Massage On Broadway

Been struggling with lower back pain for 2 years, regularly get massages when I can as were on the road full time. My wife booked this appointment, so I had zero expectation, but Jeff delivered. Discussed what we wanted to focus on prior to starting, and stuck to that utilizing the 60 minutes perfectly. Identified some of my trouble areas with very little input from me and recommended some exercises and stretches to help with my situation. Already booked a follow up appointment. Possibly one of the best deep tissue massages Ive had in many years!

Jeff is excellent. He managed to break up lingering scar tissue in my knee that surgery failed to achieve. My leg is getting straighter every day. I was afraid my ski days were behind me but that is no longer the case.

I didn’t have a great experience. The person was late and seemed either hungover, sleep deprived, or high. I could tell they forgot about the appointment. The massage wasn’t as much of a deep tissue massage as I thought it would be and I don’t think I truly felt all that different after. During the appointment the person was drinking coffee and overall it didn’t feel polished or professional. I will not be going back. Hopefully I can find a truly professional and well trained masseuse in Missoula…

Went in for a couples massage. Such wonderful and kind therapists and front desk staff. My partner and I were very happy with our experience. 10/10 would recommend!

My wife and I just had 90-minute massages here. She asked for a deep-tissue massage and I requested a medium-pressure massage. While she described hers as being adequate (not great, but good enough) mine was not good and definitely not what I asked for as far as pressure. Instead of medium-pressure, I got a very light-pressure massage which did nothing to relieve stress in my muscles. My massage therapist was a very nice, small grandmotherly woman. I have no doubt she tried her best, but I think she lacks the strength to do a medium-pressure massage. Im 63, 250 lbs, and I ran a half-marathon yesterday. I believe the management just used poor judgment on who they assigned to me. Either way, it was my second massage ever, and it was $110 dollars absolutely wasted. I doubt Ill ever get another one.When I informed the receptionist at payout about the issue that Id had, she didnt ask me to speak to a manager or do anything else to try to make it right. Her attitude was basically this: Oh Im sorry. Thatll be $110 now.

This establishment is clean, quiet, and relaxing. Their prices are affordable and their hours accommodate busy working professionals. Adam is an excellent massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and listens to his clients needs for an optimal massage. I highly recommend Adam and Massage on Broadway. I will definitely be going back!

I’m new to Missoula and have been worried about finding a massage therapist to replace my previous one in my hometown. I am so very happy that I decided on this place!The individual running the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. The building is very clean with a very calm atmosphere. I received my massage from Adam who was extremely professional and inquired several times throughout my massage about his pressure levels to make sure I was comfortable.10/10 will be getting a massage here again.

Kyle was my masseuse. He did a very good job at explaining everything to me, since it was my first ever. Talked to me throughout to make sure more pressure was okay, or too much. It was just perfect.Great pricing for the quality. Also they have aromatherapy that they can do with the oils on the body, diffuser as well.They also do massage for women who are pregnant! And migraines too. I didnt find anything that was off putting. Everything was clean, he washed hands and forearms before starting. Over all I have been already telling everyone that I completely recommend them!!

Highly recommend Amy Carlson. I came to town for the marathon and scheduled a massage with Amy and she repaired my legs. As someone who gets massages regularly I’m very picky and need firm pressure and Amy delivered for me. I will definitely schedule with her anytime I’m in town and especially next year after the marathon.

After going through some excruciating neck and shoulder pain that had me in the ER, the doctor suggested Ashley at Message on Broadway as part of my recovery. I called and Ashley was not available, but was told Kyle was available. To be honest, only ever having messages from women ( a total of two messages in my life), I thought it may be strange. It was not at all. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, a heck of a message therapist, and it wasnt strange in the slightest. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful and the aesthetics inside are wonderful. I would highly recommend him and Message on Broadway. The parking can be a bit tricky, especially your first time there, so arrive early.

I really enjoyed my massage here last week. The decor was pleasant and relaxing; and the receptionist was friendly and attentive. Most of all, I loved my massage! I tweaked my back and was in real pain. After my massage with Ashley, its like the pain disappeared. Ill definitely be going back.

Splurged on a 2 hour massage with Adam - one of the best massages Ive ever gotten. There were some workers outside of the massage room, so it was slightly noisy for a bit, but Adam had relaxing instrumental music which helped drown out the noise. Will definitely be back!

For the past 2 days Ive been in so much pain, the muscles under one of my shoulder blades was so knotted up. I couldnt get into a PT to have them work on it but needed something. So I popped into Massage on Broadway and was paired with Hanna(h) I told her what the issue was and she worked on it for an hour and did an amazing job! Better than I was expecting. Ive had the privilege of receiving Rolfing from Kyle. Being a mover, I always have a lot of stuff going on in my body. He listened and was very attentive to my needs. I liked how spacious I felt afterwards and look forward to working with him again. Highly recommend Kyle if youre looking for an integrative bodywork session.

Highly skilled Massage Therapists. I went after a nasty personal injury. Was in much pain & my spouse took me there. Jeffrey was my therapist. Absolutely amazing therapy session with him. After 2nd session my pain threshold was cut in half. Am now ambulating fantasticly and pain almost completely gone. I would recomend these folks to anyone with major injury or pain issues.

For a few years Id go to work in the Oil Fields and especially starting out I would come home and be hurting a lot. Ashley would listen to what I was doing and how I strained or pulled muscles and make out a game plan to get my body back to 100% before Id go break it again. Every chance I got when I came home Id call her. Over the last year Ive been recovering from a car wreck where I had a Tramatic Brain Injury, broke my neck twice, and my back as well of terroring many muscles. She once again started slow and easy and has worked over the last year to relieve pinched nerves and more serious areas. Workout her help I would not been able to recover as well as I have. I cannot thank her enough! Now my family goes to her as well. Shes helping each of us in our own way to keep us going. If youre even curious stop by and talk to her. Its amazing what she can do!

Ashley is the best deep tissue massage therapist in Missoula IMO. She listens and provides a session that leaves you sore, but invigorated. Shes great with sciatica work.

Paid for a birthday massage, turns out my gift was not licensed and wasnt able to do oils, disappointment. Yes, oils are a must have! She used lotion. Dont understand what that has to do with a massage either

I was in a bad place the first day I stepped in there. My pain level was off the charts. They are very caring . They got me in a few visits to were I can function in life again, and get back to work. All I can say to them is thank you. If your wondering to come in or not ....I can guarantee by experience these people will help you.

Solid massage. I appreciated their attention to cleanliness and Covid prevention. The room was unfortunately too cold (please get a space heater!) and you could hear noise from outside the room.

Planned my extremely busy day around stopping by at 9am (Friday) when their sign stated they’d be open. Place was locked up until 9:15 with no one responding to the phone so I had to leave. Guess they don’t want customers bad enough to open on time.
