We called this location out of sheer desperation on a Sunday night close to 8pm. A guy answered and said that they closed at 8, but that they had a tank that would fit the battery we had. We quickly left and went there. I was so thankful for Chris and how nice and knowledgeable he was. He gave us incredibly good service and even helped us stay in our budget. I definitely would recommend this shop. We will be back for sure!

I’m just now leaving M-VAPES Washington Avenue and Miss Jamie was absolutely:: patient extremely patient because I asked several questions and I appreciate her not getting annoyed with me!!! I like the staff they have always been really nice and helpful to me. If I have a problem they try to make it right. I can call them and they always put my juice aside for me since I live in Moss Point. Thanks M Vapes for your knowledge and expertise. You guys are # 1 in my book!!

I wanted to try vaping as an alternative to tobacco, both for health and finances, but I didnt know the first thing about it. I tried a disposable Hyde vape and it worked so I came back. I had a lot of questions about getting a kit and Jeremy answered them all. He really took the time to walk me through how to use the Smok kit that I got and added the extra care to find me a flavor I would enjoy. He even set it all up for me and educated me on how to understand and take care of the product that I bought. I thought I would sound like a fool asking so many questions but he never made me feel that way. Great way to do business and I would highly recommend this business for anyone interested.

I love this place, every time I go in there the guy Chris knows exactly what I need. He is so funny and has the best personality. Prices are high but the service is awesome, my wife told me to tell you she feels the same way. My wife is always messing her coils up and drives way to the ocean springs location just because she knows he knows what he is doing!!! As a matter of fact she is about to go get another coil. Chris keeps trying to get her to upgrade but you know how women are... stubborn. Thank you MVapes for your greatness

Went in on a Sunday. First note is that the hours are convenient. Next is that Mike was able to get me exactly what I wanted—something smaller than what I had been using and I wanted to try some CBD vape. He stayed in my budget and I am very happy with the purchase!!!

The product is usually messed up. The employees are terrible at this store. Would not recommend going here unless you want to get talked to with no respect. All 3 of the employees that was in this week all had an attitude and was very rude.

Very Rude!!! I walked in and waited at the counter for a few before I heard a voice saying you know we are not open Right? I looked back and seen a the guy lounging on a couch in the dark. So I checked the time and it was 9:54. Great job Guy on the couch, you just lost a customer for 6 more minutes of lounging time!!!

I asked my wife to swing by there and pick me up some coils, I forgot to tell her she can get a pack of 5 for what 4 of them cost individually. Well first dude behind the counter acted like it was such a hassle to even be bothered with ANY task and then sold her 4 individual coils instead of letting her know she could have gotten 5 for the same price. BAD business move, wont spend any more money there and Ive bought my supplies there for a number of years.

Ive never had as horrible service that have tonight at mvapes 2 on Washington Avenue. Tommy p. was the employee working. i needed two coils and a drip tip for my valerian. I am a casino veteran and at checkout asked for my discount to be applied he agreed excepted my cash payment -- $20 bill and 5 $1 bills. once I left I noticed he didnt apply that discount I turned around the door was locked. he was very rude caught an attitude and out if spite gave me change with coins will never go back to another in mvape location.

Great specials on vape juice in various flavors at a price as low as $1.99 per 15-ml bottle. You can even mix to your own precise strength with a 15-ml bottle of 100% nicotine sold separately for just $4.99 that lasts a LONG time, as a few drops per bottle of eliquid is all it will take! The only drawback is some employees are rude. Also, NEVER leave your equipment for repair as you wont get it back!

Very rude staff. Saw I had an actual woman in my passenger seat instead of a teddy bear and closed the doors on me would not serve me. If you are a dork that drives around with a teddy bear in your passenger seat instead of a real woman this is your spot. If you actually have a girlfriend, go somewhere else because they wont serve you here. I promise.

The guy didnt seem to help much. He didnt even ask what kind of flavors we liked or was even anxious to make a sell. I ended up picking my own juice with no help from him and come to find out after vaping, its not too good. Fried oreo. Probably wont go back to this place when I am in town.

I really hate to give a low rating, it seemed nice enough. But I wanted to buy a vape pen (which they had) but they didnt have a charger for it. It shouldnt take that much trouble.

While in MS with friends we stopped at MVapes and had the pleasure of meeting Troy! He was patient and answered all of our questions about vaping. He was super insightful, patient and friendly. Great experience!

Do not buy from here, they do not honor their return policy. I bought a vape pen from here and it would not seal to the cartridge. I brought it back within literal minutes for an exchange and the owner refused to honor the statement on the receipt: that they accept exchanges for manufacturer defect; specifically EXCHANGES FOR SAME ITEM UPON MANAGERIAL APPROVAL. Your response that your policy also states...that an exchange cannot take place if they were unable to test the item... IS A LIE. Take a picture of your receipt and prove that it says that! IT DOES NOT. I literally brought the item back, you could have tested all you wanted. An earlier reviewer stated that this place uses cloned coils. Bottom line: this place is shady, my advice, go to one of the other 4,346 vape shops in the area instead.

Check your coils. Mvapes/evapes on Washington and by Walmart have cloned coils. The smok coils have a code on the back you can authenticate. The app is called ivps tour. It will allow you to authenticate any smok product. I have tried numerously to get in contact with the owner but I have had no luck. As a customer of many years I am very dissapointed in the lack of care the owner has for his products.

Lots of vape supplies, price match within 15-20 miles of store, my only complaint is much of the staff arent very friendly and dont seem to want to help out. Thats why they get 3 stars

HORRIBLE !! I bought a kanger nebox from this place and it wont work unless you put a pre built coil in it and they wont exchange it for me and now Im late for work !! Never deal with this wanna be vape shop ! Back to smokescreen I go !

Terrible customer service. They Can barely answer any questions and quick to get you to leave. One had a terrible attitude that made me decide to never step foot in that place again.

0stars if i could....stopped by here to get some juice and didnt have anything i asked about and seemed to want me to hurry up and get out of the store...also tried to sell me juice without nicotine to buy it to add to it,,,,saying because of fda or something they cnt sell it with nic in it.....what a joke seems to be the only shop that cnt....never go here

Wow! So bought a pen, tested it and it has a loud whistle in-line my others previously and currently. I went back an hour later and no replacement, no refund, with a receipt. I will not be purchasing from this place again.
