Jun 13 , 2024 . I was in the shop today. Got the distinct privilege of speaking with the owner Pete. Whos an amazing guy. Had an amazing conversation, got me exactly what I needed and exactly what I wanted. And to top it off, I bought an ice cold coke from them, which was delicious and the man who owns the business, humbled himself and opened my glass bottle for me. You just dont get amazing service like this anymore. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else with my business. I will literally go without before I shop anywhere else. Love the atmosphere of this family owned store! When you walk in youre greeted with smiles and helpful employees. They have a huge selection of everything vape related and their prices are incredible! If you have an issue with your unit, theyre more than happy to trouble shoot and FIX your problem, rather than just trying to sell you a new set up. I have been shopping with this business for 9 years and wont go anywhere else. The honesty and integrity displayed by the owners/employees is irreplaceable!

These guys are the most helpful staff Ive encountered anywhere. They are a shinning example of how customer service was meant to be. They somehow find my juice thats been discontinued for like a year now.. I cant get it anywhere else and they always have some waiting on me. Prices are incredible, by far cheapest Ive seen anywhere in Indiana. You can walk in and talk to the owner, hes there helping customers! If you need anything vape related, this is the only place to go.

The two people (guy n girl, dont remember names :( ) that were there today were awesome! Very helpful and willing to find us what we wanted. Got several vapes out for us to look at, and discussed the differences between them. Also told us if we need help setting it up or anything to do with it, stop on in and they will help with whatever they can.

Very disappointed with business the owner very rude to me I will not going back there ever again I felt like they didnt want me there ! I am glad I move away from Indiana!

Cloud City Vapes is off da chain!!! Ive now been a returning customer five times, and Ive always been treated great by the staff, which are excellent at providing you with the information that you need on devices and products. They also carry the greatest Delta-8, and Delta-10 products, which gives you a glorious buzz.

This place has the best selection of vape juice in town. Their Delta product selection is also pretty good. The staff are kind and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They even have recommendations for products that work for them better than others. It is always nice to go into a shop and have the people who work there know personally about the products they are selling.

They refused to give out prices over the phone, or to tell you what they are on any sort of website! Typically this happens when shops have higher prices than other people around and are afraid to say so. It’s 2023. You should be able to help your customers out and provide them with excellent customer care. WONT BE RETURNING.

I love the Cloud City crew! Good people doing what they love! VAPING! These guys are very helpful, and knowledgeable of their craft. Friendly and helpful employees. I have been here about a handful of times and prefer dealing with the owner, but the others I have met are ok. The prices are a bit on the high side but supply and demand dictate that, unfortunately. Juice prices are fair, but coil prices are fairly high. If you need something theres a good chance they have it. I see why they wont give prices (which is a bit stupid imo) over the phone; bc if they told you how much for a coil u wouldnt come in to purchase it. But, to be fair the competition is scarce around Marion so it is what it is. I will return again when Im in need of something and dont want to make a drive or wait for shipping.

I was trying to find contact info outside of here to contact the owner or someone directly as I didnt want to post this on a public forum and was unable to message them directly on facebook, but this is the only way to contact I guess. Ive been a customer of this store since 2017 and my experience has been great. I dont spend as much as some people do, but I buy my bottle of juice and coils as needed. Today I needed coils so I stopped in. Experience was fine until the disingenuous backhanded compliment I received that the 2 employees threw out in regards to a piece of clothing I was wearing, assumed it went over my head. It did not and it was not appreciated. It made me feel not valued as a customer or as a person.

Great place with amazing employees. Very helpful in helping you to know more about their products and always show you how to work them properly. They never fail to respectfully answer any questions you might have. Very non intimidating for new people learning. Oh and did I mention a very large line of products! If you cant reach them by phone it is because they are truly giving there undivided attention to customers at the time. So just drop in for any questions as they are always there to help.

Just stopped in Cloud City for the first time and was unbelievably impressed with the customer service! Those guys are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They werent trying to push me to buy the more pricey items, but rather gave me info on the more economic friendly items. Tons of flavor options, modern interior, and easily the best vape store in Grant County

These people went out of their way to make sure that I was treated with the utmost respect. Very qualified & knowledgeable staff on hand. They made sure that I understood how to add fluid, change the cotton fiber igniter, charge the device & change the settings. What a great experience. I was out the door, and vaping in 15 minutes !! Great job be the entire Team !!!

