An absolutely outstanding experience. Having injured my neck, Shoulder and lower back, and Cinday is a massage therapist who could help me 🥰Cindy is very professional in technique cannot be beat. We met, talked through the problems I was having, discussed treatment options and started right away! This is for those who want to fix the problem, not just got a massage .After 2 times visit feel so much better ,all pain free reliefYou will not find a better, more knowledgeable professional than this. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I go here all the time. Its a great massage. The best masseuse, in my opinion, is the owner. Shes fantastic.

Overall fine experience. Did a couples massage and the ladies were polite and attentive. The room needs a place for customers to put their clothing and jewelry. I ended up putting my stuff on the floor. Also, this was my husbands first massage experience and he needed more direction about undressing and getting under the sheets. For my massage, I found the pressure put over my bony parts to be very painful but the masseuse was responsive when i asked for her to adjust her technique.I hesitated to post this next piece but think its an important part of our experience. My husband paid for the massage. Being his first massage, he didnt know that tipping was generally good practice. He paid $150 for an hour couples massage which is a steal. I didnt realize he didnt tip so as we were in the parking lot, putting our motorcycle helmets on, the front desk lady came running outside saying excuse me!! You forgot to tip the girls!!. We were both very embarrassed. He didnt know to tip and I dont make it a practice to hover over his shoulder as he signs receipts. This got yelled out in the wide open parking lot. A more discrete way to encourage tipping wouldve been more appreciated and appropriate. Unfortunately, they probably thought he was simply cheap as opposed to not knowing and now hes likely going to be bashful about going back to a masseuse. I recognize as a small business you have expenses and cutting into your bottom line makes it difficult to turn a profit or even make ends meat. You should be graceful enough to your customers to give them the benefit of the doubt and be mindful how you request they pay additional for gratuity.

First time going and it was a really good experience. I got the 1hr Swedish massage with the hot stones. Coco was really nice and good. The whole thing was really good and the hot stones were definitely good and much needed. At the end, they gave me a little stamp to come back with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My mother treated me to a massage at A1A Massage Spa during a recent visit to Palm Beach and it was indeed a treat! Everyone in the spa was welcoming and gracious, the spaces were very clean, quiet and well appointed. Both of our massages were EXCELLENT, one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend a visit to A1A!

My therapist used almost only elbow for my 30 min back massage and moved at a very fast pace. The combined pressure and pace hurt, mostly because she ran over my bones as if they were muscles. Im conviced she doesnt know her anatomy at all. When I told her my neck was uncomfortable and getting pinned when she pressed down on my shoulders she couldnt understand me ( because she barely spoke any english) The language barrier made it difficult to communicate how I wanted her to change her pressure and to focus on my lower back, it caused a lot frustration which made it hard to relax having to repeat/reword everything I said. I also paid for reflexology but that was not reflexology, that was an oily foot rub. So she worked on my feet but kept scratching me with her finger nails. Not to mention the earbud in her ear that I noticed and found unprofessional. Overall I am very disappointed in the treatmemt and cut the 15 mins massage early, then at the pay counter the therapist and the receptionist both stood there watching me check out. I was asked why I didnt leave a tip, I tried to explained the above but they both stared at me blankly not saying anything. I gave her $10 because the therapist needs to make a living but wow if this is what spas are I want nothing to do with them.

