During my pregnancy, I was constantly so sore and uncomfortable!! But its so hard finding a massage therapist who knows how to accommodate pregnant women. Thankfully, I found this place in the mall and ended up going here pretty much my whole pregnancy. They were an absolute life saver!! Even after my baby was born, theyve continued to take excellent care of me. I loved my massages so much I started coming here to get my hair and nails done too. Absolutely amazing service, at the best prices youll find anywhere. Ive never once left here disappointed. They have over 30 years of experience and it shows. This is definitely my go-to spa from now on. Great job! 💖

I have been going here for years and years. Tina and her husband are always super nice and very helpful. Tina has been waxing me for years and I have tried many other places and always come back to her. She know just the perfect shape for my eyebrows and does them perfect every time. I recently started going back there for my nails and see Jesse. She is amazing! Does them perfect every time and is excellent at nail art and design. They have never over charged me or charged for little extrtas on any service I have had there.

My first time here - I was floored by the positive energy, calming surround sound and caring approach. Everyone was incredibly professional and I felt safe and protected (5 stars for that alone during a pandemic, okay). My pedicure was immaculate and I felt like a million bucks...I highly recommend the honey pearl - I’ve had it twice now and it is delightful! My second time there I had an equally beautiful experience and this time I met Natalie...she was so caring and interested in my story and again - I left feeling like a million bucks. I have tried dozens of local nail shops and spas...this is one is my favorite thus far. That’s it and final answer - I will not be going anywhere else when I am in/near Lewisville, TX. I love this place. My gel manicure and my volcano pedicure experience will not be beat. Very happy customer here 🙆🏽‍♀️

Very friendly and dependable staff. Clean and relaxing environment. Excellent services and prices. My wife and I have gone here for many years for hair, massage and nails. Tina is great with hair and nails. Sue has been doing my wifes nails for years. Tammy is great with nails and massage.

Today New Years Eve, went to the salon around 3:00. There were two ladies and one had one customer. The other lady didn’t. The lady with the customer told me upfront that they weren’t accepting more clients. They had a lot of work to do. She’s Asian but it was the way she said it. I just ask what was the pedicure price and she repeated the same message again. I just said I just wanted to know the cost of a manicure. I can’t even ask questions? So much for customer service.

I feel like the nail technician should always ask how you like your nails—short, square. She was the first one who actually paid attention! Did a great job, was attentive to detail. This place is out of my way, but I will go back as long as it is still there. They are super nice people as well, and it is sad that the mall is dying.

Took my Ma and I here for a pedicure, later in the evening. My Mom absolutely loved it and so did I. They are clean, sterile, friendly, and always do a outstanding job! Definitely will recommend and be back! ❤❤❤❤❤❤ this place!

Its my familys favorite place to go while in town visiting. We get Volcano Spa pedicures. The product smells SO good. The ladies are really nice. Since they are in the mall they stay open later than most nail salons!!! Til 9 PM +++++

My nail technician, Nikki, does an excellent job with my fills. She also does pedicures for me, and makes sure I dont suffer with ingrown toenails. Shell do a great job for you too 👏

Ive been coming here for TWELVE years to get my eyebrows done and no complaints. Friendly management. I call ahead and that way theyre ready for me to arrive. Cant speak to the rest of the spa/services since I dont get my hair or nails done but the owners seem to care about the happiness of customers.

First time going to this salon although I have noticed it for years. I assumed that they were high priced because theyre in the mall. I have to give thanks and praise to Sue. Horrible feet, ingrown toenails due to my job. Walked out extremely happy! Thank you Sue. Will definitely go back to see Sue. Super sweet lady.

I made a appointment at 7:30, I got there at 7:20 waited until 8 and two girls walked in and they get seated right away. I get up to ask how much longer because I had made a appointment and had been waiting for 30 minutes and those girls just come in and get seated. The ladies couldn’t even look me in the eye and tell me she couldn’t do my nails because she had already started someone else’s. Very unprofessional I was very disappointed because I did everything right from the beginning. If they couldn’t do my nails they should of just said that when I called to make my appointment. VERY POOR SERVICE. I felt like they didn’t even care maybe because I am Hispanic and those other two girls were Caucasian they thought I didn’t matter. I will Never go there again.

The people that work here are friendly, and the NextGen nails last a long time unlike many other nail salons found in malls. They dont mind taking their time to do a good job, and the charge is completely reasonable in my opinion.

I went in to get a fill because my nail shop is closed on Sundays. I have stiletto nails, but the owner and the lady doing my nails (Yazmin) failed to tell me that NO ONE IN THERE KNEW HOW TO CREATE/MAINTAIN stiletto nails! Then when she started taking my nails off, free of charge since they messed up my nice set that only needed a fill, I asked for a manicure. The next girl (Marisol) that took them off completely (as completely as she got to before I had to just leave) cut my finger. She almost cut it several times, and then finally got me. I do not recommend them. Unprofessional, lack of skills necessary to be nail technicians, and deceitfulness by not being upfront and telling me that they couldnt do what I asked of them.

