The owners are douchebags. I went in there to look & they got nasty with me. I dont know if its true but Ive heard alot of their vapes are bad & outdated. I would never go back there again even if someone put a gun to my head. First off my name is Bryce and second off Im pretty sure it was the owners being rude douchebags. The fact that you got my name wrong shows how much you care about your customers and if you keep doing that youre going to lose alot of customers. The golden rule of sales is customers come first and clearly you dont understand that.

I have visited here a few different times & each time I did I was treated very well & was given the proper information that was needed about the items I purchased. All of the employees are great & very friendly! If I could give the store more than a 5 star rating I would! Store was very clean & organized. This is the spot to get all of your vaporizing/smoking accessories ✨️ 😍 1000/10 recommended!

Honestly, THE best smoke shop here in Marion! These workers always make me feel welcome, and never make me feel any less for asking all the questions I need! Not to also mention how well the stores products are kept in stock and on the shelves, and how clean it always is when I come in! If you are looking for a new smoke shop to call your own, Vapor Town will definitely make you feel right at home!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Very well established business. They have an extensive variety of vapes and all kinds of other novelties. If you’re in Marion, you definitely need to go check them out!!! The owners and staff are very friendly and will help you with anything. Best smoke shop in town! If you miss Shirts N Stuff, shop here! They always have what I want or at least something similar, in the rare chance they dont have what I want, I let the owner know and he will find it and get it! They are always super nice and helpful when Im in the store. There is a huge variety of vape and smoke items, along with various other novelty items, theres always something to look at. They run fun promotions all the time to get you the best bang for your buck. I alwayd shop here for all of my vape or smoke needs!

Vapor town is the BEST vapor store to get your pipes , vape batteries , phone cases , clothes , rolling trays and sooo much more! I drive 45 minutes to the vapor town to get anything I need before I buy it anywhere else!! They have the best quality product!! Great place for all your vaping needs. They offer the hugest selection of disposable and reusable vapes. There is also lots of other things as well from smoking accessories to clothes. The store is very big but is full of various things. They offer their own version of a rewards program which is a stamp card to get your 10th disposable vape purchase free. So that is great all in itself!

Really bad quality products the delta 8 are marked down for a reason most of them are expired and watch out for the happi 2 gram pens bc abt one gram is leaked out of all of them plus I got a pen from here once that said it was 2 years past the expiration date

Had a bunch of quality stuff, except for the employee. Not quality service at all. Stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting to get help to purchase an item and I was never helped. The employee just stood there behind the counter talking to her friend never once bothered to ask if I needed help with anything.

Have been there twice within 3 days! The owner and staff are great, very helpful. There is way too much to look at in a single visit given the size of the place! Which isn’t a bad thing! The selection of everything is off the charts. They have more than enough to satisfy any need you may have. Needless to say I left both times absolutely impressed as well as more than satisfied. The employees are so friendly. The Red hair young woman is absolutely gorgeous and just as nice as she could be. You can tell her Momma raised her right. She has old school manners with the yes maam and yes sir, these youngins now a days dont know nothing about that. The young gentleman, I do believe his name was Anas, well he was just so sweet. I highly recommend going here for any of your smoking needs.

I wont buy a vape anywhere else. The staff are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out. They even have a punch card that when you fill it you can get a free vape no matter the price. They carry Vapes that last a very long time. I cant find 15,000 puff vapes anywhere else. I cant recommend this place enough.

Super wide selection of products and pieces all at a super affordable price. I was literally shocked to see how cheap they were. The employees are super sweet and even called the owner to price check a couple unmarked items for me.

Bought a vape on Sunday. Malfunctioning on 2nd day. Called and told them. They said come in we will take care if it. Drive a half hr to exchange it or get money back and they refused. Bought 2 hyde 5000 puff at a great price. 1 worked great the other was empty . Took back to store. Owner refused to do even exchange said he would sell me another for 10$. So he would make 27$ off me and all I get is ripped off. After I leave he has the employee working post a not return sign . I contacted Hyde the company stated yes they have issues with empty capes making it out to sellers but if they return the empty vapes to hyde they will fully reimburse the seller so it would be no money lost for the seller to refund me or do an even exchange. Hyde said if they refuse that its a knock off hyde or someone who doesnt buy directly from hyde. I will be posting on social media. As someone on a tight budget 7$ is a big deal. Then to be treated like I was trying to get over on his store. The employee was super nice to me but the owner was not and I got ripped off.

Got a Nord Pro and 2 days later it stopped working. I took it in and they told me that they would look at it. 3 days later, I went in after not hearing back from them. They gave me a replacement Nord Pro but this one had clearly been used.
