Cloud Ville Vapor and Smoke Shop

Pretty disappointed in this place past 5 times I’ve been there. The vapes last maybe half a day and then they start burning and stay on after every hit. The people are nice but the products are just not good. I wouldn’t recommend buying any disposables from them.

My new go to vape/smoke store! Excellent customer service, great prices, lots of variety, and convenient hours!Id love to have the opportunity to work here and extend the hours to 24 and online!!😀

I went around 4pm! Great customer service and recommendations. They have pre-rolls and gummies and more. Parking was easy.

Dont be fooled by the reviews saying their prices are reasonable. They are significantly more expensive than any other smoke shop Ive been in a 30mi radius. 3D Smoke is right down the street and literally everything is %15 cheaper. They sold me a trash disposalable that had been sitting for quite a while and burned as soon as I opened it. Highly disappointed and a huge waste of money.

These reviews have to be fake. The prices are marked up so much its borderline robbery. Frozen fields formula x cartridges $37.99 at smokers heaven down the street. Here, $54.99. Scammers.

Came in here to kill time waiting on my food, and ended up buying something and got something for being my first time being in there! Owner was nice and for sure welcomed me to the store, and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything like some vape shops are! Recommend stopping by!

These guys are awesome! I was having problems with the juul I bought and they did a fair exchange for something else and gave me lots of discounts on other stuff I bought. They have a good inventory of my favorites (vapes, kratom, cbd, etc) I’ll definitely be back.

So I have been coming here since the place has opened up, but unfortunately for the past three months I have been busy with work and with my personal family issues that my family is dealing with as a whole as well, I had a moment to stop and and pick me up a treat. And today being my birthday, I figured why not. So when I went in I was greeted by a young woman told her I was looking a cart and she showed them to me. They had a nice collect and they where in front for me to see as well. Since I have been gone for the past three months they have increased in supplies/product.

Everyone that works here is super helpful and they have a great selection of products. There have been a couple of times when I have purchased disposables that didn’t work once I got them home and they have always gone out of their way to make it right when I took them back to the store. I definitely recommend this place!

I appreciate that Cloud Ville opens much earlier than pretty much all the other smoke and vape shops, but it ended up being a wasted trip. I went looking for a butane torch and a can of butane. They had almost no selection of butane torches, and while I did see Zippo lighter fluid, I didnt see any butane. The kid that was working the store was very laid back and soft spoken, but a little condescending.

Not sure who the woman was behind the counter at 5pm on 10/3 was but she was enormously smug and rude. I live only a block away in Highland Village and will be sure to go somewhere else next time.

Went to buy 2 vapes one was good the other one had no taste at all and was Supposedly supposed to be watermelon and now getting home taking a puff off of it it burns my lips like the coils burnt wouldn’t even exchange it for a different flavor I’m not coming back there feels like I got scammed