I have been coming here for years! They always do great on my nails. Dora is the best. I always get compliments on my nails when I come here. Tina always does my brows right every time.

First time visiting here. They were very nice, and did a great job on my mani pedi! The prices arent outrages, but they do add a little extra where they can. I will be going back and hopefully making them my permanent nail place!

I was delighted with Mrs. Doras attention, she is very professional in her work and very well attended. I recommend it.

Honestly the ONLY two good workers they have there are Dora and Jasmine. I got my nails done by Sue and let me just put it out there that she said my nailbed was crooked, when in reality it was just how she put the nail on me and when she replaced it she basically almost ripped my nail off. Definitely not coming back im very disappointed bc ive been here before and had better attention. I was supposed to get a full set but honestly the way she was measuring my finger was like her trying to figure how much spice to put in food. If you go always make an appointment w Jas or Dora bc only they know how to do nails. Im very picky when it comes to my nails and I’ve never been this disappointed.

I was shopping in the mall two weeks ago when I decided to try this salon out and I love the full set Tammy gave me! Im going in for a fill tomorrow and I really hope she is working again. She listened and did my nails exactly like I like them.

I went into this nail/hair shop because I was in the mall and wanted to save time. she not only didnt do my nails correctly but they were lumpy looking and crooked. They looked horrible. I was also charged for bottled water which is odd for a salon to do usually it is part of the service. Their customer service sucked when I walked in I stood at the front desk for at least 10 minutes then when someone walked up I told her what I needed she said I have to book you an appointment. I was told to sit at a booth after i picked a color then waited 20 minutes to be helped. The lady that did my nails was nice but even though she said she had 2 yrs experience she did a horrible job. I will not return

I will NEVER go back to this place! she burned my skin off! I have bumps, redness and irritation on my brows and lip. I told TINA that the wax was too hot...twice. The wax on my lip was so hot I almost jumped. She covered my face in neosporin...I was at the mall with a greasy, shiny, red and BURNED face. Two days later and my face is still red and itching. DO NOT LET THEM WAX YOU. TINA is the owner/manager and she messed up my face and expected payment... HORRIBLE! Then she felt the need to tell me she wont wax me again. Well thank God for that! I wanted my hair removed, not multiple layers of my skin!

I was in the area and my daughter and I needed are nails done. Horrible I will never come back! Poor nexgen nail color selection, our nails are bumpy and weirdly shaped, and it took 1 1/2 hours! What a waste of time and money! If I could give zero stars i would! I have gotten a pedi here a while back and it was great but poor quality nexgen work.

I have been going here for years now but the past two times I’ve been EXTREMELY disappointed bc I feel like they don’t know how to do nexgen nails. Everytime I’ve gotten it done from here my nails crack so this time I decided to go back and get it fixed and they charged me $6 for two nails?! I believe that if I get a service from somewhere and I ask for it to be fixed bc of THEIR mistake and how they don’t know how to do nexgen nails I shouldn’t be charged. The lady was really rude and kept saying that that’s their policy and they’re not everyone else? Well maybe that’s why y’all have ZERO customers bc y’all don’t treat your customers with respect and charge them for something they shouldn’t be charged for. I used to swear by this nail place but I’m never going there again.

Im from Colorado. Were here for a convention. My mother in law and I came here for a mani pedi date after driving 12 hours. Tamy was INCREDIBLE. Shes worth more money in a longer service and a bigger tip. She was perfect. Her attention to detail was amazing. She has great hands for massage! Get a massage from her! Thank you Tamy!

Sue did my acrylic nails and they turned out okay. She made the white part of my French tip too big and the thumbs are uneven. She didn’t push back my cubicles or anything either.

My daughter and I went here today. We had a great experience. They are priced good for the quality. The massage chairs are awesome. I enjoyed my visit and will be back again.

Although it was not the best pedicure I have had; they didnt make me bleed like other have in the past! They were not overly friendly! Had a break down in communication between them.

Amazing place! Love that there are no TVs or distractions. Very relaxing & clean. Everyone is so friendly & they did a great job on my nails.

I loved the finish product but I’m giving two stars because they only lasted 3 days and the gel started chipping.

Dora is the ONLY one who does my nails ( gel ). She is super good and super friendly. I RECCOMEND THIS PLACE

Horrible place....lady cut my acrylic nails after doing the fill causing them to crack and she insisted they looked good...she rushed thru it and made the edges all crooked....when i asked her to redo all the nails with new set she refused on top of that the nail polish was dry and streaky...i walked out and didnt pay...i will never go back there again!!!!

I got done a fullset and they did a horrible job! They are all different sizes and shapes. They are just UGLY! I dont recomend people to come here.

So I got my nails done here tell me why she rushed through it to go on her damn brake after she got done I look at my nail and two of them came out cricket never again will I come here again!

Great place for adults and kids. My daughter enjoyed the attention the staff gave her and pricing is very reasonable.
