Title: Horrendous Customer Service and Unprofessional BehaviorI had the misfortune of dealing with Smokers Paradise Tobacco Shop, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to reach out regarding an outstanding invoice, the shop has consistently ignored my messages and calls.Their blatant disregard for customer communication is not only unbecoming but also reflects their utter lack of professionalism. Its unacceptable for any business to ignore their clients, let alone refuse to pay their dues.I would strongly advise anyone considering patronizing this establishment to think twice. Their behavior speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and find a tobacco shop that values its clientele and conducts business with decency and respect.

Always friendly, and had a great selection of product.Update: prices are jacked up, but no worse then any where else in town..convienece and likeability of the cashier are a big factor too. Last cpl weeks that has changed as well.Overall, if you like the service compared too other smokeshops go, if not. Nothing special
