Gave this place way more chances then I should have, but I got ripped off multiple times and made to feel like an idiot for made up rules from the employees. I get that there are restrictions on sales from vape and smoke shops. One by selling me the wrong pods, which I showed the employee the one I needed and he told me it was definitely the right one, I paid for it and went to my car, guess what, it didnt fit. Went back in and He said he wasnt able to exchange or return anything from the store even though he sold it to me 3 minutes before. Ive spoken to multiple smoke shops. and thats not a thing unless its days later. The other time I went in to buy pods for my vape and asked if they sold another kind because my boyfriend had been looking and they told me because I mentioned buying for someone else they couldnt sell to me at all. I didnt even say I was going to buy them, just asking a question. I attempted to reach out to the manager to clear it all up and no response or call back so yeah. Definitely wont be going back.

Don’t go here it’s a terrible spot. I recently decided to go check it out with my girlfriend and a friend of mine and we all were instantly asked to see our ids with out even getting a “welcome” or “how may I help you”. Me and my friend had ids except my girlfriend and once she told the lady she didn’t have it on her she denied to sell to any of us and let me remind you we are all over 21 years old, I even told my girlfriend to wait in the car but still was denied because just because of that. so I took my business to the 25th store . Overall I wish I could give this place half a star because they definitely don’t even deserve a generous 1 star. Also look out for a white lady who looks mortally obese she looks to be around 18 and 40 years old at the same time. Also what’s with one of the bad reviews saying someone got a vape juice from here that tasted like meth?????

The tiny woman with the tiny dog who were on foot and needed to get to safety, whom you wouldn’t allow to charge my phone for five minutes so I could call police in an emergency if needed. I was ultimately held hostage in Smithfield following my purchase at your store. I escaped and am fine now. I forgive you inhumane people.

Currently sitting outside of the building 2/18/2024 2:45 PM. Online it says they’re open until 6:00, which is why I came out… and I don’t recall them ever closing this early on a Sunday, but the doors are closed, locked, open sign is off… I’ve watched 3 other people walk up and try the door… were hours recently updated and no one was told, or did someone not show up for work today? The world may never know… because I may find a new shop and not come back…

As soon as I walked in I was impressed by the fact that they had a different style for a vape shop. Friendly staff. They had what I needed. Highly recommend.

Very nice small vape shop had a nice variety of goods from disposables to nice salts to regular box mods and prices were fair. The staff was amazing I loved their vibe. Very laid back feel

The Vapor Vault is my new favorite vape shop! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Brittney and Sadie were able to help me find what I was looking for very quickly along with some other good suggestions, I’ll have to try in the near future. I’ve only been in this store a few times, and both were experiences that left a bad taste in my mouth. Most recent was today, I was looking for a new pod for my. Vaperesso, and I didn’t have it with me to show exactly which pod I needed. The girl working was a little rude about it, saying they have several. I asked if I could see a few of the pods she has so I could tell her which one, and she shut me down and told me she probably doesn’t have the one I need and wouldn’t until later in the week. I understand they may have been out of what I needed, and that’s fine… but the “customer service” and even basic willingness to help was seriously lacking. I live really close to the shop, but I’ll never go in there again. I’ll stick with the shop I typically go to in slc.

I love vapor vault, the staff is always super friendly and the store is very clean HOWEVER, every time I need new coils they’re almost ALWAYS out of my preferred kind. I asked why don’t they order more at a time since they’re always running out and they said they’re not allowed to. Even though it’s the most popular coil they can’t order more to keep up with demand?? I don’t want to have to go somewhere else just for coils.

I’ve come here for some items for a while now but recently I tried out a different shop (just happened to be near it) and hated that other shop. I came here and had amazing service! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is my shop for sure now! L has been awesome to help me with what I need, but everyone I’ve interacted with here have been absolutely amazing! The custom juice is phenomenal! Thank you, Vapor Vault!