After reading the last review I was a little skeptical. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and wanted to do something relaxing, so I booked a couples massage. When I say RUN, dont walk to them, I mean it!! I have been suffering with shoulder, neck and back problems for a long time and the wedding stress didn’t help. I could barely move.First of all the place does not smell. It has a relaxing aroma of essential oils, which we both found to be pleasant. Not overly in your face but there to set the room.Secondly, I had the massage therapist that sits down. She is one of the nicest women I’ve ever met. After her analyzing everything not only did she immediately find all of my problem areas on her own but consistently explained what was going on and made sure I was comfortable. This is the best I’ve felt in years. If I lived here, I would go to her all the time!My husband had a different therapist but was just as pleased as I was!If I could I would give this place a thousand stars!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Mickey, thank you for the referral. My husband and I both received a deep tissue massage. My masseuse was Kelly, my husband’s, Sean. Kelly took great care when it came to areas of need. My entire massage was beyond my expectations. Having had deep tissue massages, I would rate Kelly in my 1% . The benefits lingered well into the next days. The establishment was very clean and an tranquil, inviting atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend both the establishment and both of our masseuses. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I had Renee work on me today. She did more wonders for my back in an hour than my chiropractor has done over the course of months. She really knows her stuff. Her personality is fantastic also. Everyone was very kind. it was a relaxing atmosphere. Over all excellent experience. Would recommend anyone and everyone go there.

Four of us were visiting from out of town and found this well rated place online. The front desk worker was so nice and made us feel very welcome. We were able to book these massages about 3 hours before which was super convenient. Massage Haven was so clean and our massage therapists’ were incredible! We are still raving about it 24 hours later. Highly recommend!

From the minute we stepped in the door, we were greeted by the most pleasant front desk associate, Katherine. She was extremely courteous, professional and welcoming. The facility is very lovely with calming & serene decorations. Bonus: it is exceptionally clean! Since my husband and I had a couples massage, I can comment on my therapist personally. His name was James and he is a very skilled massage therapist who left me feeling better than I had hope to feel! My husband was very impressed with the female massage therapist who he had and he said that he would definitely go back again. And all the Palm Beach Gardens, this is definitely the best place for a couples massage! Overall it was a fantastic experience and one of the more upper scale massage businesses in the area.

My girlfriend and I went today and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Cynthia and Joanna. They were very professional and kind - not to mention they give great massages! They pinpointed all of the trouble areas and we feel amazing! We will definitely be back again!!

So glad because my first experience was AMAZING!!I walked in with an annoying stiff neck and tight shoulders, and can’t believe I walked out with 90% of the achy annoying pain GONE! Amazing! My Boyfriend booked a couples massage for us yesterday. I had a male masseuse and he was great. He applied the perfect pressure and was gentle at the same time. My boyfriend on the other hand didn’t have the same experience. His masseuse didn’t apply any pressure and skipped various parts of his body. I called after our massages to give feedback on her work and the receptionist chucked and just thanked me for calling. This was our second massage with them and we won’t be going back to due to the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend.

Very nice environment, relaxing and quiet.Therapists are attentive to what you request, they listen and actually work on areas if specified.Front desk is always very warm and welcoming, the girl I have always dealt with is super sweet.I have never been intimidated into trying to buy other services than what I asked for.Out of all massage businesses I have been to I continually come back to Massage Haven, the therapists are the biggest difference because they give you the full time you pay for and I have never felt let down about services received, if my lower back is the issue they work the area causing it, when my shoulder was messed up they worked the muscles causing it to spasm.I cannot sing their praises enough!

My masseuse was Renee and can I say: Ive gotten massages in different states and even different countries but everything I thought I knew about massages went out the window. I usually like harder massages but Renee was so gentle yet still SO effective at relaxing my body. It blew my mind! How?! As a super anxious person, I felt safe, relaxed, and cared for, which says a lot. Thank you Renee!!My husband similarly had amazing things to say about his masseuse Jessica. He lifts weights and has quite a few muscular imbalances that he said Jessica was able to entirely loosen up! He kept saying how relaxed and light he felt after!!What an amazing place. The first time I went to Massage Haven, it had been over ten years since I last experienced a massage. My masseuse made me feel welcome and comfortable to get on the massage table again. Each member of the staff that I meet was very courteous and professional. I love how relaxed I am when I get out! They are the first ones that come to mind when I need someone to work on my back.

