Extremely rude workers. Dont know how to speak on the phone. I ask for a delta extrax blend. Like a power blend. They have disposables but not the cart. The guy on the phone with the red beard says he has a diamond blend in a 1g cart. When I get there they have delta8 + o in one blend not diamonds. He said I thought you said delta extrax I said yes, unfortunately he said diamond blend. Thats his fault.

Went to house of vapes for a new juice and realized i needed a new coil but left my vape in the car and forgot what tank i had. The guy offers to try to figure it out for me and i showed him the only photo i had with just a little corner of the tank in the photo and he guessed what tank it was immediately and helped me get a coil for it that fit my vape. Amazing staff! I believe his name was Dave on the receipt

Always disappointed when I go into vape shops and specifically ask for the same type of quality of what I order online and was assured that what I was inquiring about was even more potent than what I was already using and alas, it is not. Wasted 47 bucks to breathe air essentially. What I get online is in no doubt more superb and I actually get a physical response. Third vape shop disappointment. Just bc the people are friendly doesnt mean the product they are selling you is worth your money. They need to meet a quota too.

The employees here are great. The service is great too. I’ve always been able to get in and out without much of a wait. This is my favorite vape shop. I have visited other vape shops before and in my opinion this one is the best one in Mon county.

Very friendly staff... a huge variety and selection of products. But when I asked about their best selling juice, the worker opened a bottle off of the shelf and told me I could smell it and see if I liked it before I bought it. He opened a handful of bottles from the shelf and had me smell them. Needless to say... I didn’t buy any juice.

Bought my first piece here. Incredible customer service and they gave good guidance as to helping me get what I wanted. Plus the cashier is dummy cute. Love this place

Came in to find an RDA for my husband but after witnessing a “customer” stating he is 19 and STILL being sold 21+ plus products I chose not to spend my money here.Regardless if you LIKE the laws or not they’re still implemented for a reason and ILLEGALLY conducted business like this will ultimately perpetuate the “war on Vaping”.Really discouraging because this LOOKS like a really nice shop but they clearly are not serious about their business or vaping in general if they choose to overlook LAWS no matter how ridiculous they seem.

Great place, affordable prcies, great quality mods, nice selections, amazing juice selections, and great customer service you guys are awesome! I go there every time Im at the mall. Definitely 5 star worthy!!
