The staff with long dirty blond hair was very unprofessional. He was angrily shouting at me and being condescending from start to end while I was purchasing products, for absolutely no reason. I think this guy might be a racist because there is no other reason for him to be so hostile. I dont know if this guy is the owner, but he needs some serious re-education and common sense.

Bought my first legit hookah from here. The sales person did an excellent job letting us know which was the right product based we wanted. We asked questions, and he was very attentive and addressed all our concerns. We are very happy with our purchase. Dont recall the name of the salesperson. Overall a great experience.

Very knowledgeable and they give out great information but honestly i would still go there even if they didnt. The reason for that is the way they treat me every time I go in. Its only about once a month but they greet me like Im an old friend. Good people here. And this is NOT a fake review.

Sold me the wrong item after clarifying what size I needed. When I went back the employee (long haired dude) said I was sold the wrong size but said he can’t do anything for me and I would need to purchase a new one. He was pretty rude about it too so I’ll do my purchasing elsewhere.

Love this head shop. This is my go to head shop. There are certain head shops I wont name that if you use the certain words to describe what youre looking for, they wont sell you the item. They claim its the law. Not with this place.

My favorite local shop. Theyve got a nice selection of stuff with good prices. The best part of the glass shop is the employees. These guys are super knowledgeable and really friendly. They seem to all enjoy their jobs and enjoy helping customers get good products and good deals. This place also has a cool reward program that keeps me coming back.

This shop is absolutely awesome and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for ANYTHING smoke related!! My husband and I want to give a HUGE shout out to Stephen and Zac because they are so nice, helpful, and great guys to talk to!! We went in looking for a vape kit and ended up staying almost 45 minutes just talking and laughing with these guys. The peices and prices are on point and they have specials for every day of the week, plus happy hour!! You really cant ask for better guys or a better shop. My only complaint is there was a tall, skinny guy with long, straight hair almost down to his shoulders that was extremely and unnecessarily rude and talked to these guys like they were dogs.. Ive been a manager of a store and I absolutely NEVER talked to my employees like that in front of customers. You take them aside if you have a problem but you NEVER call them out especially in front of guests and customers where everyone can hear! If your a smart salesman, you always try to build rapport to get lifetime customers and thats exactly what Stephen and Zac were trying to do. I was so embarrassed for these guys and hope that this review will give the rude gentleman some insight on how to treat your employees. I mean no one wants to go somewhere with down right rude management, if he even is management. Stephen and Zac, we will come here only to see yall, and thank you so much for all your help and kindness 💙💙💙

This place is awesome! Great environment with great staff. They have a ton of inventory and it looks like really high quality product. The prices for their glass looks very reasonable and they also have tons of goodies that I prefer. Such as CBD and kratom. If youre into the lifestyle you have to visit these guys theyre great.

Great selection of products ranging from papers to pipes, something for everyones budget. They support local, and famous artists, which is very cool to see in person. They have daily deals and sales.Downside, the prices are definitely a bit on the higher side of things. My guess is they mark them up an extra 20-30% so they dont lose money during their sales. Also, as far as music choices, expect hardcore rap and gangsta rap going on, definitely not my preference.

Best prices around and they carry great glass and grinder brands. Bought a nice thick Aqua Works water pipe a few months ago and looked at 5 other shops for the same piece and none could beat their price.

Very lovely place. The gentleman working there was really nice to help my friend and I out. My friend wound up finding herself a really good juice for her vape and I was able to find what I was looking for here. They also have really good deals everyday. I definitely recommend going here. Fair pricing compared to my closest smoke shop.

Store was nice .. staff was friendly but the delta 8 is not a good choice for anyone who is used to normal Thc .. i couldn’t smoke it and I spent 100. I’m from out of town so my bad I guess .Don’t be me lol !

I would goto the other shops on Round Grove before you go here. I have had bad luck purchasing through their store and they wont help even if they were wrong.

Laid back place to scope out some rad specialty items so long as you can out last the rambling, aimless chatter of whatever those two meth heads in line in front of you are about.Great shop, great vibe, great prices. As with most any shop of his nature, the clientele are often the weakest link, but were all weird in one way or another I aint judging. Rock on (get it? Get it!?)

The glasshouse in Lewisville texas has the best employees who are all very knowledgeable on all the products and have always been very nice this place gives the best deals in the dfw

I bought 3 disposable puff bars from him. The first one was leaking and I took it right back in the store. I get home and one completely doesn’t work. So I call the manager and he tells me he can’t do anything about it since I left the store. Mind you I just left about 30 mins ago. Trash

This place is great. Their line of house kratom is bomb and completely at a reasonable price point. The manager stayed open a few extra minutes for me one night , just so I could get their house kratom. My partner has a condition that causes her much pain and kratom offers a natural , non narcotic relief. When I told him on the phone, he was not only willing to wait for me, but enjoyed me when I arrived. Great smile and conversation. Its people like him that make small business stay in business. I know CVS would of never did this for me. Thank you Sir with long hair and a great personal empathy for others . 😊🎖🏅💯

Some really overpriced glass. The blonde girl there really knew her glass and she didnt try to rip me off i just settled with what the shop had. They got some JM Flows coming so the shop is trying to diversify.

The guys at this shop quickly began to recognize me as I began coming in more and more. I first stopped due to their smoke shop sign seen from Round Grove, and kept coming back due to the selection, prices, customer service, and rewards program! They offer all your smoking needs, kratom, CBD, vapes, and vape batteries.

Decent prices and selection. But the kratom they sell here might as well be chopped grass clipping. Tried to help them out and was rudely Told to leave.

Not sure of the guy that helped me. Heavier set guy with a beard and moustache. Was very helpful and friendly when helping me with what I needed. Was very knowledgeable about CBD products as well. I highly recommend this place.

Bummed. I needed to run in here quickly on a lunch break and they werent open at 11:45 on a Friday? A sign on the door said back in 5 minutes but I didnt have the time to waste so that was really disappointing :(

They have large supply of pipes & other paraphernalia. I like to get screens for my pipes there b/c it seems like I am always losing them.