I had a battery that wouldnt work after I purchased it. They were able to switch it out for me AND test the new one before I left to make sure I was satisfied. I felt I was respected and well cared for by the staff. The Social Distancing barrier actually made me feel they took the current situation seriously and they wore masks the whole time. Thanks for protecting us. Will definitely shop at Cloud City Vapes every time I need anything vape or cbd. (the prices on cbd were beyond reasonable)

Words cannot describe how enjoyable this place and staff are, out of all my times returning here the staff (especially Mason) have shown me what good honest people are, I can’t stress this enough that if you come here you will get exactly what you want with the best service I have ever received, I wish every place ran like this. One last thing, Mason, one of the salesman is probably the most genuine, good hearted person I’ve ever met, every time I’ve been there he has helped me over and beyond and has made me take the longer trip here because he has individually made me attached to the shop. I bought my set up and first set of juices here and I was very impressed with their service. They walked me through both start up and ongoing care and maintenance for my new vape, answering all questions. They had very good quality juices and were very helpful in picking out the mg that was right for me (just quit smoking cigarettes so had no clue what I was looking for juice and mg wise). Fair prices, kind and very informative customer service, and a nice environment. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and stand behind their products. Would recommend to anyone.

Employees are always very helpful. I never spend more than a couple minutes in the store. I can give them a list of different flavors, fruit, dessert...but I enjoy a menthol flavor and they always seem to have something that combines both aspects. The team is always helpful and friendly, regardless of how busy they are.

This place is awesome and has great customer service. I came into the shop and it was pretty busy with only one guy working at the time. He helped all of the people in the shop very efficiently and with a polite manner. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place the people are great always extremely happy to help. Theyll talk to you about flavors until youve tried everyone on the shelf and still keep going. They will setup your new tanks for you if ya need it. But probably the best part of this place is the customer relations. I had a small problem recently and expected absolutely nothing for it bc it wasnt cloud citys fault it was a juice manufacturer problem. They handled it like absolute gentlemen gave me a free 10% off next juice for something entirely not on them and I cant explain how absolutely awesome that is love these guys and wouldnt buy my vapes from anywhere else.

This was my first time in a vape shop in 2 years, and I was very impressed! Guys were knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed when I got my new mod, which I am in love with! Cannot recommend them enough!

These guys sold me a defective disposable vape. I couldnt get a hit off of it and I remembered the store clerk telling me sometimes you have to preheat it in order to get one. I did that and ultimately the oil came up and out of the pen and into my mouth. YUCK! I brought the defective pen back to the store and the employees blamed me for pre heating it too much. They said they cant replace it and instead gave me instructions on how to operate the device in the future in order to avoid this defect. They insisted that the product was not defective and rather the leak was my fault. This is strange because I have already gone through 4 of the same exact disposable pen with no issues. When I tried to explain that the product was in fact defective, the person helping me got upset and began speaking in a condescending tone. If the device requires specific instructions to avoid a defect they should inform the customer of that at the time of purchase, rather than after the defect is realized. I have never had such a poor customer service experience.

I was totally amazed by the knowledge and customer service of cloud city. The guys were able to help me pick out a truly amazing flavor, which I love. They have, not only a wide variety of mods, name brand juice and accessories, but the go above and beyond to ensure you know how to properly use your equipment. You cant find customer service skills like this anymore. You guys have a forever customer here. If they arnt open, then I dont go anywhere else.

This is by far the best vape shop Ive ever been to, the staff is extremely knowledgable about everything in the store. If youre new to vaping they will tell you everything you need to know plus more and also show you how to set up everything for you or even do it for you in the store! When it comes to juice they have a very overwhelming amount but the employees will describe to you exactly what youre looking for and their recommendations arent them trying to sell the most expensive juice either, they are telling you what juices are actually like and how great they are. Their new line of CBD products are great too! Im still blown away about how great the staff is there, by FAR the best service Ive had in any business Ive been to. To top it all off their prices are great! Especially when it comes to the reward system because you can get 10% off of juice youre already getting anyways! I cant say enough good things about this place, the owner really knows what he is doing by hiring employees with the knowledge and customer service that they provide! Great job!

Ive been shopping here for a couple years and, I have to say, the staff are extremely helpful and will go above and beyond for their customers. Environment is comfortable and homely. Selection is broad and affordable. Theres something for all my vaping needs. I highly recommend this store.

I drive from Kokomo every Friday to the shop. They are always helpful and polite, and they have huge selection of some of the best juices on the market. I also buy cbd there, they carry the top brands and at a good price.

I was in and out. I needed only a battery for my vape. The guy was very helpful.

Very minimal juice selection, and not a lot of devices to choose from in the beginner to middle range. I was never really given a chance to speak for myself or feel comfortable enough to ask for what I might actually want. I felt like I was unwelcome and an interruption for the employee and the customers who were hanging out.

I feel like they could stock more premium juices. I’ve have a few holy grail juices from there, but most taste like cheap flavors The latest one plastic, sweet plastic but still plastic. Especially since there aren’t any testers.

