This experience was much needed. We had a couples massage with Jenny & Linda. They were extremely professional and gentle when necessary and thorough with the pressure points. I highly recommend this establishment and will be returning soon!!!

The massage was ok I had today. I expected it to be a lot better. The massage lady did ask how was the pressure throughout, and she was friendly.

I bought the Groupon for the 60 min combo massage with hot towels and hot stones and the therapist didn’t touch my back and there were no hot stones involved. Spent the entire hour on my feet which was amazing but still not cool. I tried to say something but he didn’t understand me. Extremely frustrating. There were also other customers there that were very loud and nothing was said to them. I won’t be returning.Also your response does nothing to solve the issue. I don’t want an apology. I want the correct service offered at no cost or a refund. Obviously all of the apologies on all of these bad reviews didn’t solve things because your business continues to receive them.

I like a deep tissue massage just on my back I probably didn’t explain myself good to her but other than that one of the best massage s I’ve had

Never again!!! Place is a scam. Jenni tried to overcharge me $10 after asking me to upgrade the time from 30 minutes to 60. If they’ll lie and cheat at this place like that, you can’t trust anything that they do.

Just left Massage Aces and it’s one of the best massages I’ve gotten! This is my second time seeing Frank and the hour massage was just what I needed.I’ve slowly been getting more active and started a workout plan so my body was pretty beat up. I called Massage Aces and they were able to fit me in the same day. I got the massage combo with a body massage along with hot stones… the best! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

To start, the room was FREEZING and the A/C was blasting as I was laying down with a measly sheet covering my naked body. I asked the owner to turn it down and she apologized saying it was on because the lady before me was fat. RUDE. Second, she left the room a total of 4 times to answer the door claiming they were “short-staffed”. She also answered the phone and had multiple conversations during my massage hour. Unprofessional. In the end after wasting so much time leaving the room and speaking with others on the phone, she didn’t even finish my left arm and dismissed me saying “times up”. ??????? The person I came with also booked the deep tissue massage (+$10 charge) and the woman did not even touch his upper back. Poorly run business. Not to mention this was the actual owner of the establishment!!!!!!

Me and my wife went in for a couples massage and it was fantastic! They understood our instructions well and the building is nice and clean. Good pricing too, I highly recommend

The combo massage with the gentleman is absolutely spectacular which includes reflexology. I felt relief in all areas of my body as a result. Amazing and highly recommended. Truly professional, no distracting bells and whistles to make up for the lack of quality service.

When I first arrived, they had me fill out a form that asked questions regarding the type of massage I wanted if there were any areas they should be aware of, any medical issues they should be aware of etc. They did the complete opposite from what was written on the form For example one thing mentioned was I have a fused foot that does not bend. three times during the massage she tried to bend the foot which caused a lot of pain. Also as mentioned in other reviews, as soon as I walked out of the room they asked how much tip I am leaving.

I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place is user-friendly, the response time is impressive, and the customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend to anyone looking for good messaging to release stress.

Best couples massage we’ve had! My husband and I have gotten couples massages in about four different locations and this one by far has come on top. They seemed very knowledgeable on what areas need more focus, and had the right amount of pressure. I had a lot of knots and they took them right out. The hot stones were amazing and the right temperature. One thing that I didn’t like is that the room was cold, but I’m sure you can adjust the temperature in the room. But all around 10/10. Indoors and bathroom is really nice, clean and well presented. Makes you feel comfortable and like you made the right choice stepping in.They were very nice, and respectful. At the end of the service they gave us two cold water bottles. Thank you ladies!

First time here and had an exceptional experience.

I recently had a massage at this Spa, and while the massage itself was decent, my overall experience was soured by the behavior of the therapist. Despite tipping 20% (which is a standard and generous tip in the industry), the therapist demanded more tip from me as I was leaving. This demand for more money made me feel uncomfortable and put a damper on what should have been a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. While I understand that tipping is customary in the service industry, it is not appropriate for a service provider to demand additional compensation beyond what is already given.

Have had nothing but the best from each massage. I visit whenever my muscles are feeling especially sore, and the 60 min. massages leave me feeling completely refreshed! Would highly recommend to everyone nearby

I’ve been here a lot of times and they are perfect every single time. I drive an hour to come here. I always do the couple massage. The aromatherapy is nice if you wanna splurge for the extra $10. I have PCOS so I have a lot of hair on my body but they never ever make me feel self conscious. No complaints whatsoever! Everything is perfect here.

I just went, and I bought a voucher from a groupon. Unfortunately I had no cash,(i remember that i had no cash after the massage) and when i got of from the room, staffs are ask me to how much tip do i want to pay for staff. I was soooooooo embarrassing that they ask me for the tip. (I also working at service industry so i know i have to pay tip, but i never ask my customer to “how much do they want to pay for tip”) after that I was looking for a bank, because they said if i pay tip by card they will charge for me $3 as a credit card sale. I ask them for where is the closest one of the atm, and they changed their mind to me pay by card. (They siad if i pay 10-20 dollors for the tip, it is going to be reduced, at this point, I felt more weird they just want to money from me) I felt like they want me to stay in the store. It was so bad experience i am not recommend if you consider to visit.

This is by far the best Massage in DFW, I have been to many places and had many massages as I have lower back issues. This place is super clean and very professional. The care of these people is second to none. Every time I go here its exactly the same as the last, they never miss a spot. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful as well. I race dirt-bikes and they offer free sport rub cream to help with sore areas to give lasting relief. This place is really amazing!

Called in for a couples massage on a whim one afternoon and they were able to get us in right away.Our massage therapists did great work and we both got the massage we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing experience! Every other massage place treats me like a stiff piece of beef :( I say light/medium pressure and it ends up being way to hard! BUT this place was just right and in addition to this I am super sensitive on the feet and this has been the first massage ive had where I can get my feet massaged and not flinch a muscle!

Absolutely horrible I’ve been getting massages for years and they’re absolutely unprofessional and possibly racist!! They offered couple massage but when we got there put us in separate rooms the told us. Not to purchase the Groupon offer they will give it to is when we got there which they did not they over charged us and I do not recommend this place ever!!!!

I’ve been going here for years, I really wanted to make this my go to place but it’s gone down hill with the service. The past 4 visits in the middle of my massage they have opened the door and talk to someone while I’m half exposed, switch who is giving the massage 20 minutes in, run off to answer the phone, or leave to go assist another costumer walking through the door. Absolutely the worse experiences. If I could rate this place no stars I would.

I get a massage at least once a week. This was the first time I tried Massage Aces, as they just opened for business. Very professional and great communication. I finally found a great massage place close to home. Perhaps the best massage ever. Amy is great! Very therapeutic with flawless technique. Their style is Chinese acupressure full body hot stone with deep tissue pressure if you choose. Prices are amazing. They also offer traditional foot massage. It appears that all rooms are private. They also have couples suites which is perfect for my wife and I.

I received a gift certificate to Massage Aces and finally used it today. It was amazing! The private room was clean and beautiful, the bed was cozy and warm, and the massage therapist (Amy) did a fantastic job. My back was really hurting upon my arrival, and now I feel so, so good. I’ll definitely be back!

Terrible place, there answer the phone while giving massage and in and out of the room to answer the door, and we paid 65.00 per person and they didn’t even give me an hour, and then they ask me for a tip really, hell no !!!! Never will go there again!!!!!!!