At the spur of the moment I walked in and was welcomed by a wonderful atmosphere or tranquility. The front desk staff where amazing, friendly and competent. They where able to accommodate without any waiting. My therapist was superb. It may have been the best massage I ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and released knots that no one else ever could. I will certainly return.

I love this place and its owners and staff...they are kind young professionals who provide wonderful care and the best and best priced massage ...the store is beautifully appointed, each room with its own personality.I was there during Covid and all was clean sanitized and mask protocols in place. I recall that being face up during the massage my mask was required. Staff wore at all times.. Give them a try!

I love Massage Haven especially Joanna. I just had a massage with her recently and was blown away-by the best massage of my life!! I had knots in my neck and other aches and pains. I requested deep tissue and she delivered the perfect massage-both relaxing and healing. That is no small feat!!! My husband and I were on our anniversary trip and had been desperately in search of a massage parlor that had openings on Memorial Day weekend that could help relieve our neck, back, and shoulder pain wed been living with for months. Kelly and Laura were amazing! Very professional, nice, and best of all, amazing at their jobs! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful; Kelly even gave me some Biofreeze when we left to help loosen the knots Ive been dealing with. We dont live in the area, but next time were in town, well be back!

Great overall experience. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Great prices for services offered. Rooms are very serene and relaxing. Received the deep tissue massage and it was rejuvenating. The massage focuses more on one area and can be painful but relieves so much tension. I forgot who did my massage but she was amazing. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to going back. The only negative I have is the parking. Its a very busy plaza and finding a parking spot can be a challenge.

This place needs a 6 star rating. Clean and professional. Way underrated. And even though its a little far from my house I have started coming here every two weeks instead of monthly. They charge very little in my opinion and my Masseuse Jessica was amazing. She has the hands of an angel, she can be gentle or she can put a grown man into a tears by how good her technique is. I would pay top dollar and come here daily if I could. Jessica is an asset to Massage Haven she is professional and courteous and great conversationalist. Will not go anywhere else. Jessica is one of a kind. I would recommend to anyone who needs stress relief to come here.

Visiting from out of town and really needing a good deep tissue massage and I got just what I was looking for from Laura! She loosened up all my knots and areas I was super tight and was one of the best massages I have had in a long time! I would highly recommend Massage Haven and would ask for Laura if you like deep tissue.

Lovely space, very soothing. The front desk staff I encountered both when making the appointment and coming for the appointment were kind, professional and very helpful. I had the good fortune to receive a trigger point massage from Victoria, which was excellent. She is trained in medical massage. I had a very sore and stiff back which she released using the trigger point therapy in which she has been trained. I will definitely be back.

Massage Haven is probably the best massage place Ive ever seen. The owner is so passionate about his store and what he and his wife do. The facility is huge, beautifully decorated, and so clean. The front desk receptionist is so kind as well. I highly recommend using their service.

Good Massage place, not cookie cutter corporate. Only had 2 therapists so far, and honestly love them, so no need to look further.They also sell trinkets and CBD/Hemp oils & creams which is my go too place. Highly recommend, staff is curtious & kind. Owner is cooperative and does right by clients.

I was in need of a massage so I researched a few places and based on reviews chose Massage Haven. And boy am I glad I did! Right from my initial contact with Mary I knew I’d be treated well. I’m pretty picky about masseuses so I only booked an hour, I wish I had booked 90! Jessica was amazing. Definitely would recommend !

It was awesome. I am almost 40 and have gotten a ton of massages over the years. My left side was numb coming into the appointment. Joanne roughed me up pretty good, but his all the spots!...My Numbness went away within 30 minutes. Best massage I have had in years, maybe best ever. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. I am extremely picky, and have been going to Massage Haven for several years. I woke up this morning and decided to splurge and get a hot stone massage for my birthday. I did not have an appointment and called at about 10:30am. The man who answered the phone (who I have met before) did not have a therapist available at the time I requested so he was going to call someone at home and see if they would come in early. Within about 20 minutes he called me back and had made the arrangements for me. I the massage itself was beyond perfect. It was the kind of massage that when it ended every muscle in my body was completely relaxed, I did not was it to end. It was euphoric. The reason my experience got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of one of my massage pet peeves. Throughout the massage anytime the front door of the establishment opened the chime from the alarm went off right outside my treatment room. I understand there may be times the front desk is unattended, but it totally interfered with the tranquil setting they work so hard to achieve. I counted and the door opened 11 times during my massage. With todays technology there has to be a way to alert the staff in the back without disrupting the client experience.

