I needed a haircut for an upcoming work trip and I am beyond happy with the result! I went with something I’ve never done before and Sheena did not disappoint! She was so knowledgeable and personable which allowed for such a fun haircut experience. I love love love my new look. 11/10:)

I hired Elisandra for micro needling. She did awesome the 1st & 2nd sessions. Upon the 3rd visit I remember her asking me where was I a day prior and I remember telling her I took a nap. Im not even sure if she used a 1.5 because my skin wasnt even red when I went home to check. Ive had noticed I HAD dark circles under my eyes, which she really worked on this time, they unfortunately looks worse than the past 2 sessions. Basically she intentionally created new lines to my eyes. Ive always been respectful towards her. Im very unsure why she had to do that, it is what it is. Be cautious about getting into personal conversations. I feel gratitude fees nor tips arent advised for micro needling. For haircuts and other services thats on the individual. BTW: Since I ordered 3 micro needling services for $950 I didnt expect to be charged for a face serum. I was charged 15$ so I smiled and paid for it. Elsandra gave me back my numbing cream and I said thanks she turned her back and walked away briskly. I thought how ODD that reflects in her personality in her 🖤 when her intentions were to ruin my appearance under my eyes. Good for her. Thats why I do not TIP. She even tried to sell me EXTRA stuff and I mentioned to her Im short on money and she just frowned. I wouldnt ever hire Elsandra for micro-needling services in the future.When I went to report this Michele called mw to scream at me on the phone. Rely is this how you treat your customers? She believed Elsandra saying I used skin care products i ordered online recently to save money. Wrong. She was using that as an excuse to save herself from getting into trouble. Elsandra knows she got caught. They shouldnt be in business how they treat me. Terrible experience(By the way:my eyes were completely bruised why would I make this up 😠 )Have a wonderful day

Massage was amazing and so was facial! Pedicure was okay but manicure was horrible! Nails have broke like crazy and I paid extra for gel.

Dawn was great - I loved her space, the heated table, the surprise (to me) heated towels/pack, the music. I was very comfortable and the massage itself was what I wanted my massage to be, and I scheduled another appointment next month! And the facilities in general are just lovely. I took advantage of the sauna for a few minutes after my massage.

I can’t speak highly enough of Spa Roma. Facials and massages are pure bliss, the Skin Med treatments are always met with professionalism and care and the company/service is always top notch. I recently went to Sheena for a hair color correction/cut after a bad dye job and she somehow transformed my hair into exactly what I asked for while keeping me entertained the entire time. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about perfecting your hair and experience-book with Sheena. This place never disappoints, highly recommend.

I was beyond happy with her work and feel that my money and time was well spent! Lauren was amazing with our 2 year old boy and his first haircut! I can’t speak highly enough of her, she was patient, kind, and made sure his first experience was comfortable and fun. She even helped me (mom) by handing me little curls to keep while she was cutting his hair. 11/10, can’t reccomend enough, we’ve found our little mans hair stylist ❤️

Kayla was great! She asked if there were any areas she needs to avoid, if I wanted her to focus on anywhere specific, and if I had any allergies or injuries that she needed to be aware of. The most relaxing massage I’ve had at Spa Roma!

Amy was exceptional! I had originally chosen a facial at random because I have never gotten one, but she spent time discussing what facial would be best for my skin type and concerns, and we decided to go with the honey enzyme facial. It was incredibly relaxing and I love that she walked me through each step and explained what each product was and what it would do for my skin. She also recommended a product to me that will help repair my skin barrier. I will definitely be back to see her!

Dawn provided an excellent, relaxing hot stone massage to me today. The facility provides a stress-free environment and the staff are welcoming. Highly recommend for your pampering and healthcare needs.

I travel a few times a year and it’s always a big thing for us to get massages while we are out of town. I also visit Tuscan Sun about every 3 months. This was by far the BEST massage I have ever had! My friend and I talked about how amazing the massages were the rest of the day!! I love that you incorporated the stretching. It was amazing!!

I was not disappointed! Michel brings 35 years of skills, experience and enthusiasm to her clients! My brows were refreshed, reshaped and expertly designed to suit my face. This takes place in a secluded and private setting that instantly puts one at ease. Michel is meticulous in her artistry and client care. She really does make one feel like youve always been friends. from the time I arrived to the time I left the entire staff was welcoming, gracious, and entirely professional! I have gone here twice now. First time, it was for a couples Swedish massage with my boyfriend. This was our first time getting any kind of massage. We didnt know what to expect, but the staff, Kayla and Eric, are amazing and had us feeling relaxed and refreshed. We really enjoyed the sauna afterwards too. The most recent time was today for my first time getting a pedicure. Abby walked me through everything and helped me relax throughout the whole pedicure. She was very professional and gentle. My nails and feet also look and feel great! Overall, I have had a wonderful experience and service both times I have been and plan to be a repeat customer.

