I was gifted a massage a while ago from Massage Luxe in Alton Town Center in Palm Beach Gardens.That day we signed up for the family plan and after going a couple different times, we both have finally found the “perfect” therapist for us!At first we wanted to go at the same time so we used 2 different therapists- but when we found Arlen we decided she is worth waiting for and going separate times.After listening, Arlen addresses our particular problems. And after our treatment we both arrive home and say how much better we feel.We will both happily be continuing to use Arlen!Thank you for taking such good care of us & making our bodies feel better!

Received a gift card for my birthday and my massage therapist was Teresa. I hit the jackpot. She gave me the most amazing Swedish massage I’ve had in years!The location is very clean and the receptionists are kind and inviting. I will definitely come back!

Nice place if youre looking for a basic relaxing massage. Ive had some therapists that werent very good and some that were excellent. My only problem with the place is the fact that they did buy one get one free over the holidays and then didnt have enough staff to manage the demand so it was hard to get an appointment. I originally had a subscription but canceled that as it was too difficult to use for the above mentioned reason. If you looking for a highly technical therapist for specific trouble areas, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. If youre looking for just to relax and getaway, this is your spot.

I Had a gift card for a massage for over a year & FINALLY treated myself to a 90-minute massage at the Massage Luxe in Palm Beach Gardens, and it was nothing short of heavenly! The addition of a scalp massage and foot scrub made the experience truly indulgent. My masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure. The location is fantastic, and the peaceful music created a serene atmosphere. It was the perfect way to start a new year, after celebrating my birthday. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a rejuvenating escape!

Awesome massage, from my masseur Martin! After my massage I also experienced their Hydro Luxe Massage for 15 mins. And it was the icing on the cake, a great way to end my experience! Very nice massage spa, good customer service, & relaxing atmosphere..

Had my very first massage here and it was an amazing experience. Ive had a number of massages at various places and usually am not fully satisfied. I had Theresa and she did a PERFECT job! Pressure was perfect & she paid more attention to problem areas. Im a bodybuilder and can get pretty stiff/sore & I prefer stronger pressure. She nailed it and I was fully relaxed afterwards.Also highly recommend the hydromassage table before or after.Check them out & my guess is, youll leave very relaxed!

I have been going to Arlen for over a year and she is outstanding. I’ve battled a failed hip replacement and just had a revision surgery. Arlen has played a big part in preparing me for a complicated surgery, and has been invaluable in my health/healing journey. She’s awesome!

I have been a member for a couple months now and have read most the negative reviews. First off the girls at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Im here about 3 days a week just to use the aqua mazzage which comes with the $65 a month membership, that also includes 1 service per month. Elena has been my massage girl and she is fantastic. Overall a peaceful experience evwrytime!

I have received 25+ facials in my life time. From some of the best spas on palm beach to everywhere in between. Lisa is by far the best esthetician I have EVER had. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and high regard to customer comfort are just some of the redeeming qualities. She was very bubbly and cheerful. It is evident she loves what she does. Hands down, this was the best facial I have ever had. I will not be seeing anyone else. 10/10 to her!

The staff and massages are good but the policies are deceptive and prices are high. I had a membership for a year and canceled and had 9 credits remaining. They then told me I would have to pay $20 a time to use them. This was pretty outrageous since I had already paid for the massages and just hasn’t used them. They also started my massage 10 minutes late but still ended on time.

I was so looking forward to a good massage. The establishment is clean and inviting. The receptionist was very sweet. My massage was very disappointing to say the least. Worst massage I have ever had and I paid for it! Told the therapist I wanted a deep massage; and that I had sore feet, shoulders and neck. She lightly stroked my feet up and down 10/12 times and both feet at once!!! Lol. She barely touched my hands; and by no means did she massage them. Spent a lot of time having me rearrange myself. Management needs to retrain her. I will not be coming back as there are plenty of places locally that have great massage therapists.

For a generic massage it’s ok.. Ive tried many people there and not super impressed.