Great place. Id give it 5* if they would ever answer their dang phone. It rings twice and goes to voicemail that says to come in to ask your question. This begs the question, why even have a phone?... silly

The employees at Cloud City Vapes are always friendly, patient, very experienced. They know their products. Every time my boyfriend goes in, he ends up spending at least $60-$70 on coils and vape juice 😂. They know how to sell their stuff.

This shop is run so well, with an all-around fun atmosphere that I’m willing to drive the hour + it takes from Anderson just to buy from them. The employees make it a point to recognize their regulars and always greet you with a smile. Out of all the vape shops I’ve been into, this one has been my favorite. My boyfriend was one of their first customers and thankfully introduced me to their establishment. They’re reasonably priced, knowledgeable in all-things vape, and are just friendly people all around. I’ve seen employees be given vague descriptions of what other customers are needing and hit the nail on the head everytime. Definitely go here for anything vape!

Amazing staff, shoutout to Mason for being an awesome genuine salesperson. we came in knowing nothing about vapes and he set us up with exactly what we were looking for and got our vape started so we wouldn’t burn the coil / be unfulfilled in what we wanted. he knew his stuff! definitely go here if you’re a beginner and if you’re not i’m sure you’ll still learn something

They are always nice and helpful when you come in and the prices on the juice and coils you can’t beat anywhere in this area also they have a rewards program which allows you to get discounts as you build up points which no other place around your house it’s a nice environment I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of Vape supplies

Sold me a bad coil instead of replacing it he told me I should have bought my vape only to tell me what I have already researched online than to tell me I still might be able to replace it it up to upper management the whole run around about an 8.50 coil that was over priced anyways but I was paying for the Convenience of not ordering it and waiting but from now on I will not be shopping with them they are good reps they usually know what there talking about but when it comes to the business side of the work they are conniving and always trying to get over I would not recommend them unless u have a question do not buy from them it’s will always be something if something goes wrong

They are always so helpful and are extremely knowledgeable about their products. When I was first starting out with my vape, they helped me figure out which one might be best for me, and went over some of the different juices they carry.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went in looking for a new battery for a vaporizer as mine broke in the USB charger. They found me one that charges via a plug and holds a charge much longer. Will be back.

Very large selection, decent prices, and amazing customer service. Not only did they take the time to explain in detail the mechanics of a vape I had purchased somewhere else, they even cleaned it out for me when they heard the other shop sold me the wrong juice.

So I have been to Cloud City Vapes on many occasions an they have never failed to educate me with vaping, and most definitely have never sold me junk like some other vapes stores. I walk in and they greet me by name make me feel welcomed and never have had a bad experience. Great Place!

Poor quality I bought 2 separate units and both malfunctioned within 72 hours and they refuse to stand behind their products would not recommend anyone use this vape shop.... rude to the point of ignoring customers if they can see you have a legit issue.... instead of working with you they take customers that came in behind you before telling you politely to f@#$ off

I always get the help I need here. I work in Muncie, and it is much more convenient to go to Cardinal Vapor for me, but I drive the Cloud City because they have way better prices, and the staff is much more knowledgeable.

Almost a whole year without a cigarette thanks to Pete. This shop has an awesome chill vibe. Cool staff and every time I go in, I usually spend over an hour either browsing or just b.s.ing with the staff. Selection is awesome. Almost too awesome to pick flavors. Service is great until they sell u something that dont work. Then they blame u for using the product with juice they sold me. Cant answer the simplest question without a 20 min insult about how used it wrong. Go to gas city. Much better service

I have yet to have a problem with Cloud City Vapes. They are all very knowledgeable and are eager to help me the minute I walk in the door. They have many juices and boxes to choose from whether it be you are quitting smoking or wanting to pick up vaping as a habit. What can i say about cloud city vapes.... Cloud city is a reason we can enjoy vaping and learn about the vape community. Cloud city is the best vape shop ive ever walked into. I have been a very faithful and loyal customer since before the doors first opened. I was in Puerto Rico helping restore the power and still never cheated on Cloud city because of what they stand for. They sent me juice all the way there. Ive tried local shops in the past, and not only did i not receive great customer service I was never treated like a part of the vape family.. I love cloud cities idea of being a mom and pops because thats what made this country. Cloud City has a customer for life.

If you want to know the facts about vaping either nicotine products or CBD products ect., then this is the place! From the day they came to town Ive known them to be advocates of safety, quality and cool. Because when you honestly look at the facts that many of us have been a slave to the stinkies (cigarettes) for a long time. Literally I went from a pack a day habit to no cigarettes full on vaping the same day minus the withdrawal symptoms.

The gentlemen I talk to is a professor at his job. Very knowledgeable. Im going to make sure I talk to him when I go in.

Had my sister go get 2 vapes for my husband and I while there she bought some extra coils we did not need tried to return them still in original unopened packages with receipt was told we could not return them we feel they could of let us return them since they were clearly unopened
