I go to the shop alot to go get Vapes I prefer geek bar but Im willing to try other vapes. The handsome guy behind counter was very patient I didnt know which one to get.

Had what I needed & is easy to find & are good people to help with all your needs & they carry Flum Pebbles in the Luscious Watermelon! 😃 or they did.. haven’t been into zootown for quite awhile, so I’m not sure now?

I found they were the only shop to carry the vape and flavor I like. They sold out, and I asked them to reorder and they did. I will definitely keep coming back. They were really helpful and friendly.

Staff is always so pleasant and awesome when I come in, give our great recommendations, also they have a very wide selection which is very nice!

Same day return policy sucks when you close so early and I live 45 mins out of town. By the time I get home and try out my vape, to find it doesnt work, youve already closed for the day. Came in the next day less than 20 hours after purchase and its sorry we got a same day return policy. Helping a customer out is a small price to pay when Ive been shopping here for 6 months, buying all my vapes here. Im not angry, I get it, just seems like bad practice for any customer, Let alone a repeat customer who will now just shop elsewhere. Everyone, keep shopping here, just be aware of the policy in place and try your vapes out before leaving the parking lot. The people here have been super cool before this one weird experience with a faulty vape.

This place has a great selection and a magnificent points system. Fantastic prices and great staff keep me coming back.

Only shop in the country that would sell dead batteries. Specifically asked if the were fully charged. Just needed a charged battery, should not be that hard.

The guys that run this shop are really nice and knowledgeable. They always treat me great and the rewards program keeps me coming backwards. I feel like a valued customer.

Pretty small store with limited selection. Customer service was blah. Anything you want from this store you can get online for cheaper. Need to update the entire place and Hire some employees who connect with the customers better.

Normally I go through them to get my vape juice,There are only two juices I ever buy but they havent been ordering them in even though the cashier marks them to be out.Its salt bae wintergreenIf I have to I will buy three or four at a time but for now I will just be shopping onlineIve bought several vapes and products here and was a loyal customerBut i live across town and have had to start calling instead of showing up to see if they have what I buy in stock to save gasA real bummer )-:Im only givinf a three but ive wasted gas several times coming to grab my stuff expecting to see what is always there and its never in stockIncluding vapes and could I buyLove the employees and absolutely love this shop!

Awesome staff, always a pleasure to walk through the doors. Prices are what they are for a local brick and mortar, I get it. At least they always have the good stuff. Severely lacking on juice though. I think its absolutely stupid that they dont allow you to try juices to find the right taste for you. This is why I have continued to buy my juice online for the past 8 years. Have yet to find a decent supply of 100% VG juices locally.

Bought a Hyde 4000+ rechargeable vape on March 16th on my way to Butte to work St Patties Day. Battery depleted in about 24 hours. Attempted to recharge to find it would not charge. Light came on and the unit got hot. Left charging overnight. 2 puffs and it indicated battery needed to be charged. Came back to Missoula after 2 days of purchase where I was told they have a 1 day return policy and refused to replace the defective item. Will not shop there again and will be spreading the word to everyone I know to no longer shop there.

A small but well stocked shop. The staff has always been helpful and the new manager is doing a great job. I make a point of patronizing this establishment whenever I am in the area.

The mod I got from here completely blew up and caught several things on fire when it wasn’t being used. I got it 2 weeks ago. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, but obviously their merchandise is not any good. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great store with a great selection of e juce definitely my number one recommended spot in Missoula for new vapors and experienced ones. The staff is very knowledgeable and I love the CBD products they carry too they definitely get a 9/10 and would easily get a 10 out of 10 if they carried my favorite juice. Ps message to the owner you should carry nasty juce cause it would fit right in with everything you guys already have.

Probably one of the lowest selections around town, the guy chattered about how he didnt wanna pay 75$ licensing fees to carry anything that might be considered helpful to the MMJ community, so really, a poor experience, poor customer service and he kinda made me feel like even though I was ready to pay for something sub par from his store, he was NOT glad that I was there.

Got a vape a day ago and it came out the box tasting not good.

Was able to locate my coil quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable with lots of selection of ejuice as well as vaping accessories

Went to the Vape Shop for the first time and found out prices are a little higher than I others places and the employee seemed down to earth but had his awkward times. Not a great salesman.

Alex is great, very helpful and knows what he is talking about. He helped me and my husband when we got our RDAs. I will always came back when he is working!

Tyler and Rio are amazing! Very knowledgeable, theyve helped my partner and I since we were noobs (: when I first started trying to quit smoking I bought a mod and a tank and brought everything to the vape shop and said please help 😂 Theyve always been able to answer any questions Ive had and have also sorted out a issues with a few products Ive purchased. I always recommend the vape shop to anyone whos looking to quit smoking or find vape juice/ hardware. I love how theyre always happy to see us, never feel like an inconvenience. 😊

Not the biggest selection of devices or juice, which is why I gave 4/5 stars. The staff is the nicest at any vape store in Missoula. Trust me. At the other shop, the guy blew vape in my face. So I go to The Vape Shop. They are nice and they know about what they sell. They have a rewards program too and it has saved me $$ on juice before. I recommend this shop above all others in Missoula.

Bad experience, the guy didnt want to be there and seemed to be more educated on false Covid narrative than e cigarettes. I grabbed some juice and rolled out quickly, went somewhere else to replace my wifes mod.

Kyingwa and Chase are great! They both know a lot about Vape Pens, Box Mods, Mechanical Mods, eJuice and the like. Theyre super friendly and I always recommend this place over anyone else in Missoula!

The Vape Shop located in Missoula is my favorite location to purchase my vape needs such as juice, coils, and even vapes themselves. They have a wide selection and were extremely professional and had an answer for everything. They also have military discounts for those who serve or have served.

Store does not sell adapters, atomizers or any other commonly requested vape items. It is a hole in the wall and customer service is non existent unless you count judgemental hipsters.

The guy behind the counter was very rude when I asked if they carried Kratom. You mean that synthetic heroin? was his reply. Kratom is not a synthetic heroin, it is a tree leaf from Asia.