First massage- perfectSecond massage- worst of my life.I explained my frustrations of getting a 30 min service to the front desk post service and wrote an email and no one cared. So do not bother to write “please call us” as a response to this review bc I tried to express myself twice already. The massage was mostly her rearranging me, she used so much cold oil and the sheets were soaked with oil, didnt massage any areas requested, did no strokes on my back whatsoever. First time emergency button was pressed and someone came in the room. Second time a front desk person accidentally walked in. Not relaxing. I have one more massage left then am going to cancel. The girl I first had is always booked up and doesn’t fit my availability :(

Wonderful experience. Had a facial with Angel and a massage with Teresa. They were both amazing and provided exceptional service. I’m always apprehensive going to a new place but this place was so clean, organized and offered a calming environment. The front desk staff was very professional and kind.

I am extremely disappointed with the massage my husband and I received at this establishment. The room was clean and cozy, but thats where the positives ended. I had requested a deep tissue massage, but it felt like I was just being petted for the entire time. Unfortunately, my husband had the same experience. To add to the frustration, I had purchased a 90-minute massage, but we only received a 70-minute massage - the masseuse was about 10 minutes late and finished my massage 10 minutes early. This was incredibly disappointing as we were both really looking forward to this experience and had high expectations. Instead, we left feeling tenser than when we arrived. I do not recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a quality massage

Clean and relaxing facility. Amazing massage by Martin. I always forget to tell him that my shoulder has been bugging me and he always makes it feel better. :) Therapeutic and relaxing. :)

I scheduled a massage a week in advance for deep tissue massage. This was for my girlfriend and I, as part of a Valentines gift. I scheduled my entire day around this massage. When I arrived I was told they do not have anyone capable of deep tissue massage. I would not recommend this place. Extremely unprofessional from a place that is lightning quick to charge you for a missed appointment. 👎👎

I have been very happy with my experience so far here. Tonight I had a deep tissue massage with Juan and he was very good! My other two therapists (massage and facial) were great too. I love the hydro luxe massage bed too (it’s currently out of order and hoping it’s fixed soon. That’s a really nice perk of being a member.

I joined this MassageLuxe location when they first opened and havent been disappointed yet. I think their team does an excellent job, and Ive accrued a few massages from the few months from pandemic closure which Im not complaining about! In fact, its nice to get a call now and then reminding me I havent been there in awhile. Their team always makes great suggestions for massage therapists and they greet me promptly and make my experience pleasant. I love their hours and its always clean and comfortable. 7/31/21… I wrote this review last year… but honestly I still feel the same! I’m never disappointed!

Martin P is the best. He is attentive and listens to what you like and dont like. He personalizes your massage to the way you want it. He is the reason I joinedAs long as hes there I will keep coming back.

Im severely disappointed by my most recent experience at this Massage LuXe location. I cant recall who my masseuse was, but I think she was a smoker; and although she did a fairly good job not smelling like it, the heavy breathing and infrequent hacking that ensued throughout my massage made it very apparent. Additionally, she kept staring at an iPad, which distracted her from me and distracted me from relaxing, especially with the blue light lighting up the dark room. Lastly, my massage ended almost 15 minutes early when I paid for 60 minutes. I was really needing this massage and had been really looking forward to it, but instead I left more tense than I was when I arrived.

Lisa gives the best facials! Pays attention to details and doesnt recommend unnecessary products. Best facials I have ever experienced and I have had a million!

Shawn is just the best therapist, his Deep Tissue massages are just the cure for my aching muscles. The ambiance and decor are very relaxing and I feel like Im at a luxury hotel spa. The hydro massage is a nice finishing touch to my visit every time. And manager Nicole and Owner Paula are very personable and professional.

Professional & friendly staff. Local family owned & operated franchise. Been a member for years and my regular therapist recently moved. I now recommend Rob! Best deep tissue massage, knows great techniques especially for lower back and neck!

Today was a great day for a deep tissue massage with Ruben. There is definitely a benefit to having a regular person to see. He’s already aware of the pressure level I prefer, where my sore spots are, and he’s always in a good mood. Ruben is professional every single time. I have to add that I really enjoyed the cinnamon tea beforehand, too. Go early to center yourself and enjoy the refreshments.

Allen was the best! He look his time with me. He didn’t rush. He had strong hands. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what my tight lower back needed. I’ve had numerous massages in my life & “hands down “ he is the best! I highly recommend him!

First time at massageLuxe today! I was greeted with genuine smiles and everyone at the front was very friendly. The highlight of my visit was Jillian my esthetician. She was beyond amazing! Super professional and skillful, gave me great recommendations and Left my skin feeling fantastic. I had a great massage, she was very good, not the friendliest but she is very good at what she does. Overall my experience was great, I even became a member.

