Not even the type of person to go out of my way for bad reviews…but I was treated super unfairly here. Came to purchase a bubbler water pipe, asked for the associates advice, she was pleasant and helpful…so I thought. I got home, added a capful of water to my “bubbler” to test it. Sparked up, and the water went into my mouth…I’m not an expert but I’m sure that wasn’t right. I went back to ask for some sort of exchange/refund/compensation, the woman took no sort of accountability and turned me away within 15 seconds to go to the next customer, and didn’t come back to me. Had no clue they had a “no refund or return” policy, wasn’t informed when I purchased and it wasn’t on the receipt or any signage in the store. Took the “bubbler” to another smoke shop in the area make sure I wasn’t crazy, and the associates there confirmed that wasn’t a bubbler, and helped me purchase an actual one that was a bigger size, better quality and $20 cheaper than $54.99 I paid at world of smoke and vape for a product I didn’t want. Shout out Elev8ted smoke shop for assisting me.

They had a new vape on display that was not in the system and when I went to buy it the associate said they could not sell it to me because it was too new. The associate called both managers and they asked him to give me his best price but he refused. The associate began to raise his voice so I walked out. I was going to get a new vape and some juice but did not. I will not be going back there.

The one girl in the store was distracted by what she was working on and seemed agitated that I interrupted her. When a second customer came in, she started helping him and left me wandering the store.

Recently moved to the area and this is now my shop of choice. There is a gentleman who works there (wish I knew his name, he kind of looks like Post Malone but with long hair haha, hopefully the owner knows who Im referring to) who is always incredibly friendly, he always points out the deals going on with juice and disposables, and new arrivals. I had a bad experience with a shop on Indian town (they were super rude, but not here!) so now I make the drive out here. Ive been here about 10 times now and its almost always him working, super friendly and helpful guy, clean shop, decent prices

It is impossible or nearly impossible to have five stars from every single person reviewing a business. Especially when I have been in three times and the person working the store was not exactly welcoming. Yes they have quite a bit of selection and stock but a nice friendly environment beats a heavily stock store any day of the week for me. Hopefully it was just someone filling in and not the regular employee but this being my third or fourth visit all with same 2 people helping each visit both with similar personalities. Smile and be thankful and welcoming It’s the difference between making it and failing in every business. Hopefully the owner sees this and addresses this because it’s the closest to my house and they literally have a little bit of everything I’m watching them to stay in business. Walking into the store I was greeted by Darnell he was one of the most informative person I’ve ever met at a vape shop he answered all questions we had and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my significant other. This will be the only vape shop I will I’m going to and I will be referring all my friends. Ask for Darnell he is the best and his customer service is above and beyond.

Walked and the attendant, Darnell, immediately started asking me questions about what I was looking for. After telling him what I was interested in, he showed me so many options and gave me the best service anybody couldve asked for. If you EVER need something for smoking, vaping or just REALLY COOL gimmicks, this is the place to go and ask for DARNELL!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. I walked in to this store and heard the owner or what seems to be the owner or manager he being disrespectful to one of the employees. He was yelling to the top of his lungs at the employee. I will never shop at this place again and will be telling others about this location and how rude and unprofessional this manager or owner was . The fact that you are an owner or manager to a store doesn’t give you the right to speak to people as if they are beneath you or better than you. People deserve respect. How dare you treat people as if they are POS’s.

That was not the case. The guy who was closing at night asked me questions that I tried my best to answer and never made me feel ignorant about anything. He got me just what I needed. Very disappointed experience in this shop on my last visit! I was super excited to have this shop minutes from my house, I have purchased different products from hookah flavors to vapes from them and never had an issue TILL one of the sales people highly recommended me to try the strawberry and banana flavor and turns out it was HORRIBLE compare to the lush ice watermelon from Ema that I always buy. I went back to exchanged (not to ask for refund) and to my surprise the manager was mean and unhelpful, did not even wanted to do a courtesy exchange for the first time and did not want to speak with me.Left the store so upset that I left the vape pen on the counter since the flavor was horribly bad, ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE!Remember the key survival in a business is referral and I’m from the neighborhood.....

Follow up to response:Actually I went back in twice trying to exchange once the same day and then again the day after. I was informed store policy is not to accept the returns or exchanges. They were very nice about it...you should not lie in your response as an owner accept responsibly and train your staff better to know your policies.**********Sold me a cartridge and pen but the cartridge does not work. Only the battery does the cartridge provided will not work on any device and no one in the store knows why. They also will not refund you give you a store credit or exchange anything so that you can get a cartridge that works. Be aware this place sells faulty devices and leaves you holding the bag waste of money.Go anywhere else

Called to check if an item is in stock and was told they won’t provide their price over the phone. Wouldn’t have minded paying extra for the convenience of it being there but I’m not gonna waste my time driving there if that’s the customer service I’m gonna get.

Employee sold me the wrong product and then wouldn’t take it back for exchange. They also have a sign on their door that reads “No mask, No service” and when I asked the employee why he wasn’t wearing his mask he said he didn’t have to because he works there”. Never going back. This store has gone down hill. The associates don’t know what they are talking about and I asked for three separate coils, different coils, and they did not have any. Don’t go here I had to look up myself what type of coil my device took!

My favorite vape shop!!! Theses guys are always knowledgeable and patient with me when I need questions answered. Most places are not able to give me what Im looking for because they dont even know what it is they have in there store.Mike the manager dude is a vape smoker and the lucky guy gets to try all his merchandise out so he can share with the buyer. He also always to seem to keep his doors open the latest at night. For the covid shutdown he still found a way to stay open during that time. So if there is another shutdown you know you can stop at his places for ya smoking pleasures. I should get paid for this!! Peace!!

I Bought a disposable vape that didn’t even last a fraction of what it was advertised. I asked the person working the cashier if there were any issues with them before I bought it and he said that they were very popular. It didn’t last but 2 days. Once it died I called the store to see if I can get credit or a refund and they pretty much told me I was up shitts creek.

Walked around this afternoon playing Pokémon go for 4 hours 💪😤 til my vape died so I walked here and asked what’s good.. turns out vaptasia salts straw guava is the best juice I’ve tried yet.

A decent little shop. If you just need some quick juice to hold you over until you can get to shop, its fine. Otherwise doesnt have a great selection. Certainly not a main shop, but a nice little in between shop.