Super happy with our experience here! My husband and I went in last Saturday because we want to quit smoking. The two gals who helped us out were extremely knowledgeable and so nice. They helped us pick out the right mod for us and we even got a few discounts. The house made e-juice we chose is also awesome. They have a super huge selection to choose from. We havent quit smoking entirely, which as a smoker you understand it doesnt happen overnight, but the vapes have certainly cut down on how many cigarettes weve had a day, and hopefully soon we will be done with them completely. We are very excited to come back in and try out the different flavors!

So theres a guy that works here, Thomas.. He was in another store and they moved him here and I was so upset I went to another vape shop!! (Nobody told me of him moving locations lol) Till now! Now that I know where he is, Im back Vapor Mania!! Hes so knowledgeable and funny! I think Id have stayed with my old vape shop had I not found him!! And it was one of those nights I was running late and he helped anyways! Hes definitely an asset to the company! Im so glad I found him again at this store! Definitely worth the drive! The staff is knowledgeable and professional, though not always the friendliest (though I dont mind if people dont want to be my chum, as long as they maintain professionalism). Prices are steep in comparison to local competitors. Good flavor selection and day-of-the-week deals. Saturdays are buy any mod, get 50ml of juice for $10--an awesome deal if youre just starting out!

Went in and got the wrong thing because I’m dumb. Went back and the worker Seth was able to educate me a little and give me the right stuff. I had a good experience and will be returning.

This is a very nice store. They make your e-liquid fresh and on the spot. Also, there are daily deals and discounts on refilling old bottles. There is a wide selection of flavors, and a nice selection of mods and so forth. I got the Twister, or whatever, its a nice introduction into vaping. A simple stick that can twist at the bottom to change wattage. It is a bit big and I dont prefer to travel with it. One thing I find complicated is the E-Liquid and nicotine content. I am confident that they can explain it to you as the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. But I always want the strongest vape and it usually works out. Bottle size and content vary. But this is a fantastic e-cigarette store. Its also right next to the New gate mall. In the photo, they put a sticker on the bottle. But this is their big one and I had it a long time and it peeled off.

Always friendly workers there.Good variety of juice. I wish they were open a little later. Oh well... This is me 3 years later . What happened! The little guy with the goatie does not want to help he just stands at the register and every time he gets my order wrong. These people have lost their edge . They don’t want to help you anymore. They are more concerned with their own lives. Another thing, every time I go in ,one girl always comments on my hair and sometimes very rude. Must be the different management now ! I’m very sad now ….

Great customer service. Great juices. Prices unfortunately changed but their adapting to the new regulations. Although, I would advise not buy a Mod from this place. Very unreliable. I bought a Mod here for around $100 and 32 days after I bought it, it malfunctioned and was useless to their 30 day warranty. I didnt expect a full refund because it was only 2 days after the warranty, but i would just advised not to buy a Mod here so you dont experience the disappointment I did. 4 stars without the unreliable and money wasting incident.

I just started vaping ‘again’ and I went into the store yesterday and Alex was helping me get all that I needed and she was incredible!! The staff has always been amazing, but Alex is a 20 outta 10!! She was patient and listened to all my concerns and helped me find everything that I needed!! Thank you Vapor Vault for having such an awesome person on your team!!!

They are wonderful! I had a problem and they fixed it with no problems. They are really friendly and happy. They have amazing flavors that i had never seen before. Only place i will ho to get my juice or anything i need for my mod.

Only place I buy my juice. Very knowledgeable about the products and have helped me several times when Ive had a problem. Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure youre happy and you can build your own flavors for your juices. Highly recommend!!

