Tobacco Joes.

Went there today for the first time with my fiance and loved the experience. The customer service was top notch. Two women were working and both of them were very knowledgeable about every piece in the store. They were patient and really let us take our time to decide and gave us the best deal possible. This is a smoke shop that felt safe for women and does things the right and legal way. I will definitely be going back for all of my future smoking needs. Thanks ladies!

I do like this store and 9 out of 10 times the employees are very helpful and nice. Today however wasnt as pleasant. On Sat June 22nd around 2 pm I went in to purchase a Geek Bar. First off, the greeting was non existant. Im usually pretty quick with a decision and didnt need much time to look at the card and ask for the California Cherry flavor. I provided my ID and my number for the points program, pay and leave. When I get home I realize I was given a White Gummy Ice flavor. Not what i asked for. The young male and female working at this time were very un approachable with their put off attitudes. I do enjoy this shoo and go out of my way to shop there. First time with an interaction like this there but if it happens again, I will just take business elsewhere.

I have been going here since they opened and have had awesome experiences every time I go in! The employees are fantastic!!

If I could give 0 stars I would went in today bought a new coil bottle of vape juice and 2 new battery’s when I got home I noticed the coil was wrong I had not opened it yet so I called to see if I could come back to swap it or get my money back the lady told me that there was no supervisor to help with any of that tell tomorrow I asked for the owners number she wouldn’t give that to me said there no corporate when I handed the phone to my 7 month pregnant girlfriend due to me being frustrated the tall guy with dreads said he was gonna beat up my girlfriend if we ever went back to the store be careful first and last time

This store sold product that was defected to us. We went right back into the store to address the issue as we had bought 2 .They would not exchange it, we went back the next day in hours to get better service and we was told that the product we bought was deffected..We ask why they would sale that then.Long story short we ended up having to give them both of the items we purchased back to get only 1 of the price. We thought we would get one that was good and they gave us the same kind and flavor. So we have 2 bad to get another bed. My son tried to smile it anyways and the next day his mouth has soars all over it.I called the following day to speak to someone very kind about the issue and the man did nothing and then hung up, not awsnering to me again.This is the worse.

Scammers. I purchased two of Yocan Universal Portable Mods, both were defective. They were 29.99 each. When I went in to talk to them, within 24 hours, I was told I would need to speak with their owner. I followed up shortly after. Within 48 hours. Once again the owner was not in. And was referred back to the owner. After dropping 60 plus dollars in their store, Just to have a defective product and no customer service, I wont be returning.I am thankful for the owner or who ever replied. I had forgotten I started this review and now I am able to share it with all of my Facebook family and my 16K+ Twitter followers! 😘

Absolute stellar staff. Always friendly and polite. I literally had one of their employees jog to the back of the store to help me. 5 stars arent enough, in my opinion. I dont go anywhere else.

This shop has the most kind and sweet employees. Ive never had an employee who wasnt super friendly and ready to answer questions I have. I love going into their shop! I love the atmosphere and the way they make me feel. They can really brighten up your day with their cheerfulness and warm attitudes.

I used to go into Tobacco Joes when they had a guy that ran the place. Needless to say, Im glad the management changed since then. I stopped going for awhile but after the guy left, I thought Id try again. And Im glad I did. The staff thats been there for the last several years has always been more than helpful and friendly too. Now I go in there all the time and they really do have the best prices and no judgment no matter what you buy. Id definitely recommend this place.

Worst customer service. I went in and bought a pack of adimisers for $20.00 the lady said they were the one I needed when I got home I found out they were the wrong size went back the next day to exchange them for the right size and the guy behind the counter told me no returns or exchange and I asked him to get the manager on the phone and he said that he was the employee right now and he can deny anybody and to get out of the store if this is how they treat their customers and take our money they should be put out of business so fare warning they will rip you off if I could take back the 1star I would

One of the employees was friendly and helpful. The other, not so much. I tried to educate her on how to properly fill a torch lighter with fuel but she ignored me. I feel like anyone who works in a smoke shop should be trained on how to perform this kind of task.

GREAT PLACE!! I LOVE IT!! Yes I know before this place sucked I live a block away and I never even bothered going since they were always out of stock on everything, rude and always crowded by the door with the wrong crowd. BUT NOW!!! Its sooo much better the new management is SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! I went while the girls were re arranging products. But they were to still so nice to pull and show me things. Best part is when We asked about certain products they didnt have the girl said to come back next week and that shed have them. She is going out of her way to have the products her customers want and like. And the best part is theyre prices aint bad either. Definitely coming back. I Highly recommend people to give it another shot now. Definitely worth it.

