The service was high energy and very happy and knowledgeable but...Its only 3 stars because of the so called discount my husband and I supposedly received. We were told to draw a piece of paper out of a tote and whatever percentage it said we would get off our purchase. We drew a 25% off paper and thats awesome right? WELLLL....It wouldve been if the prices werent marked up before hand and nothing was priced. But we know our coils are about $5 all day long everywhere including here...normally. we bought a box of 3 coils and a bottle of juice which came to us paying the regular price for the coils and nothing off the juice. I love this shop but needs to do sales for its loyal customers and not fake sales. Not right.

Beautiful shop. Had a really great experience when I went there yesterday for my first Vape. Brandon really helped me and took the time to explain everything so I could make a good purchase. He was super knowledgeable (I had no idea how complex the options would be) and he really guided me towards getting a good set up for my first time. I will definitely be back.

So AVAIL Vapor is a chain of vape/e-liquid stores in the US. And I gotta say, they do a very good job at giving a pleasurable shopping experience. It’s classy, and the juice they make is actually really good. The prices are what brings this down from a 5 star however. At around $12 for just 10oz bottles, that’s some pricey juice. While there are definitely more expensive juices, they do tend to be a little better than the juices here. However, this place is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Glad to see a classy vapor store make its way to Morgantown. I love the fact that all the juice is tested and I can verify the contents by scanning the QR code located on each bottle. The organic juice makes a huge difference too, since Ive started using AVAIL e-juice I havent had to change my coils near as often! The staff is very helpful and they always make me feel welcome when I walk in the door. Keep up the good work!

Awesome employees, I called looking for a coil type I couldnt find anywhere else and they actually had it in stock. When I arrived the sales team saved me more than 50% off the price i was quoted on the phone. So I bought 2 packs and some liquid and ended up spending about what I planed to on one pack of coils. I will definitely come back and would recommend to others.

Better than a convenience store but below standard for a Vape Shop. The cashiers are not knowledgeable. The selection tends to revolve around their own juices with very poor selections outside their own offerings. The prices are high. The juices I have tried that they carry are quality but I wont be back unless I happen to find myself there with no other options.

It was without a doubt the best experience with a vape store I have ever had. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable of there products and there prices are very reasonable its just an amazing place great atmosphere. You can try all or at least most of there juices its just a great store.

This place is awesome! I have shopped at almost every vape shop in Morgantown and Avail definitely has the best flavor selection. The flavors are fantastic and the store is much more clean and professional than other stores in the area. They also have the best prices that Ive found in town on mods and accessories. There staff (especially a guy by the name of Josh) is soooo helpful and knowledgeable! I had been vaping from close to 2 years and he was one of the first people who actually took the time to answer some of my questions.

The salesman Josh was very helpful. Me and my girlfriend both are new to vaping in our pursuit to give up cigarettes, and the salesman was fantastic in demonstrating proper techniques as well as what percentage to start off. Showed us how to use and take apart, as well as the flavors are not too bad.

************EDITED**********Edited to say after seeing this review I recieved a very polite call from the manager Josh assuring me it wasnt the juice and asking me to come back in. He suggested it was a defective coil. After changing out my coil twice and the same result I decided it couldnt hurt to go back in. Turns out both coils I had bought were defective and their ejuice is definitely some of the best Ive ever tasted. Its not the shops fault the coils were defective because I checked online and it was authentic. A bummer but not AVAILs fault. He gave me excellent service and a great deal on the items I was about to purchase. I highly recommend them. ***********I love the rewards program and their prices are lower than anyone else but their ejuice isnt at all good. I got love potion which is strawberry creme brulee and it has a horrible burnt taste even after sitting 10 minutes and multiple hits and isnt smooth at all (I vape at 40watts with .3 nicotine) I have midnight splash (blackberry lemonade) to try but Im hesitant to waste a whole new coil on their juice.

Dont even mess around trying others. If youre new to Morgantown, and you want super high quality e-liquid, go here. Decent prices, selection of equipment could be better. The flavors are clean and tasty.

Ambience is very good but they sell pathetic E-liquid juices. 3 mg Nicotine juice also hurts or burns your throat too much.I bought 2 bottles and I used one bottle and went to return the unopened bottle but they would take that.I would suggest you NOT to buy any E-liquid juices from here. NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN 😡😡😡😡

This is by far the best vape shop in town. They have the highest quality juices, while maintaining the lowest prices. Impressive layout inside. Very knowledable staff.

If you can stand the horrible customer service it looks like they have a wide selection of custom juices. There are other local vape shops that are much better in my opinion.

The worst experience I have ever had while buying a vape they told a veteran he had to wait outside because he only had a military ID which doesn’t have a birthdate on it so it wasn’t valid enough to prove his age. Its physically impossible to be a veteran and be under the age of 21 because the military requires a minimum term of 4 years and you can’t enlist until age 18.

Has a wide variety of vape products for all vapors. Offers devices, ejuice, nic salts, batteries and coils for several products. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Nice store but wow do they bash every other vapor store. Tried 10 of there flavors. Not impressed also way over priced on everything.

Im giving a two rating only because of the customer service is great but there are more cons than pros the mods are priced ok juices are decent but way to expensive and you have to buy coils by the pack its not the greatest.

Not many selections of e juices most of them were there own house blend, and I wasnt impressed with the selections of all their Vapes as well for how big the store is

Every time I go in, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dallas and Brandon both made some great suggestions when I was looking for a new tank.

Seemed like a nice place unfortunately I was not able to test any of the flavors before buying 10 of there brand e-liquid flavors definitely the worst e-liquids that I have ever tasted

I think this is a beautiful place the customer service for me was amazing the girl is extremely helpful with me today Im not sure if her name but she was extremely helpful and it is the only vape store I have been in that allows you to taste the product before purchasing that is a huge a plus for me and each juice I tasted all tasted very well Im new to this and I have been stuck on one juice since I started because I cant seem to find one that I really like until now

The staff is courteous and helpful. This shop is also open later than the other local vape shops which fits my schedule better.

Limited vapor juice. Sells mods and tanks but dont carry the replacement coils, orings, or tips... not sure they know what the hells going on in there.

Worst experience ever in a vape shop. Extremely rude and condescending employees. Was rudely asked what I wanted and then proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Nice looking place, employees are nice and helpful. However, the prices are a bit high, they only sell their own brand of fluid and they only sell 15ml bottles.

Theyll probably have what you need. I got house juice, which is ok. :) I was sold the wrong coils, but I should have checked before I left so thats partially my fault.