Hot tea awaits you while a tranquil waterfall cascades down the wall of the reception area for you to enjoy...and this is all prior to the massage! I have had several different types of massages by many of the therapists, all of whom are highly skilled, extremely talented and each provide uniquely individualized therapeutic and relaxation massages. The genuine concern, professional manner of the entire staff combined with the beautiful Zen-like environment of the treatment rooms make each and every visit Heavenly. Without a doubt, one of most consistently relaxing, experiences I have had over the course of hundreds of massages!! I promise you will not be disappointed. Definitely, A MUST DO!!

Massage Haven provides EXCELLENT SERVICES!! Most recently my fiancé had a deep tissue, back focused massage performed by Renee and he says that his back is 85% better which aids in his mobility. I went for a prenatal massage today. It was a wonderful experience, the masseuse knew what was safe and what was not. She explained the process and without further ado started a most comfortable and pleasant massage.Reason for missing a star: no robe and no drink choice other than water. But these are not deal breakers and I will go again.

I had a session with Renee! She is small but mighty! I have been suffering with severe tension knots in my shoulder blade and neck area and she is the first person to every get the knots out! She is very skilled and very nice. If you want help with pain or just a fabulous massage Renee is the one you want!

I thought the reviews were true, I booked Laura for 2 hours, I very clear told her I have low back pain and whole body very sore, she repeatedly worked on my shoulders most 90 min, My shoulder is only a little stiff, its nothing serious, I asked her twice can you please spend more time work on my low back and legs, stretch for me, she dont care, still keep work on my shoulders and then turning over, after a few simple gestures, still have 10 minutes left, she told me time over and left the room. I was checking the time when she came in. I spent $180 got a terrible massage, wasted my time and money, when I left there, l only feel my shoulders loose and the rest body still sore,,I will not go there again for massages and I wouldnt recommend her to anyone. Shes wasting your time and money.

Best massage I have ever had. I walked into Massage Haven bent over with severe lower back pain, and walked out floating on a cloud. After the massage I could stand up straight and my pain was almost completely gone. We had a great consultation before the massage so they knew where I needed it most. Massage Haven was able to massage my spine, hips, muscle and ligaments back into alignment. What a relief.

As my first experience receiving a deep tissue massage, my therapist was completely professional and had no problem communicating with the therapist. I just wish i had requested more time than just the one hour. I truly recommend massage haven to my family friends and anyone who wants to feel super amazing after a massage.

Ive been to Massage Haven several times, and their rates are very reasonable compared to other places. No matter who is there they are always very friendly and know what they are doing. Jessica is definitely my favorite there and I will be back soon.

Great experience. My first massage and it was great. Alexandra was great. Just enough pressure. Not to light not to firm just right. Highly recommended. The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly and professional.

Very easy appointment scheduling, excellent service and very good atmosphere. I have had a really bad muscle ache, back pain and headache. After massage I felt the difference, headache was gone and muscle ache with back pain was gone too. I felt like I could fly :) It really was Massage Haven

