Chuckin Clouds Vape Shop

Been coming here a long time , but today I arrived to pick up what I ordered and it was incorrect. So naturally I inquired about what they could do and was informed if I didnt want it someone else would by the , by the general manager. Needless to say I didnt pick up my order with that attitude , there hasnt been many vape shops in the area historically , but we are going to have several shortly. Since prices have gone up at this store and selection is now abysmal it may be time to look at another supplier for my needs , one that cares enough to get orders right and at the right price.

Ive used chuckin clouds for about 4 years now. I love the people who work there! They make sure and keep what I need stocked and ready for me when I come. If youre not using them, youre missing out. (:

Just close it down. This is the sorriest excuse for a business in Marion. 7:45 p.m. and doors are locked. Sign and google say 9. Opening time, somebody might show up a half hour or forty five minutes later. Always out of anything they sell consistently. Whoever is in charge of ordering for sales when employees are actually present, is just as incompetent. Go to VaporWize West Memphis. Omw now

Employees were super friendly and they have great customer service skills. They are very knowledgeable and know the products they sell. Went in for juice and ended up with a new setup. Definitely a new favorite and will be going back soon!

Came here for the first time today to get coils. Absolutely awesome service, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Would recommend this shop to anyone in Marion or surrounding areas. This will be my vape shop from now on, be sure to sign up for their rewards program. Well worth it!

With the rising cost of shipping, and with more and more online vendors ceasing shipments to Arkansas, youll have a REALLY hard time finding competing prices. If they dont have it, THEYLL ORDER IT! I seriously love this store, they even have a little lounge with a pool table. You gotta check it out.

Went to this vapor store after reading a review from a fellow truck driver. This place has vape juice from 7 daze, cool modern mods and friendly staff. I was wowed by the patience exhibited by Law and Sarah as they militasked helping multiple customers. Their rewards program is just the cherry on top. Only con I have about this place is no batteries are provided with mod purchaes but given the capacity of the batteries they do have I understand why they dont.

It is a great place but the issue that I have is that I was given the wrong coils and one of the coils in the package was too short. I was not getting a good connection on it. I had to toss a brand new coil away and I am having to turn up the wattage on my battery for these coils because it is the wrong ones for my unit.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who do not try and sale you something you don’t need or want. They have a very good selection of juice,vapes, tank and other items. They also have a rewards program and will actually inform you of available discount when you purchase.

These guys are always awesome. Very helpful and I never have a problem with anything. If there were more retailers like this in the world there would be peace and tranquility and the world would become a Utopia

Great customer service!!! Im a truck driver and occasionally run out of juice while on the road. Finding a good vape shop with good prices that wont juke ya are far and few between!!! Fortunately, last week I found Chuckin Clouds!!! The manager (sorry, Im bad with names!) went the extra mile to make sure I got what I was looking for and got a good deal!!! Thanx dude!!! And sorry it took me a few days to post this review..I will definately be back!!!

Ive been to several vape shops around the Memphis area but chucking clouds in Marion is the best shop Ive been too. Cheap for a vape shop and excellent customer service. The taller guy has a ton of knowledge about vaping in general. Plus they have a rewards program. And for the the reviews that say I was ignored blah, blah, blah. Wait your turn. Theyre trying to provide good Service to everyone. Sometimes explaining something takes a few minutes.

Very knowledgeable and decent prices for products offered. Can park a truck near it 🤙 they offer military vet or active duty, le , public service discount as well. Right on brothers 👌

Been going here for years all of the staff are knowledgeable on everything in the store. Their prices, discounts for military and first respnders make it a must stop for your vapeing needs.

Wanted to find a good vape shop cause the last three places I went to the employees were very rude. So my sister told me about a really nice place called chuckin clouds and that its her and her husbands go to place for vape stuff. We went and I was pleasantly surprised by decent prices and a very polite and friendly employee behind the counter. Im positive Im coming back as a regular customer.

They used to have a bigger selection now not so much. Clean interior friendly workers always ready with an answer or ready to find out who does know the answer