Emily did my brows today and she did an amazing job! She took her time and really worked to make sure she gave me a great symmetrical shape. I’ve never had anyone take the time she did to make sure my brows were perfect and that I loved them! She’s amazing! I’ll definitely be scheduling with her again!

We saw Albany for a hair cut today. My daughter had very long nearly waist length hair that is very very thick, curly, frizzy and unruly. We chose a master stylist to help tame her hair and get it in manageable shape for my 10 year old to care for on her own. Albany did such an amazing job. She spent time on the cut and just worked wonders on my daughters hair. A true transformation. She educated us about which products would work best and proper styling and upkeep for her hair type. My daughter is so happy with her hair now.Highly, highly recommend.Everyone in the salon was at least 6 feet away from us at all times and everyone wore their masks. I can’t praise her services enough.A+ Job!

Emily was a hair wizard! I unfortunately had a very bad cut done at another hair salon and it left me with a wicked bad cut. Emily assured me she could fix it and she absolutely delivered! I love my new cut and appreciate that she took her time to tell me how she was going to fix it and also made sure I liked what I saw throughout the cut. Plus, spa Roma was super welcoming and beautiful and made the experience so easy! I will definitely be returning!

Mela was our massage therapist and did an amazing job good deep tissue massage, very patient and respectful. She can talk to you without stopping and keeps at the massage the entire time. The other ladies were amazing as well and very attentive. They also made amazing coffee and a peanut butter protein drink. The sauna was clean and pleasant as well. The prices were a lot cheaper than I would have expected.

Kayla was wonderful, I left the spa feeling very relaxed and all my muscles were less tense! The massage was fantastic! The spa was very clean, nice, and relaxing as well. I will definitely be back!

Albany ALWAYS gives me the best haircuts!!! My hair is so thick and bleached blond, so it it soooo important for the right angle cut for my hair to not look chopped. She is simply an artist. I only trust her.

I wanted to become a regular client. I read rave reviews on specific stylists which made me very excited for my first appointment. I paid my deposit, and arrived 10 minutes early as instructed then completed new client forms and waited.I completely understand that things go awry especially in a service industry. I am always prepared to wait a little within reason. However, my appointment time came and passed. Continuing to sit in view of others, no one acknowledged me after check in, even after returning a form 10 min later.I just get frustrated when I am expected to be early to keep schedules moving smoothly. It also worries me that my time would be cut because I assume another client was behind me. If something goes far off schedule, I wouldn’t mind receiving a phone call to adjust. It’s just not favorable to expect clients to mind the schedule when the establishment is not. I’m sad, I was excited.

First time getting a professional massage. Went with hot stone one, it was so amazing! Ive had sciatica pain the past 4 days and mentioned it to Dawn. After the massage, my pain was gone. The sauna is very nice and the showers are clean and steamy. Overall an amazing expierence and will be coming back. Also their caramel latte is amazing and my husband really enjoyed their Macchiato.

I came back to Spa Roma today for another massage and was impressed yet again. I had the loveliest, most luxurious couple’s massage today. I would definitely recommend Spa Roma to any couple looking for a way to spend time together. Everything was beautiful—from the peaceful music and sensuous aromatherapy, to the sauna at the end. Perfection through and through. We will be back.

Andrea was able to take a photo of what I’m working towards, and give me the shorter version. She helped me with the texture and volume issues I have. My experience was awesome! I had the most wonderful, relaxing time getting my Spa Pedicure with Peggy! The room was peaceful and relaxing, and Peggy did an amazing job! She was kind, professional and did beautiful work on my tired Mommy feet. One thing that particularly stood out to me when I first arrived was when I mentioned that this was my Mommy Day Out Peggy immediately said that she was happy to give me my pedicure today, and I could tell she meant it. I could never find a decent place to get my hair cut so Id often go a year or two at a time without cutting my hair even though I prefer it short. Finally got fed up and asked my mother to find me a place. After asking around, she got me an appointment here and I couldnt be happier. Emily ended up doing my hair and it turned out perfect. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Its the length I wanted, has the perfect volume, frames my face perfectly, and overall looks amazing. The atmosphere, staff, and products are amazing as well, would 100% recommend!

