. Her warm smile and gentle demeanor really made me feel relaxed from the moment I walked in the door!I have officially found my new “me time” spot and very highly recommend anyone and everyone to experience this spa. Ask for Al! He is one of the best in the area for Swedish or deep tissue message. I buy the package deals where you can get 2 free by buying 5 up front. Such a great price! All the staff are courteous and friendly. Its great to know we have such a great spa in the neighborhood! The price might be slightly higher than some of the chain spas but certainly worth the atmosphere with very nice soft message tables and good quality linens along with amazing products. One plus, they do serve wine or champagne at no extra charge. Love this place!

This experience was absolutely amazing. We chose the location due to the great reviews and the reviews lived up to our experience. The massage and pedicures were great. This was an amazing way to celebrate our moms 70th birthday! I will be back indeed.

My masseuse was amazing. I was happily surprised that even though i was a groupon, that she provided an outstanding massage. My work related back pain is gone for now and she gave me some ideas to stop hurting, but to strengthen my back!

Over priced and for me under delivered! I needed a deep tissue massage and was matched up with a masseuse who was the size of my 10 yr old daughter and could not perform to the standards consistent to a deep tissue massage. It felt more like someone was using a feather to massage me... This spa must use the right people to match the type of massage the customer is looking for and not just send anybody who is available to under perform!

Finally a First Class spa in our community! I have sent my wife and son in law and I visited myself. What a treat with such an awesome staff. I now have a go to place for a gift that will be sure to be a winner! Thank you Yvonne for bringing such a fabulous Spa to our town!

What a relaxing and professional and calm environment. My massage was just as I wanted- deep and relaxing. My facial was my favorite- the warm tables and aromatherapy was awesome. Plan on going back several times.

I’ve been to a few day spas, and this first experience at this spa was disappointing. We called when we arrived (due to Covid and not knowing if we could just walk in). The receptionist said she would see if our massage therapists were ready and then call us back. I expected a come on in, wait in our waiting room, or that they would come get us, but got neither. After waiting 15 mins or so and seeing 2 others just walk in, we decided to do the same. We weren’t greeted warmly and the atmosphere was more like walking into a boutique, not a spa.Before you arrive you fill out a questionnaire. One of the questions is, “What is your favorite drink?” So I kind of expected an offering of a mimosa or cucumber water, and they offered nothing, not even a bottle of cold water. So what’s the point of that particular question on the said questionnaire? So my massage therapist can make small talk about my favorite drink?We weren’t taken to a changing room to put on robes like most places do when you arrive.The massage was just ok, the therapist spent most of the time massaging me while I was face up so that was super odd and different to me. I would have preferred more time spent on my arms and back especially since I indicated my lower back had been achy lately and giving me some grief since I carry stress there.After the massage we were taken to a waiting room, where again I was eagerly waiting a refreshing drink. I was offered a children’s sized water bottle that was room temp. 🙄 There were packages of nuts to eat and the room felt cold and the chairs were not comfortable at all.The facial was WONDERFUL. That’s why I am giving 3 stars instead of 2. My esti was warm and didn’t try to overly sell the products used, which is so annoying when trying to relax. She gave a great facial massage and all the products smelled amazing.I don’t know if I will be back. I think with a little tweak here and there of the offerings to guests, how they greet guests, and the waiting room, it could be a really nice place.

I had the best time when I recently visited the Woodhouse Spa - Highland Village. I started with a pedicure performed by Stacy. This was so different than what i have experienced else where, as well as, feeling so relaxed and quite with a complimentary drink. Callouses are removed and feet still feel soft and smooth a week later. Next day I splurged on the “Woodhouse Escape” with Nelca. Five different services rolled into one long service. WoW! A must try. I followed that with a much needed wonderful Illuminating Facial because of my mature skin with Connie. I’m not one to get facials, so this really helped my tired skin. I’ve used the Highland Village location twice and really enjoyed it. First time was a spa date with my husband and the 2nd time was a girls day with my sisters. We really enjoyed it! I’ve already booked the Fort Worth location for next weekend!

Whew! Where do I begin? Everything was fine except the massage therapist was a little rough on my ears and tore the skin. I reported this to the spa the next day. I was offered a free service. Unfortunately, I do not live near a Woodhouse Day spa. (I was visiting family in Dallas). I requested a refund. Thats where it ended.

Laney was awesome. She was very sweet, and knowledgeable. My skin feels wonderful.

The biggest problem I see with this spa is that you have to schedule appointments a long way out and perhaps because they don’t have enough therapists. I had to schedule my appoints two weeks out and then the day before the therapist left town and they tried to reschedule me. I don’t have that kind of flexibility!
