The manager here is so friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in the store looks so well kept, tidy, smells nice, fully stocked on everything, with very friendly staff. I get my energy drinks and all my nicotine products from this store and have never had any complaints, in fact this is the best tobacco shop I’ve ever been to. This place is overall 10/10 if you’re looking for an affordable, inviting, clean environment to buy from.

The guy was very rushful and his name is MOE and barely let us look around at anything. we choose these two items because of price and then he goes on and tells us that the brown one is priced wrong and then we said okay we don’t want it. i asked if the purple one was priced right he said no it’s 7.99, i was oh okay. then i was still looking around and he said okay i’ll make you a deal. 15 dollars. Ended up being over 16 dollars for the two. I would not recommend coming into this place, just a scam.

Best shop, Omar can replace any wrong orders. Not like other smoke shops where they will just not do anything when there products leave the door. I highly recommend the place.

For a small store they have a large selection thats well kept! The worker there was very nice asked simple questions about flavors and what style of vaps i had used before,grabbed a few that matched what I wanted Ill definitely come back

Tonight I went in there to buy 2 vapes and an ashtray for my car and the man working was more worried about the person on the phone then taking care of customers. Then gets off the phone cash’s me out for my first purchases for vapes, then I got to pay for ashtray and he gets another call and tells me and my friend to not talk when he answers phone. Umm excuse me then yells at me to not talk when ashtray was $2.99 he tried to say it cost $12.49 I said no it says $2.99 he says no $12I told man I didn’t want ashtray and that I would be contacting his boss and walked out.

I have been going here for two almost three years now and it’s always been the best vape shop in Marion. The new owner, Tim, is so friendly and gives great deals, he’s also given such a nice upgrade to the place! The disposable vapes I get rarely ever mess up, i.e. leak or hit weird (I switch brands quite often and I always try IN STORE before I leave because products have error sometimes, especially e-cigs) If the vape is messed up in store, Tim will swap it for you! Atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, 10/10 recommend!!

Maddie takes her time and makes sure you leave with what you want, great service and super friendly!

Very disappointing the owner doesn’t accept returns or exchanges. I bought an electric product that broke the first time I used it. I tried to return it with the receipt. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The owner was not. BUYER BEWARE!

They are my new go to vape store. Capones used to be.

Ask for a watermelon ice vape the cleck grabbed one told it was watermelon ice it guava frenzy when I got it home and opened it this is the the problem Ive been having with businesses today there is not customer service this store lost 600 a month in revenue for me and my wife jb halkin in Carbondale is a much better store for vape drop stores with bad customers service like bad habbit

Twice in have came here when it is supposed to be open and the window lights are all on but the door is locked and no one is here .. Its 10:16 on a Sunday and they say they are open at 10😡