My husband booked me for an hour massage here on Valentines Day, I had a 90 minutes and two add on gift certificate. The gift certificate was purchased the year before but due to COVID I did not use it then. The certificate did not have an expiration date nor any stipulations noted. So I used the two add on and 60 minutes, I was told they were booked so I couldnt use the 90 minutes which I understood. But they took the entire certificate and told my husband that because the certificate was purchased a while ago the took the remaining 30 minutes! I cancelled my future appointment I made and will not be returning....Im going back to PGA spa! Customer care and service is just not what it use to be anymore.... especially when businesses make up rules to take advantage of their customers! Im was highly disappointed with this place my husband paid for that time and they just took it without providing the service! Customers be careful!

I always have the best experience when booking with Allen. He targets my neck and back problem areas, but also ensures he covers my arms and legs so I get an incredible, relaxing massage. Hes very skilled and knowledgeable as well as personable.

Front office was very professional and welcoming. Massage therapist was not a match for me. The back of my skull where my neck meets the skull is very sore to touch because she was pushing so hard and sort of like pulling on the bone. It was very weird and uncomfortable. Besides working on the knots on my upper back, I did not care for the massage.

Really great massage. After a short consultation my masseuse Baha found and got to work on my problem areas with great success. Booking my return visit now.UpdateBaha did such a great job that I returned for more therapy. The guys a magician, very professional, friendly and a master of his trade.

Had a one-hour deep tissue massage with Elena. She is the consummate professional, well-trained, and addressed my problem areas with professionalism and precision. If you are looking for a professional and dedicated therapist, then I highly recommend you make an appointment and see for yourself. I will be back!

Great massages and club memberships here.

First time here and the quality of the massage was good. The therapist only talked if I did which was nice as I’ve been to some places where it gets awkward if you don’t want to talk in your massage and the therapist keeps talking! Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is if you’re in a massage room towards the front you can clearly hear people coming in and out and talking.. would ask for a room near the back next time. I’ll be back!

I want to start by saying the front desk staff is amazing. I called to see if they had any appointments and were able to get me in right away. Very kind and gave my dad a tour of the place when he picked me up. However it was very unfortunate that the massage I had was one of the worst massages I ever recieved. It felt rushed and he barely went over my knots and stiff areas.

The most therapeutic massage I have ever had! Shawn was incredible, if you need a deep tissue massage - he is your guy. Staff is awesome and spa is relaxing, clean and inviting. Thank you!!!

Scheduled my 60 minute Swedish massage appointment by phone with ease. I liked how they asked about preference of female or male therapist. Only set back is their appoints are hourly (4 pm, 5 pm, 6pm etc.) Ruben is amazing. Able to relieve work related joint pain and knowledgeable. He provided a combination of Swedish, deep, Myofascial release, and trigger points where it was needed. I would recommend him for sure.

Fantastic massage by Alfonso who focused on all my stress/tension spots. I really enjoy Massage Luxe which offers HydroMassage included in membership. Well put together shop with very zen feeling. Thank You Massage Luxe I’m happy to be a member. This place is FANTASTIC!!!

Be careful. They advertise Groupon, but do not honor the coupons. We purchased multiple Groupons for my wife on Mothers Day, only to have the spa tell her they will not honor them for a year. Bait/switch.

I had a great massage with Daniel. A friend recommended him, and I had a fantastic deep tissue massage. He was pretty intuitive about which areas needed massaged to get out knots and help me feel relaxed.

Definitely one of my best massages.. Shawn was amazing! The atmosphere was great, very professional and great customer service. I will definitely come back if ever back in the area!

Been going here for quite some time. Alfonso is fantastic. The facility is nice and clean. But I will say it’s disappointing that you no longer have cups for tea, or even bottles of water. Just an empty refrigerator there. I think that that’s probably something that would make it seem more like a spa experience!

We get monthly massages at the Jupiter MassageLuxe. My masseuse is Shawn who is absolutely wonderful. If you are having any pain or discomfort, I highly recommend signing up for an hour massage and letting them take care of those issues

UPDATED 3/30: It was a very good massage! The facility is very clean and tranquil with a nice waiting room, and the staff are very very nice. They also give you a complementary 15 minute Hydro massage experience. The therapist was so kind and helpful. Will come again!

