This is legit the only store I shop at now. Marlin is the best, most helpful, courteous guy. He has always recommended the best stuff and Ive never been let down!!! If I could give them more stars I would!!!!

Marlin helped me find a really nice piece, took his time to answer all my questions to were I understood. Overall fantastic guy really chill and great customer service. I had a great time coming to this location!

The most kind shop I have come across! Rick and Marlin are the dream team, with so many options it can be overwhelming but they worked with me to find my best match. Picking one thing from so many can leave you like a deer in the headlights, go to this shop if youre ready to become unstuck!

Horrible customer service on both ends of the store and they don’t greet, they don’t do returns/exchanges on items that are not even 100% authentic merchandise. Called and went to the store just for the store manager to try and offer me a lousy 10% off the same item that was fake. Which was a pathetic attempt to get me off the phone vs rectify the situation as store management should. both SM and Assistant SM need to be retrained and I would like DM to oversee it. A $25 product wasted.

These people are the absolute best Ive come across. They have really great prices for B&M compared to internet so I never feel burdened by the price difference to support local. Also, keep your receipts to get that wonderful 10% discount! Ill have to keep making trips over here once i move to richardson cause they are just That Good.

Great group of folks up at Smokin’ Hot. I’ve been to most if not all the shops around the area and this one is in a different league. Marlin runs a great shop and is genuinely invested in customer service and providing quality products.

The best smoke shop in Dallas. PERIOD! Marlin and Mary are very educated with their merchandise. Every time I come into the shop I feel like Im learn something new everyday in the smoke industry. You can trust these guys!

This is by far the best shop in DFW. Ask for Diana! She has a great knowledge of the products plus always has a warm glowing smile to welcome you in an make you feel at home instead of just a customer. Not to mention this shop has all your needs! Ive been along time customer an will definitely stay that way.

Bought a hookah set and they missed a piece in it. Asked me to come at 5 to meet the manager 3 times. Not sure y i have to go back and forth so many times for a small piece. I even offered to buy it. This is really bad service. I got the piece at glass house for 5 bucks and they were super helpful in finding the piece.

Marlin was great. Helped me find a better vape pen than the one I have that’s been burning too quickly. Set me up with a new Kind Pen for the low. 🤙🏾

I came in after a disappointing purchase of a snowwolf mini at another vape shop. Marlin was not only able to share in my disappointment, but helped me find a new, MUCH better vape that wont die on me after 1 day of use. I will absolutely be coming back for all my vape needs!

Just bought a vape nd it didnt wanna hit at first but so I told them they didnt wanna exchange I get to blowin the back of the vape nd I started but it taste like sum was burning but still didnt wanna exchange.. last time goin there

Security guard was the rudest person i have ever come across. I used the hand sanitzer as asked. He then had a bunch of attiude and i could hear him complaining about this fing white boy. The he decided to walk around be balling his fist as if he wanted to fight me. But the lady behind the counter was nice but the rest of the customer experience was atrocious!! Because of his actions i will never purchase anything here again and will tell everyone i come accross about this event this evening.

If I could give zero star I would. I spent $75 on a G-Pen vaporizer for my boyfriend that was suggested by one of the store clerks. I get home only to find out that the temperature was not functioning properly. I called tech support for the product and they tell me I was sold a knock off!!!! THIS PLACE IS SELLING KNOCK OFF SNOPP DOGG G-PENS!!!!There is no such thing as a G-Pen 2.0. When I called SMOKIN HOT they told me that it was the manufacturers fault and that their policy was no refunds. Now I understand the general no refund policy but when you sell me a fake product that isnt even functioning, I figured (without a doubt) that the retailer would offer some kind of solution. Boy was I wrong. I called and asked if I could get a refund or exchange and they told me no! I tried to explain that the product was suggested by a store rep and they just kept treating me like I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG. There was no empathy and no attempt to resolve anything. They tell me to bring the product back so it could be inspected only to tell me that they had called the owner and told them I was rude about getting a fake product that didnt work. Now correct me if Im wrong but if youd spent $75 bucks on a product that was suggested to be the best BY YOUR OWN STORE REP (i cant stress this part enough) that not only was defective but was a knock off too, youd be a little pissed when someone tells you tough luck, but thanks for the $75 bucks I will NEVER come here again! This is the most unprofessional interaction Ive ever had a retailer. Glad my credit card company gave my money back or this would have been a bigger problem than it turned out to be.

Dont purchase anything expensive cause if it doesnt work your screwed! Purchased a glass water pipe that would not clear due to poor construction. Cant exactly test that before purchase. Also purchased vape pen that was dead out of the box. No refunds or exchanges. Dont care if you left 10 min prior and come back to show what you purchased is defective.