This was my first visit to the Vapor Vault and I will definitely be a repeat customer. With all of the negativity surrounding vaping right now, it was difficult to find a place that is still making their own e-juice(my usual vape shop no longer was). I have to say, I wish I had been going here all along. The staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of their juice making process. If you are looking for quality made custom juice, this place is IT. 👍👍

I went here today for the first time and had a really great experience. I wish I could remember the clerks name because she was excellent. (Prett girl, shoulder length Carmel colored hair) anyways Im kinda new to vaping and she was very patient and answered all my questions. She showed me a few different mods and told me all about the different juices they offered. I went in to get a new coil and ended up buying 2 new juices too so good job with the upsaleing! She replaced my coil for me and showed me how to do it myself for next time and even sucked out the juice I already had so I wouldnt waste it. Awesome customer service! The juice is more expensive than some other places but the employee interaction more than makes up for that so Ill def be back. Thank you.

They make their own juice, which is incredibly overpriced and totally flavorless. The service was great and I got a nice tank from them, but will never go back because the juice tastes and smells like nothing. I would rather pay half the cost for premium juice that has flavor than waste money at Vapor Vault.

Every time I go in I am welcomed with knowledge staff and happy faces. They have great suggestions on all of their products. They seem to get to know you even if you dont purchase from them.

Came in a few days ago and got juice and batteries .. ( like 5 50 mil of in house juice)I was lucky enough to be helped by the very happy smiling beauty that so happens to be the manager .She was knowledgeable helpfull and very sweet .Today. Went for more juice .. I explained what I was looking for ( I can be quite picky) Today I was helped by the very lovely Alex She listened to what I was looking for ... ( I was vauge at best .. I mean its hard to explain flavor profile with words) and she nailed it !This is definitely my new Spot Cheapest juice ( on refills especially )great staff great selection .. Whats not to love ?

Good juice. Employees seem very matter of fact and its great that they are confident in there exclusive in house brand. I wouldnt be too harsh cause Im novice vaper, just quiting smoking. Nice enough place, I felt like everyone was a little uptight though. And the juice they made me is pretty good not great. And probably not to their discredit cause again Im just a noob. Will go back for sure.

Great customer service! Most vape stores make me feel extremely uncomfortable, but this place makes me feel at peace. They are super nice and helpful! Their juice is a little pricier compared to places like Digital Smoke, but the customer service makes it worth it!

Employees are usually friendly but always expect a wait here. Some juice is made in house here but most is overpriced. They try to play it up that they have some sophisticated lab and that the way they mix is superior to all and that mixing requires real technique. Its an upsell to acclimate you to their higher prices. If the girls there are busy flirting with guys expect an Extra long wait, which happens very frequently. --UPDATED REVIEW 09/13/20-- I have to agree with other reviews that the heavier brunette is rude and unprofessional. Also why is there usually a dog roaming around the store. This is supposed to be a Health Department approved lab. This is not a working service dog Im guessing someone is posing it off as an emotional support animal. Same standards should apply as a Health Department approved restaurant. Have standards its not a veterinarian lab. Leaves one to wonder, what other unsanitary practices are you performing or allowing?

Been coming here exclusively for approx. 4-5 years and the service is great. As a military retiree, Ive enjoyed a military discount since I first entered the store. Ironically, on Veterans Day weekend I learned management decided to stop honoring the military discount for retirees. Kind of a slap in the face. This explains the 3 star rating versus what would have been 5. I drive 4 miles and pass 6 other vape stores on my way to VV, maybe it is time to check the others out. Update, they honor the military discount again. 5 stars

Vapor Vault this review has been long overdue. I have been going here for a little over two years. Even when I drove over the road I would either buy a ton of juice or wait until I got home-time. I would even bring in my students with me when I had the time. You staffs knowledge is great, juice flavor, selection, and customization is awesome! When I first came in I was giving up smoking and my fiancee and I bought an Innokin MVP 3 from you guys. Ive sold it since then (regret that), but I have stayed on with you guys and plan to stay on with you. Even when we move to Montana.

A great place to get quality vape juice and create your own custom blend the people are amazing I love the staff They are kind courteous and just really great people that you want to get to know and they have a ton of great discounts with discount days and got points you can collect and just really has a great vibe!

