Great place. I had a ton of questions. Stopped in and got all the help I needed. The person working there was Chris. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went to another shop before and was not happy with the Mod I had. So I gave this place a try and Im happy I did. Id really like to thank Chris for helping me set up my mod and tank I bought. He even stayed open an hour after closing time and set everything up for me. I have found my favorite vape shop. If u go there ask for Chris! Hes awesome! Thanks again and c u soon.

I frequently go to this Vape Hut, and I’m usually satisfied with the customer service. I went there on Wednesday and the guy there was awesome, he took his time with me and no matter what flavor name I listed off he was able to tell me what it was with no hesitation. He was great and I’m definitely going to come in on Wednesday’s from now on hands down the best employee there. The only reason I am giving three stars is because of the other employee who works there he always seems annoyed with me every time I’m in there and is clearly not knowledgeable about the different items in the store and when you try talking to him he just blows smoke rings around witch I find very rude personally.

Terrible service. Every time I come in the staff are complete ***holes, no matter who I deal with. They act like they shouldnt have to deal with a customer and bothered that they might have to answer a couple questions. There are too many amazing vape shops in Morgantown to act that way or be treated like that. I would suggest Glass Gone Wow and ask for Zach, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions for vape beginners. Also, the vapor room has great service as well, Steven is always helpful

Ive been to every vape shop around and vaper hut is THE BEST one from there prices, customer service, and atmosphere in the shop. They dont over price and tax like all the other shops, the prices you find online are almost the same as they have so that makes me extremely happy. The staff (esp -Toast& Chris) are so helpful because I still need help with the knowledge of vaping. They break it down and explain everything to you with patience. I love coming here bc of them & there help. And last- the whole shop is cute and comfy - plus there homemade juices are awesome.Go vape hut u got my loyal business!

My previous battery broke, so I headed to this establishment for a replacement. Quick, informative, professional - great staff. It was easy, and enjoyable, to have a conversation with the employees (there were two at the time). They showed me an array of options to choose from, and let me test one out as well. I came for a battery, I left with that and a memorable experience. Overall, great place.

Was totally against switching from cigarettes to vapor. Went in having not one clue about any of this. Guy working there totally informed me of everything I needed to know, listened to my concerns and suggested what he though would be best for me based on my concerns. Helped me purchase everything and even assembled everything for me while giving me tips on how to maintain my new vape stick. Even with other customers in the store he didnt rush me. I am fully converted and I love my vape stick. Will always return here for all my vape needs.

Im new to vaporizing and am very curious about the products. Every time I go into a vapor store Im always met with somebody who is obligated to help me and answer my question. At both locations I know of I was never the same. However from what Ive experienced juices they sell have excellent. But again I am new to vaporizing and dont know much if anybody can direct me to somebody I can talk to you in person, that would be aweosme

Many mods and juices to choose from but very very poor service. Clean and acceptable environment but more or less feels like your walking into a funeral home. No greets or how are yous just looking at you waiting for the customer to say something and responded with very short answers. Yes, no, we dont have that. Etc... just going to order juice online for now on.

They have a variety of vape hardware and a large selection of juices including a house line. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to pick up all your vape supplies.

Nice little vape shop, very knowledgeable and have helped me many times. Also have a pretty decent line of house ejuices for a decent price (far as in store shopping goes)

I would like to recognize Toasty, as he goes by, is always very polite and educated and has stayed open multiple times for an extra 5 minutes or so after close to wait for me to . Most employees wouldnt do this. Great place! Ask for Toasty, hes selfless!

Workers are always incredibly rude. Don’t go here if you want coils they told me I wouldn’t be able to find v8 baby coils unless I drove hours away LOL the glass shop down the street had them and the place names VAPOR HUT didn’t. Pathetic.

Love this store. If you vape this place the best. Friendly helpful staff, excellent products and prices. Go check it out.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. The girl that was helping us in here wasn’t helpful at all. She had nothing open that you could smell or taste. All you could do was look at the bottles. Very poor excuse for a store.

Bought a Gpen from Trinity, she told me all about the attachments and got me my favorite color. Super clean and comfortable store!
