Christina is a newer massage therapist at this location, and she is amazing. She is certainly not new to massage therapy. She knows her body mechanics. She was able to massage and stretch muscles I didnt know I had! Treat yourself to the infrared sauna afterward, and you will truly feel like youre melting. Very relaxing.

The sauna didn’t get over128 - I was looking for a good sweat, it was weak. The AC vent is also over the sauna cooling it down and preventing it to go over 135. The lady at the front say it breaks down or shuts off over 138.The environment was amazing- very disappointing.

My family has been muscling into Massage Green for appointments since they opened. Your blood pressure will lower as you notice how clean it is from parking lot to restrooms and lobby to the private massage rooms. There is a HUGE stress relief when you see all of the aromatherapy choices. Relaxation will be triggered during your session for certain. There are many different therapists on staff so, be sure to specify the type of massage you crave from deep tissue (my fave) to a gentle. Enjoy!

The sauna didnt get over 131 degrees despite our attempts to raise the temperature. Even worse, the lady at the front desk mentioned that the panel might be broken after we completed our sauna time. She then basically called us coming home from the spa to say the sauna was fully functional even though it never got hot enough to be a real sauna experience. And we went to the other Green Spa in Frisco so I know those saunas get hotter when they are working properly.

This was my first time at massage green. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas. I went on Saturday for a facial with Bree. She was very sweet and kind and gentle and made my experience very relaxing. What I loved was that she just did everything that needed to be done and didn’t talk during the service. she did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend her and I will definitely use her on my next appointment.The next day I went back for a massage with Demetrias I don’t even have the words to explain how incredible his technique is and how relaxed you will be when you leave. Truly one of the best massages I have ever had.

I’ve been a member for over 5 years at the Highland Village location. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and professional. They aren’t overly pushy about add-ins or products and what they do offer is good quality. The facility is very clean and the app makes scheduling very easy. It’s worth it, promise.

I had a very pleasant experience at Massage Green; Demetrius did an awesome job with my massage; it was one of the best ones I ever had!and the facial from Lisa was very relaxing too. Overall, I had great time and was treated like a queen!

Lisa was fantastic!! She helped me figure out the best facial for my skin. It felt wonderful after she was finished. She is a very friendly person and I will go back to see her again!

I was sore shortly after but, I got a chiropractic adjustment literally 30 mins before, the masseuse identified stiff muscles, some joint issues, and resolved them with fantastic technique, was an informative as well as a relaxing experience. I’m certainly making this apart of my routine. Thank you Massage Green for the professionalism and support.

Terrible customer service! I arrived early to fill out paperwork and was given paperwork for only one service (booked 3 services - Sauna, Facial, and Massage). I asked if I could fill out the paperwork for all three services at the same time, and was told no, You will fill out the other two prior to receiving the services. I had my facial done by Darrah and she was AMAZING! She was very helpful and informative and suggested ways to continue taking care of my skin. The sauna was okay. The massage was the worst part (this was my first massage ever). My massage therapist gave me a massage but didnt walk me through anything. I wasnt given any paperwork to fill out and she didnt ask me anything about my wants/needs or if there was a specific area I wanted more attention on. It was pure silence. I booked a 1-hour massage and it started around 2:05-2:10 she was done by 2:45 I was fully clothes and back in the lobby by 2:50. Upon returning back to the lobby the front desk asked me to fill out paperwork (although I had already had my massage and sauna completed). After calling the spa and leaving a Voicemail the manager Natalia called me back the next day and I explained all of my concerns. She offered a reduced rate for my next massage. I wont be returning. Very poor customer service.

I never leave reviews but the receptionist Ms.Ariel was terrible. I called on 6/24/23 to schedule a couples massage on my boyfriends birthday for 6/26/23. I was told on the phone by Ms.Ariel I will be charged the Introductory rate because I and neither my boyfriend have ever been to this place or company. The Introductory rate for 60 minutes per person is $69.95. So all together it shouldve been $140.00 without taxes. The first red flag was we walked in and was not given any forms to sign at all until it was time to pay we were just informed that our therapists Mrs.Jill and Mr.James were ready to take us to our room. Our therapists were lovely. By the time our massage was over and it was time for me to pay the total came out as $177.00 also given another receipt with a total of $154.90. The receptionist had given me 3 receipts at that point with all over the total of $100 and kept talking in circles not making sense of the different price ranges when all we got were 60 min introductory massages for me and my boyfriend for his birthday nothing more nor less. So Ms.Ariel proceeds with the excuse that whoever scheduled me put my appointment as a standard appointment which is $119.90 per person but Ms.Ariel was the receptionist I spoke with days prior to scheduling so that was a lie she caught herself in. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager would not be working today which at that time it was 11 a.m. so I ask when will the manager return and I was told tomorrow morning. As were leaving I ask to be emailed the refund and was told Ms.Ariel wasnt able to do so without her manager present. After 5 minutes of leaving the location I get a phone call from Ms.Ariel that she had just spoken with her manager and that it will be refunded so I proceed to say ok Im turning around to speak with them and she says the phone isnt a public phone for me to communicate with her manager on. At this point Im already back inside the location and requesting to speak with anyone who can refund me and give me proof so Ms.Ariel ends up contacting the Flower Mound manager Ms.Bharati Nath and I speak with her over the public phone she was very understanding and told me she will email me my proof of what I shouldve been charged as well as my full refund. I did receive the email of the amount I shouldve been charged but not my refund proof and as of now at this moment I have been charged $177.00 and $104.95 which all together is $281.95 for the so called Introductory rate. Although I understand mistakes happen but do not lie and make excuses for messing up someones hard earned money. Ill still be expecting my full refund along with a email of those receipts and a face to face explanation from the manager at the Highland Village location by the end of this week!!!