Beware! Vape Mods are terrible. I bought my 1st vape mod from this store and it lasted a little over a month before it stopped working due to battery constantly over heating. Ofcourse it was over the one month warranty so nothing could be done. Chalked it off as bad luck and got myself another one from the same store. Wrong move. After a month and a half the 2nd mod stopped charging and was unable to work. Almost $200 wasted on poor products. Look I understand it’s the product that’s at fault and not the actually shop/owner. But clearly they are selling malfunctioning products. Therefore the blame has to be shared between the manufacturer and the seller. Needless to say I will not be going back to this store as I can not trust the product provided.

This place has the best custom made on the spot juice. The daily deals and the dice roll is also a nice addition in comparison to other shops. Its a little pricier than some shops for juice, but its called premium for a reason. ;)

The guy that helped me was super great. He helped me fix my stuff even though he said it wasnt one of theirs. He was quick to help with anything I needed and made the special liquid I wanted. Prices are great. I will be back there. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

The best juice Ive ever had! I had them mix bubble gum, strawberry and menthol and it is by far the best tasting and hardest hitting juice Ive ever had! 100% coming back in the future and recommending them to all of my friends! Thanks Vapor Vault!

This place has been so TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!! They helped me with all my tank problems, and got me the right stuff for everything I needed. The staff are completely knowledgeable and so friendly....all my vape needs..the Vault...go there!...end of story.

I mean, the female staff that have helped us are really great hands down. But the juices we got werent that great and we ended up with two different flavors of juice but they tasted literally like the exact same even after changing to a new coil in case it was too saturated.

The juice is amazing high quality they know what they are talking about they know how to mix flavors and will do custom its awesome. The ladies are always extremely helpful extremely friendly. I really like this place

I have always said that I don’t mind paying a little extra if the customer service is good. I know that they are on the pricy side when it comes to juice but their staff is the best! It’s the only reason I go there compared to other places. Customer service really makes a difference!

I used to LOVE this store, they had great customer service. You could try the flavors & They offer custom made orders. Its honestly dissapointing since they have raised there prices extremely high. Which it might not effect other people but with people who have a lower income it can come a bit too pricy. They sell 15ml for $15, they used to sell it at $7.50 for 15ml. The best part was you could refill your juice for only $3.50, now its just as much as anywhere else for as much as $8.03 w/tax. For a refill?? I would of continued to buy from them, but honestly you can get premium ejuice online for as low as $3.00-15ml.. Too bad honestly. But if the price doesnt bother you, its a great place to buy from.Update: Ive been going to this location for years. Like 4-5 years. I just called a different location & they have all 4 different coils for baby beast v8. Which is an issue every time I go into Vapor Vault. They are never stocked & always have 1 selection in one watt. You need variety. If this location down the road is stocked & has all 4 coils?? Whats your excuse? Im sorry but Im switching to different stores.Its over priced & less & less every time I come...? Not even a good mod selection. Im sorry I understand the issues with the laws but vapor shops all around you still have variety.

Very knowledgeable and entertaining staff! MJ totally rocks! I went in, described my preferences and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted. All the while explaining every tip and trick imaginable. Definetly recommend this shop to anyone, very relaxing and clean environment. I will definetly return for all my needs.

Sent my wife in to get me juice since I am a truck driver. They refused her service due to our daughter being present, not even the liquor store has that rule. Not to mention my juice has been wrong more than once.

Without going into extreme detail ill say this. The heavyset brunette who worked 6/19/20 in the evening shift, has no manners, unprofessional, & didn’t have basic knowledge on atomizer size and brands. After several options, she still sold me the wrong one.

The first time goin here i bought a bottle of juice. The flavor I picked was strawberry and kiwi. On the first drag after filling my tank. Tasted just like meth. I am a 6 yr recovering addict. And that taste you never forget. I will never go back

By far the best vape in store in Ogden and the surrounding areas. I have been to many stores in the area and I found the Vapor Vault to be the best of them all. The staff is honest and informative, professional and helpful. They take the time to answer my questions honestly and truthfully as so many of the other vape stores DONT! 2 other great things Ive learned, they have the most Rad Mods, and Custom EJuice. (made just for me) They have their own professional lab on site to create whatever flavors we want, and they price match! If you want the best, if you want quality from people who know, you want the Vapor Vault! So glad I found them!