Olivia is freaking AMAZING! I put my hair in her hands and she gave me the best cut of my life. I have never gone this short and she did amazing. She even went a step further and showed me ways to fix my hair. AMAZING! I will definitely be going back to see her.

Elisandra is professional, highly proficient and a great ambassador for Spa Roma. When I knew I was going to have a conflict with my appointment, she made alternative suggested times to accommodate my schedule. I try to be courteous by being punctual with appointments, however on a rare occasion a complication can arise and Our mutual respect shows!

I love coming to Spa Roma. The place is beautiful and the staff is awesome. Elisandra does such a great job on my brows. She takes her time, does her job and never disappoints. Its worth every dollar and I will continue to come in anytime I need my brows done.

I had an amazing at Spa Roma. I was greeted with a smile, I had an amazing massage(with Dawn) and so did my friend. I locked my clothes in the locker and I couldnt figure out how to get them back out but I was helped graciously with no frustration. We will definitely be back and we will bring our friends.

I always have amazing results with Emily...not only is she knowledgeable about color, cut and style she is also up front, honest and educational about what’s best for my hair. I will never make the mistake of seeing someone else ever again.

The spa atmosphere is very nice and the ladies who work there were very friendly. However, the prices are way too high and the quality of my manicure and pedicure were not good. I got a shellac manicure right before my wedding and honeymoon. They usually last me 2-3 weeks and the one I got at Spa Roma began peeling at the edges the same day I got it! It was chipped in places about 5 days later and I ended up just peeling the manicure off a week after getting it.

Everything was perfect. From checking in, making sure I cleaned my hands, masks were all in place and appropriately covered mouth & nose, everything was completely sterile. Single use equipment. Sterilized packs. Michel Is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and responsive. Amazing technique and dexterity = efficient and less painful procedure. I have had micro blading done elsewhere twice now. My new micro blading home is absolutely at spa Roma.Of note I also regularly come here for facials and massages before Covid. Based on today’s experience I have no qualms about rescheduling these to start as their hygiene practices are excellent.

We had a fantastic experience, due in large part to the tranquility of the entire center as well as the fact that it did not seem crowded; we werent competing with other guests for the resources. Both of our masseuses did wonderful jobs and the sauna and relaxation room afterward were both great additions. We would definitely use Spa Roma for our next spa experience.

The spa was clean. Everyone was friendly and inviting. My facial was tailored to my skin type and needs that day. I wanted a relaxing facial (no chemical peels, etc.) and Amy made sure that was how I felt when the facial was over.

The environment was perfect to create a feeling of relaxation and comfort. Attention to detail was excellent. Dawn provided a wonderful experience and was comfortably quiet. She did not attempt to engage in conversation which would have detracted from the mindfullness of the massage.

From the time that I walked in the door, I felt welcome. I’m not one that does a lot (beauty wise) for myself and was very nervous. Sabrina was very caring and nice and calmed my nerves easily.

I really like my new hairdresser, I found someone who listens and gives good advice. One problem: I need my roots done at least every 5 weeks and my next appointment is scheduled for 7 weeks.

I had Micro blading done on my eyebrows yesterday and I had a wonderful visit/experience with Mechell. She is very professional and a great down to Earth gal. I will highly recommend.

I had a microblading session with Michel today. The artistry of creating a semi-permanent brow was incredible to see in action. It was also important for me to see how Michel focused on creating a sterile and clean environment for the procedure and with the equipment. I am beyond happy with the results!

I come and get massages once every few months and Ive always had great experiences! My massage today by Mela was the best Ive ever had though! I cant wait to come back!

As always, I just aways shocked by some peoples reviews! I started going here 8 years ago. I travel about an hour 2-3 times a year for a Me day. I even had my bachelorette party here and have come several times since with a group of women. (I highly recommend the governors suite at Lakeview if you want an over nite with spa treatments. Its a GREAT ladies outing!) Anyway, I have NEVER been disappointed nor has anyone I have recommended it to. It amazes me the negative feedback people will post, & always anonymously of course! Constructive criticism is one thing, but destructive rants after the fact? Well thats just wrong. I have never had a bad experience, however I feel certain if it was brought to their attn, they would do anything in their power to make it right. Keep doing what you do, spa people. Mega-kudos to all of you!
