I had a great 60 min massage with Kayla today. Reduced the tension in my neck and hamstrings, just as I requested. She used hot towels to avoid sore muscles later. Ill be back in a couple of weeks. My massage was without a doubt the best deep tissue massage I have ever had in my life! She really focused on the areas of my body that were sore and she rubbed the pain right out of mt back and legs that were bothering me. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good, deep massage!