As a massage therapist myself, I am pretty particular about the massages I receive... I have to say SHEY’S massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was so professional and kind. I could tell just how much she loves her work. She was extremely intuitive, finding every area that was bothering me; zeroing in on it as if I told her exactly where my pain was. I received a gift card for Massage Haven in PBG and scheduled a 1 hour deep tissue masage. I explained to the therapist my ares of concern as they requested on the form you fill out upon arrival. The actual massage session was maybe 40 minutes and 90% of it was given while the therapist sat on a stool with wheels. I told the therapist I paid for a deep tissue massage, and this barely feels like a swedish massage. They replied your muscles are to tight I cant go any harder. As for my areas of concern (shoulder & ankle) I was told to see a specialist and no extra time was spent massaging either area. Isnt this why you get a massage to relax and loosen up your tight muscles? After I thought about my terrible experience during my drive home I felt it necessary to call the spa. I was told they have great reviews and they will speak to the therapist. This doesnt slove the problem. Currently Im waiting for a manager to call me back but I was told it probably wont be until the end of next week, I have no idea why it would take so long for a phone call. I will keep my comment blogs current and let the consumers know the outcome. I felt this comment to be necessary since the comments posted are old.With the way the economy is today a massage is a luxury not a necessity...

I have had the privilege of having both a deep tissue and a Swedish massage at Massage Haven at their new location on Alt A1A in Palm Beach Gardens. The deep tissue massage was immediately after a 5 day canoe trip on the Buffalo River in Arkansas. This 64 year old was sore in places that I had forgotten that I had and that deep tissue massage chased the lactic acid build up right out of my system. The Swedish was less traumatic but I felt just as good afterwards. Two thumbs up.

We went there for the first time and what a DISAPPOINMENT!!! We requested a couples massage (deep tissue and Swedish massage) we felt cheated, we both left like we never even had a massage. Starting with the girl at the front desk, quite rude and sarcastic, because we werent there 15 mns before the appt., even though we got there right on time; our appt. was at 11 am, and we were there right 11 am. Furthermore, once we got in the room and the massage begin the therapists were whispering among themselves while giving us the massages, and it was a little tough to relax, and if that wasnt enough, she proceed to ask me about my tattoo in the middle of the session ..... ask me after the massage not during ... our massage ended 10 minutes before the hour was completed, we were pretty upset ... we will never return. Not worth the money!

I highly recommend Alex for deep tissue massage. Also, the cleanliness of the the front desk area, massage rooms, and bathrooms is immaculate. Theyre doing a fantastic job making customers feel comfortable and relaxed!

Do yourself the greatest favor and go see Renee. I have a bad hip, knee, shoulder, and spine (spina bifida occulta, 26° scoliosis in my upper back as well as massive scar tissue T1-T5). On a good day, I can crunch around with only minor pain and discomfort. On a bad day, I cant bend over. Literally. Cannot bend over.So far Ive been to Renee twice for neuromuscular massage and Ive been able to move my right arm, bend down and get back up, and generally move without excruciating pain. I cant even express in words how absolutely incredible this is for me.Renee is so educated and experienced in anatomy, massage, and a multitude of other things regarding physical healing! I am so enormously grateful to have chosen Massage Haven and provided the opportunity to meet Renee and have her appointed as my massage therapist. Renee will improve your quality of life. If you hurt, go see her. And if you just prefer to have the best massage of your life (legitimately), go see her.

The massage itself was great, but the over all experience was not so good... I am big on smells and if it is unpleasant, that makes it difficult for me to relax.. unfortunately, I can only assume that my therapist had just come from the gym and skipped a shower because he smelt that way...Very unpleasant especially being in such closed quarters... probably wont return or recommend to anyone..Sorry

Alex did a fantastic massage. I had made a 1100 mile driving trip in my car, so I hurt from the waist up. All my misery was gone the following day.

Sean provided a focused massage. He was able to unlock a severe, and very long-standing debilitating knot in my upper back. He is professional, attentive and effective.

Have used this location numerous times and have nothing but good things to say from the ease of scheduling and reception to the way one is treated on arrival and throughout.... my initial visit was with Caitlin, and she has been very professional and effective in relieving areas of soreness and tension... highly skilled and attentive... I will only use Massage Haven when in town....