I had a 60min deep tissue massage with Patty. She listened to me needs and the massage was fabulous. Being on my feet all day Patty was able to help with my back tension and discomfort . This is just what I needed. I highly recommend her.

Best massage of a lifetime, worst checkout experience, ever.I had a mind-blowing massage with T. who helped me tremendously with a spasming muscle in my back. She was patient, professional, and extremely intuitive. Unfortunately, the joy was smothered with the wet blanket of snark put forth by the checkout team.When had I scheduled my appointment, I let the representative know that I would be using a voucher for free massage and hydraluxe session I had bought off of Facebook. Keep in mind, the voucher bears no expiration date. I made my appointment, and I was told to arrive a few minutes early to complete the check-in, and I complied.After a glorious 60 minutes of bliss and true therapeutic relief, I made a second appointment at the start of check-out and and was given quick spiel about their membership options. I explained that I had been fired from my job of 13 years just a few days before and was in no position to make any sort of monthly commitment ( I even canceled Hulu, guys) and at that, the mood changed completely. I was told my massage would have been less had I joined that day.I reminded them I had a voucher, and upon presenting said voucher, it was as if I had committed a moral trangression. The unmasked looks of displeasure and confusion necessitated the two staff who had been helping me to find a more seasoned professional, one better equipped to address the unseemly task of processing a pre-sale voucher.So instead of trying to convince me to maybe think it over, or thanking me for visiting their location for the first time, they tried one last anemic, insipid, half-hearted attempt to sell me the membership. And when I declined, they scattered like a rats. Listen, their lease at Alton is not my problem, and under no circumstances would I return, no matter how amazing T. is, based on the lack of courtesy shown to me by the coupon-shaming staff at checkout. The review reflects five stars for the massage and one star for checkout: average score=2.

Aryana is wonderful! She gave me a very enjoyable and relaxing microderm facial. Her upbeat personality, and kind and caring touch, made it a great experience. I highly recommend her as an excellent aesthetician.

Baha gave an amazing deep tissue massage. As a Sonographer, all I use is my neck and shoulders. He focused on these areas and really loosened up my tight muscles & knots. Highly recommend! If you’ve got tight muscles, he’s your guy.

Front desk staff all the way through the place to the owner were all mediocre. No one seemed to know what was going on. Too many people up front who had no idea about anything. Booked a dermaplaning session with the woman on the phone who gave me a price of 100 and said that would include xyz. I think she literally just said its our most expinse and yesss it has all that those were her words. Highly dissatisfied. Will not recommend or go back.

I have had two services with Massage LuXe - deep tissue massage and a facial (with Aryana). Both services were great and met my expectations for self care and relaxation. I especially appreciated the just right touch and pressure, especially with Aryana for the facial. Check them out!

I seen this place while driving through the new plaza to see what was all in it. I just walked in to get a brochure and I was so Impressed from the time I walked in the doors. Great atmosphere, smiling welcoming faces, very comfortable. I ended up Having a facial...it was amazing!! I Look forward to going back for a massage! I was looking for a massage therapist near me in Jupiter to alleviate back pain. Found MassageLuxe Palm Beach Gardens location which is brand new and conveniently located on Donald Ross at the Alton shops, which is perfect for me. The staff was very friendly and professional. The deep tissue massage (Therapist was Lucette) was fantastic and got rid of my pain!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! Will be going back for more soon!!

I have had difficulty scheduling massage. Called last minute change massage therapist didn’t get the message so went in had to reschedule. Next time they say the called therapist didn’t show. Went in and had to reschedule request a female first time they reschedule with male. Appears they can’t staff it with reliable people. Is nice facility but service is poor!

People in and out of here like a revolving door. Can never get an appointment scheduled, and when you do they get canceled. 3 apts rescheduled in the past week. Terribly mismanaged.

I went in there not really knowing what I wanted or needed. Aryana was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m ecstatic with her recommendation for my microdermabrasion. I’m hooked and can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

Alfonso does a great job targeting the areas that need the most work. He offers tips to improve stretching and tightness in the muscles. I highly recommend Alfonso!

The masseuse played rock music in his AirPods the entire time, his hands were very rough he could use a pumice stone for his hands. The massage was poor and not consistent.