The massage and facial therapists and sauna were great at Highland Village and it was my first time at that location. I have been going to massage green spa since 2016. I started in Virginia then transferred back to Texas and go to the Farmers Branch location. The reason I did not give it a 5 is that the facial therapist always gave me 50 minutes when she was at the Farmers Branch location. She moved to the Highland Village location was late and have me less than 50 minutes. Also the front desk staff did not offer a rebook. That was a couple of firsts so I will not return to that location.

Bre my esthetician was AMAZING. Very calming and thorough. She made my skin feel like silk and addressed my concerns. Will def be back soon to pamper my skin needs and get some R & R from being a new first time mom.

I set up an appointment for a deep tissue massage for my wife. She was sadly disappointed. She said our 7 yr old pushes harder. My wife suffers from chronic pain and her regular therapist was not available. What a mistake. And they had the nerve to ask for gratuity afterwards. All the other places we have been have a strict no tipping policy. It wouldnt be a bad thing had she been given an actual massage. This one is on our blacklist.

Went here with 2 friends for massages/facials. Facial lady was amazing for all of us. This was my friends very first massage. Her masseuse Natalie was VERY unprofessional, curt, didnt respect her modesty and ended her massage session early. When she talked to the manager Natalia, she only offered a reduced rate for her next massage. There will be NO next massage for any of us. VERY poor, unprofessional service (except facial lady!).

Worst front desk customer service. Management was not any better. Still have not even received a call back to correct the situation we encountered. There was no misunderstanding, the receptionist was pretty clear that her instructions came from the manager. I’ve never felt so embarrassed as she continue to argue with me about how I needed to pay when I had credits on my account.

Been a customer here for a long time. The staff consistently pampers me, and makes me feel like one of the family! Love them all - but the real star is: BRI, who delivers a comprehensive world-class facial that is both relaxing and soothing. I truly look forward to this special time every month. My skin felt smooth and glowing for days after the facial that I had done there. The aesthetician was knowledgeable of herbal products and selected the exact right ingredients for my skin type.

I have been going here since 2017 for facials. My last 6-7 facials have been with Erin and while she was very good she is no longer there. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Darrah. She is AMAZING!!!! She was super friendly, professional and probably gave me one of the best facials I have ever had! I highly recommend seeing Darrah!

My husband and I have had couples massages and wont go anywhere else. I recently had a facial done and it was amazing! Ive had a facial done at a different business and wasnt impressed and didnt plan to get a facial again because of that experience but I plan to get them regularly now.

I love my massage therapist. He does great deep tissue . I definitely recommend going twice a month if you have chronic body pain. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The front desk staff 8s very friendly and efficient.

I got a gift card for my birthday and even tho I was visiting from California they booked me the next day to get a facial and it was so relaxing! The citrus smells were amazing and I can’t wait to come back another day next time I visit!

This was my first massage and it was a great experience. Katie did an amazing job and I will definitely come back to her again. This spa day was a Mothers Day gift for me and my Mom and we both really enjoyed it and were very happy with the service we received.

Unfortunately, I cannot in good concience recommend this business. After having had a conversation with one of the employees here, I was under the understanding that my membership was canceled. Come to find out, 1.5 years later I realize that a credit card which I do not monitor was being charged for that entire time. That was really not an issue for me, since I understand that there are sometimes misunderstandings. However, I was very astonished to find that the owner refused to refund the charges during the 1.5 years that I was being charged for which no services were rendered. The owner argued that there are credit card fees charged which they cant get back (okay fine, so subtract those fees off the charge and then refund the remaining amount).She also argued that she cannot legally cancel the contract without me signing a cancelation form. Again, no problem... I came and signed the form once I was made aware of the misunderstanding. That does not keep you from doing the right thing and refunding the charges that were made for which nothing was provided.It is astonishing to me that a business owner would refuse to refund charges when there was clearly a misunderstanding between their employee and a customer. The owner even verified that they performed no services for that entire 1.5 years and still refused to refund any of the charges.Being a business owner myself I would not even think twice about refunding a customer in this situation. Especially when I knew that my business had provided no services for the fee with which they had been charged.