I bought a Smok novo today, I Love it ! I am going from smoking a pack a day and I already feel this is going to be a great help for quitting smoking. The lady that helped me was great with assisting in the decision of which mod would be good. And I have always preferred thier juice over any where else.Thank YouVery satisfied

Vapor Vault is the best vape shop. They have the highest quality juice and their staff is the best ever. I have been to all the vape shops in Ogden, Roy, and Layton, and Vapor Vault blows all of them out of the water. If you ever need help with any mod, Dallas at vapor Vault is the man to go see. Decent store. Alright prices. Not much of a selection, but dont go in on the end of Sunday and ask any sort of questions. The workers here kind of acted like they didnt want to be there and were very enthusiastic about eCigs in general.

They dont allow smoking on the premises except when the clerks smoke inside.Went in to get ejuice, I was refused service because I had a toddler.The suggestion of leave my child in the car or get a babysitter just to buy ejuice is insane!On top of that, They mess up orders CONSTANTLY like giving the wrong juice then saying they need to charge a restock fee for their mistake.Do not go here

Why people are bitching about the Prices at The Vapor Vault is beyond me! I just DROPPED my vape shop Electronic Stix because of Crappy tasting juice, never in stock and Terrible customer service.. Been going here for my vape hookup for almost over a year now. I’m not sure if it’s because of the new staff or what, but they’ve seem to stop caring about the customer and started focusing more on ways to get you out of their store. 😢

Really expensive but I can see why they make there own juice and there’s a lot to it if you actually research DIY vape juice. I bought a 120ml and it taste great I recommend to try a flavor your used to don’t go in and get a bunch of flavors that sound good to eat 9 times outta 10 there not good to smoke.

Horrible juice taste absolutely no flavor and burned my atomizer after a couple fills because of how watery it is. Not worth the price I paid for a 50mil that I could have gotten a 60mil of better quality juice from VaporMania Will not be returning!!!

They were a great shop for awhile but th last year, theyve gone from having many different displays to less than half of what they Display so unless youre going to get 1 of the 4 mods they Display I wouldnt go there to find anything new youve not seen & dont expect to find a mod in different colors, & pray that they have any displays in stock to buy also, theyre only plus now is they do in-house juices.

Was referred to this place by a friend. I’ve been to my fare share of shops. This place is by FAR my favorite. I will be returning there regularly. A+ for me. Clean, Friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Employee was talking to a friend for 10 minuets even though they weren’t buying anything and there were other customers waiting to buy things. I ended up walking out before i could buy anything. Wish they would have been more professional. Very disappointing.

I always have a great experience at Vapor Vault. The staff is really friendly, and when I need information about a product they take their time to make sure all my questions are answered to my satisfaction.

Me and my wife have been searching for the right vape to quit smoking. We decided to try vapor vault after going to a multitude of vape stores. As soon as we walked in the vault it was clear they new what they were talking about. I explained exactly what I wanted in a vape and they went right to work getting me what i wanted. We purchased 2 ipv4 mods and have been vaping on them ever since. Thor and warlock our are flavours we love. My advice to anyone is go here first and save yourself the trouble of going 50 places searching for some buisness that wont screw u over. You couldnt pay me to go anywhere else.

Awful customer service. Ive been a customer there in the past and had excellent service every time. I was glared at from the point I opened the door til I left the store, overall did not feel welcome or encouraged to shop there ever again.

I bought some of their custom juice spearmint and it was absolutely horrible. Very harsh tasted burnt and burned my throat. Ended up just throwing it away. Will never go there again for anything and I suggest you go anywhere else.

It helped me from starting up again,cigarettes that is.gradualy dropping the nicotine down to zero Ive even quit vaping. Hurray love it. Dont think I could have done it without it.