This shop is amazing!!! Obviously their reviews say it all. When I came in with questions they were very attentive of my needs and concerns. At the time the item that I was looking for was not there. The 2 girls that where working told me they would find what I needed and have it there waiting for me the following Wednesday. I went in on Wednesday they had got what I wanted and it was a even better than I expected! Went above and beyondFo Sho. Thank you girls..

These guys are awesome! Best shop in town. They dont overcharge like all the other shops. They have all the good brands. I was helped by Kristen who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I came in today to buy Vape juice I showed my ID like always and I was denied a cell because he was not familiar with the DMVs app this is where I buy all my vape juice it looks like Ill find another place because somebody is ill-educated on taking proper identification I have been pulled over bought cigarettes at multiple gas stations with my ID and is never had any problems only at tobacco Joes the person that helped me his name was Miranda so he says

Horrible workplace!! Not only do you guys over work your employees you don’t give them their tips?!? When I go in and I give a person a good tip I expect it to go to them fully not to whoever you guys choose! I don’t think that’s okay if your going to be taking control the tips you should do tip outs like everyone else at the end of the day!! I’m extremely upset that I had a worker tell me not to tip them because it doesn’t even go to them!!!! Just because you guys are a owned business doesn’t mean you get to make up your own rules and take peoples tips!!!!!!!!!!

We have been fortunate to have the same associate each time we go in. She always helps my wife pick out the best products for her needs. Their selection is amazing and their prices are very reasonable. It is becoming our top shop to go to for everything we need.

Yeah the owner has worked hard to fix things that their customers have brought to light. Ill be looking forward to the rolling tobacco now. As long as whoever is weighing it understands that a ounce of tobacco is without the bag, so exactly like the amount she gave me a discount last week. I could tell she probably weighed it herself. Went in and bought a $220 piece of glass, Broke the next day because of heat. The glass was so poorly made and cheap, after two uses a split. Took it in to show them what was going on and we were offered a 45$ piece to make up for it, as if paying 220 for a piece we thought worth wasnt insulting enough. They couldnt do anything for us. At all. After spending thousands of dollars on stuff there nothing. So sad about the new management. The old owner would definitely have leveled with us and been more human and humble about all this. Never again will we buy expensive pieces from here.

I like going there at night (cuz I like to sleep all day) My favorite person there is..... Hardcore (Tristen) Shes the best! All the staff there is very knowledgeable and kind. Theyre not pushy, they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need and they seem to always go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy and have all their needs taken care of!!! I highly recommend this shop! P.S. They also carry a nice assortment of NFL items! From Hats, wallets, purses ect! Check them out!

I wouldnt step inside this store again if you paid me. The owners are Neanderthals and dont not back up their defected products.... The male owner said that I ruin the product and THREW MY CASE AND ALL OF MY VAPOR AND BATTERYS OUT ON THE SIDEWALK!!! HE DOESNT DESERVE TO OWN A STORE OR TO HAVE NOT ONE CUSTOMER!!! I would and do, recommend them to everyone I talk to for everything, from stuffing your own smokes to the devices to smoke tobacco, they have it all plus. You can get all your CBD products, posters, stickers and you can even take a break and play the games, and all the staff are very helpfu, knowledgeable and always do it with a welcoming and friendly smile, I wont shop anywhere else but here for all my smoking needs, and recommend you do it aswell.

Tobacco Joes has everything that I need in a smoke shop - both quality and price. Kristen is an angel sent from Heaven and will be able to answer any questions you could ever have. Im sure if she doesnt have what youre looking for (unlikely) shed even put it on their next order for you. There are smoke shops on every corner in Ogden but I will not go to another one!

The owner here seems to be a nice guy, bought 4 different e-cigs at his suggestion. Spent a LOT of money on juice and atomizers. Had nothing but problems with an Eagle tank he sold me, leaking, sucking down juice, kept buying atomizers and was told I was the ONLY customer having trouble with this issue and told me I was doing something wrong. I went to his competition on 17th. and Washington, The owner there took it apart and lo and behold I have been using the wrong atomizer for a Pro tank. all fixed up now. Dont think the owner at Tobacco Joes nows much about what he is selling.Done with this place.

Owner is awesome! Every employee there rocks, i dont go to any other shop. Friends of mine that i recomend there all think its an awesome shop too.

Total agreement with Travis Wright on this owner. In addition they will try to sell you out dated and used repackaged ecigs. If youre here for that go elsewhere. They are frustratingly uninformed. Any ecig store in town is better than this one.

Turning into more of a vape shop so tobacco options are limited. They have good, reasonably priced CBD products. Vape juice selection ok. Vape things priced a little high and not all staff is knowledgeable about products they sale but are nice and try to answer questions.