The customer service here is terrible, my 1st visit i pull up and park next to a lady smoking a cigarette and listening to loud music in her car, little did i know That was my massage therapist. My husband thought he did a good gesture and took advantage of their summer special which is 3 massages for the price of one. My second message was scheduled 9/25/21 at 12pm, after I arrive for my appointment the receptionist informs me my appointment was rescheduled for 1pm, i guess They had been texting my husband number and he never confirmed the time change. So i simply asked can i reschedule it for another day , lovely receptionist told me NO they don’t accept same day changes, i can Wait the hour difference which i wasn’t ok with. So i told Her go ahead and cancel the next appointment i had Scheduled also which she did without a problem didn’t apologize for the miscommunication or nothing she was fine with losing the business. That lovely summer special my husband paid for was a complete waste.

I love getting massages here. The staff are professional and caring. I always leave feeling new and refreshed. I am able to connect with a calm, peaceful place within me that I dont experience often.

If you need a deep tissue massage, this is not the place. What a joke. My therapist said she didn’t want to hurt me, which means she barely used any pressure (after I told her how knotted my back is from work). I signed up for a deep tissue massage, if she’s too lazy to do that, don’t put her on those massages; what a waste of money.

So relaxing! They are always incredibly kind and professional.Went to see Bri today and she is amazing!!!! Dont hesitate to set an appointment with her for a facial. You wont be disappointed!

Hit or miss on finding the right person to provide the service you actually want (ie: I like a relaxing massage but sometimes they pair me with someone who prefers to give a deep tissue massage).Also, very strange that they charge more for a couples massage. We can use two rooms without an upcharge, but if we move to the same room, they want to charge a fee.

Both the highland village and flower mound salons are great. Always kind and they do a great job. Bri is amazing with her facials! I feel like i look 10 years younger every time she does one!

Would not recommend at all. I Have been going there for over a year and I scheduled a 1 hour deep tissue massage with a new therapist Courtney. She was late and when she got me into the room she said that deep tissue is just not what she does. She said she could do some deep tissue techniques on part of body... which she did NOT. She also said she is afraid to put hard pressure on clients because she is afraid to hurt them.....The massage was soft and light. The owner Beth called me back and did not offer another massage by someone else or my money back, so I basically wasted my money.

Louisa was excellent! Ive been running about 6 to 8 miles per day and the old legs were feeling pretty tight. After working out a couple of knots in the upper back, Louisa began working her magic on the lower extremities. Once the legs, feet, hips and glutes were in check, Louisa finished off with the arms, hands, shoulders and neck. Afterward, she gave me some additional tips on her way to take care of my legs between massages. I would highly recommend Massage Green and Louisa. Great experience!

Great Technician but next time if you promote an hour treatment for any amount. Please make sure it is an hour not 35 min. Also use the same products you use when we go get any treatment with out promotions.

I love this place! I do think that time runs differently inside Massage Green Spa because my 90 min massage does not feel like 90 mins at work or doing house chores. LolLove it so much my MiL and husband now come by for some much needed RR.

Bought me & my husband a couples massage and it was absolutely wonderful! Neither of us had had a professional massage before so we were both a bit apprehensive but man oh man! THE BEST THING EVER. Making getting a massage here a priority from here on out, at least once every 2 months because my body really needed it.

I went in with some serious tightness and pain and left feeling like a new person, pain free!!! Clinton did an amazing job and this spa is staffed with some of the nicest people I have come across! They are all so caring! I will definitely be coming back and referring many people here!

I came in for the first time to the location on flower mound and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. The sauna before the massage was something I had never done before and it was quite relaxing. It had an ipad in the sauna with Netflix and Pandora a nice add on, though they need to raise the volume on it, it become somewhat frustrating not being able to hear it. I requested someone with deep tissue experience and they were just on queue. I loved my experience there today, I give them a10+ with future scheduling.

V was a great massage therepist. Very kind and attentive. Worked on all of my needed areas with great importance and pressure. I felt relieved and relaxed. I had to have an emergency massage, they got me right in that night and it helped alot! Perfect massage. Ive had many massages over the years and this was one of the very best Ive had! Facility was clean and beautiful. Front desk help, was very helpful and kind and they offer great packages and benefits!

It was amazing. LaShawndra has magical fingers. She worked all the knots out of my body and she focused on the areas I was really having issues with. I also lived the ambiance of the place. It was relaxing and inviting. Would definitely recommend and give it 2 thumbs up.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage from a Groupon. It was a really pleasant experience overall. The therapists were both great and the room had a faux fireplace and fountain. The therapists were thorough and wonderful. I highly recommend this location specifically for the couples, as they work hard to create an experience. With the Groupon, you also get a sauna experience which we didnt have time to use but a great perk. I will definitely come back here, especially after trying a few other spas in the area, this one is the best weve had so far!

I received a deep tissue couples massage here. The staff there were extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. They answered all questions that I had, and made sure we were comfortable. The massage was also so great that i fell asleep!

The massage therapists are amazingly knowledgeable on the muscular system & how each muscle reacts to each other. I have chronic neck/upper body pain & have been getting massages on a regular basis. Never had I been to a place where they use stretching & resistance techniques to help a tense muscle relax. Try them out!

I have been going to massage Green Spa for about 6 months. I won a raffle for massage, facial & sauna, but I was at another massage place for over 2 years. ONE day at Massage Green and I realized I had been getting mediocre massages the whole time I was at the other place. My massage therapist was amazing and so I signed up immediately. My next appt was with Clinton for a 1 hour massage. I was shocked at how sincere he was about providing the best experience for me. I have some medical issues and he reassured me that he could effectively do the massage I requested. You could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of service he provided. He made me feel extremely conforanle. The entrance & waiting area is very nicely decorated, front seal employees are friendly. The rooms are always meticulous.Ive had therapists at OTHER salons talk and talk & complain about their jobs, bosses and you leave there more stressed than when you got there and I hate feeling awkward.Thats why I absolutely love it at MGS, that doesnt happen here. Clinton has a great balance of light conversation and the silence yoi need to relax. He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of massages. I have and will continue to recommend Massage Green Spa in Highland Village. I have heard the Flower Mound Location is also like this one. If you can get into see Clinton, do it. I have also had other therapists and they are great as well so its a win/win here no matter who the therapist.

Cannot say enough nice things about the massage and the facial. 2 thumbs up! I plan on going again when in town next time.

Beth and her staff are friendly, professional, and certainly among the best! The facility is gorgeous and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The infrared sauna is wonderful, and my first massage (of many to come) left me feeling relaxed and it definitely helped to relieve some pains that Id been experiencing.Overall, I would definitely recommend Massage Green Spa in Flower Mound to anyone in the HiVi, FloMo, Lantana, Argyle area. Youll be glad you went!

I see LaShawndra for massages, and she is INSANELY awesome. She not only massages all my knots out, but she encourages me to do stretching and breathing excercises in my day-to-day life, and she takes the time to teach me new ones. She goes above and beyond. I am blessed by her every time I see her!

This Massage Spa place is really shady, I got my wife Groupon for the location in Flower Mound, and we didn’t know you can’t use intro price if you go one location (Highland Village) to another in Flower Mound, so I decided to just go ahead and sign her up for the membership $59.95 a month. At Flower Mound location, Instead educating their client. They cancel the appointment and charged $50 cancellation fee. This is unethical things to do. I disputed through my credit card. A few weeks, they charged me $59.95 additional as membership to get their money back without my permission which mean I got double membership charge one on August 7th another one on August 16th. Be careful and make sure you check your credit or debit card transactions every month..

My fella & I had a wonderful time! The couples massage w/the sauna treatment beforehand is definitely the way to go! ♡♡♡ A much needed break from stress, we are so relaxed, thank you :o)

Great massage! We did a couples massage with a groupon and we were both very happy. Everyone was nice, the place was clean and updated and the therapists were helpful. Very relaxing experience!

Hubby was in pain with his lower back. Clinton was awesome. Ben felt much better. Staff were polite and helpful. We called and they fit us in within 30 mins. We will return.

Im truck driver, I tried to reschedule 2 times.I remember making appt for 4/26 @ 10am but they say 4/25 @ 9am. We lost out on refund or rescheduling. BUT THEY SAY WE CAN BOOK A NEW APPT WITH $40 DISCOUNT. NO CONSIDERATION, MUCHLESS UNDERSTANDING FOR US OTR DRIVERS! THEY SUCK GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Very rude front desk staff! They talk over you, hang up on you and then ignore your calls since they have caller ID. They cancelled several times on me last month due to staff being sick (which I get), told me they would put my acct on freeze and then deny it when I inquired about it after they billed my card

I unfortunately pinched a nerve in my neck and was in dire pain. I was able to get in with Omar and by the end of my session I was able to move my neck again. By the next day the pain was completely gone! Thank You!
