I joined when first opened and after a couple of massage therapists found the right one for me. Jay is great as she is applies the right pressure and technique. Knows how to work the muscles while keeping massage relaxing. Sidney at the front desk very welcoming. Overall a great experience.

My massage with Yolanda was absolutely amazing. At other massage salons, I have experienced feeling worse after a session, but this was not the case with Yolanda. She not only helped me feel comfortable, but also put my body in a state of relaxation unlike any other experience. Afterwards, she showed me multiple stretches to help with my muscle ache. All in all, Yolanda went above and beyond for me. I can’t wait to return!

I’ve been getting massages here for almost a year now with Jay at the Palm Beach Gardens location, and she always does an incredible job. She’s consistent, great at finding knots, professional, and I’ve always left feeling rejuvenated. I’ve had massages at Massage Envy before and this place definitely feels like a step up! AMAZING! I have been a client of Elements Massage since 2021 and it is so nice to have a relaxing retreat to visit and be pampered. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and every massage therapist goes out of their way to make sure they listen and address my issues. I love that there is a membership available to help me stay committed to taking care of myself. The owner, Karen, is always making improvements to create a beautiful atmosphere. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had a scheduled appointment and the massage therapist has not shown up. The first time the therapist claimed that she did not know she had had an appointment. This time, the therapist called the office at the time of my appointment and said she had a family emergency and would not be in. Elements needs to hold their employees accountable. It’s clear that they are struggling as a company.

The new-client discount was a nice incentive to try out a new spot. Your reception person was very professional and friendly. The spa itself was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Brandon did a great job on my deep tissue massage.

I had my very first massage here and I have to say the whole experience was amazing from the moment I walk in till time I left! Great customer service all staff members and they read n listened to me about my massage was catered to me specially. I felt relaxed, comfortable, felt even better after it was over thanks to my therapist for massage! I will definitely go back n tell friends n family who live here.

Tom is the best massage therapist I ever had! He’s very knowledgeable and passionate of his craft as well as personable, and professional! After I left I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. He got rid of all my aches! Please check him out you won’t regret it!

I am going once every couple of weeks because Baja is just amazing! I love how easy it is to book and have introduced both my parents. My husband tried many masseuses when we moved to the area, but also uses Baja monthly because he is that good!

I began my weekend with a wonderful massage. My experience was beyond expectations from the moment I walked through the door. The spa setting is clean, tranquil and relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I chose an aromatherapy massage. Jay was my massage therapist. She was outstanding in every way. I was tense and stressed and needed to unwind. Jay worked wonders on my knots and knew exactly how to adjust those pressure points. I felt invigorated and refreshed. I feel better than I have in a long time. I now realize how important massage is to our overall health. I Highly recommend Elements!

I have had shoulder issues after a fall in April while playing pickleball. I received PT as well as massage at another facility. I saw Kera for the first time last month at Elements Massage. She performed deep tissue massage in that area. The immediate results were fantastic. The tightness, discomfort and range of motion in the area are remarkably improved. I am extremely pleased and am returning to see her on a regular basis.

Ask for Kera, you wont be disappointed. she is absolutely amazing & has a special gift of healing hands!!! She came highly recommended by one of my clients/friends. She is very professional, made me feel relaxed from the start, asked about her pressure, & found all the hidden treasures of pain in my body..lol

I have been a member of Elements massage at this location for a year. Kera is an amazing therapist. She is highly skilled, and has the ability to give an excellent deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend her.

Ive dealt with shoulder blade issues and hamstring tension since some injuries sustained earlier in my life. Whether it be frequent headaches, nerve issues, or general tightness, Ive always tried to deal with it. At Elements though, Llamar with his knowledge and experience guided me through some anatomy tips, stretching guidelines, and also provided physical relief through therapeutic treatment. He definitely knows what he is doing and is friendly and easy-going. Great experience which felt like a good reset for my muscle tension and nerve issues. Not only did I feel like I attained therapy to continue athletics and my life with less pain but I learned a great deal to maintain and adapt.

The massage was fine, but the receptionists are cold and unfriendly, they’re not particularly helpful and certainly don’t make you feel welcome. No smiles, no greeting, no courtesy. Also, the hour massage is actually 50 mins. Probably wouldn’t go back.

I recently visited Elements Massage and had Jay as my therapist. Absolutely incredible experience! This is my second visit, and I can honestly say that I will continue to be a customer. Jay is amazing! She is very sweet, and an awesome therapist. As soon as you enter the spa you are greeted with a warm welcome. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely a visit you won’t regret.

Wilfris is amazing!! My shoulders and quads were really tight after a lot of travelling and working out. Wilfris was very knowledgeable and incredible at relieving my tension. Next time Im in the PBG area, I will be booking another massage with him. Highly recommend Elements.

Had an amazing massage from Josh today. His massage technique was incredibly effective in relieving my shoulder pain, and he also including some stretches and the cupping add-on too.The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, answered all my questions and let me know what offers were available to me.The facilities are clean, quiet, and relaxing.Ill definitely be back soon!

This location is clean and beautifully decorated. I booked a last minute massage with Carl. He was exactly what I needed. He listened to what I wanted and explained some of his techniques. I left feeling brand new. The front desk lady (I didnt catch her name) was incredibly helpful. She talked to me about what Im looking for and what I like and offered suggestions on a couple other massage therapists who she thought would be a good fit as well.

Darlene was hands down the best massage I ever had. She was so good I signed up to be a member.

I had a massage with Jodi and added on the Essential Oil Aromatherapy. It was so relaxing and the best massage Ive ever had. The environment is very welcoming and feels like a luxury spa. Karrie the new Studio Manager is also so amazing and helpful. She is a breath of fresh air!! I love this place and am happy to be a member here!

Awesome first experience at Elements Massage in Palm Beach Gardens! My visit started with a very warm and welcoming greeting from Liz, who is a manager there. I found the waiting area to be very pleasant and peaceful and the massage room was too. I chose Brandon as my massage therapist from Elements “Meet our Therapists” list, which tells a bit about each therapist and talks about their focus. I picked Brandon because of his the techniques he listed, which were trigger points, stretching and deep tissue, and myofascial release. When I booked, I also found that he does medium to firm pressure, which was also something I was looking for. I never had trigger point work before but I always wanted to try it. It was everything I had hoped for. My body feels better. Brandon also recommended some stretches for me to do at home to help my situation. I look forward to my next session with Brandon, which will be a 1 1/2 hour session. Thanks, Brandon! And thank you, Liz!

I went to Elements Massage today and had Ilona as my massage therapist. She was incredible to say the least. We connected well and she is beyond friendly. She focused on all of the areas that I needed and was very strong. Will definitely be returning.

The front desk staff are friendly and polite! The manager and front desk staff were helpful and accommodating after encountering an issue with another Elements that was entirely out of my control and not my fault. The place is inviting, relaxing, clean and beautifully designed. Jodi was an absolute delight. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled, even more so she gave me my best pre natal massage I have had (I have had alot!). She worked with me to lay face down due to my hips hurting with side lying. She did perfect pressure in all the right spots. My low back, hip and sacrum are feeling much better now - thank you! I am looking forward to coming back!

Have had multiple massages at the Palm Beach Gardens location with a couple different therapists. Each experience has been above average and I get many massages. The facility is clean, the front office staff and management are friendly and attentive. Therapists listed to requests and adjust accordingly and have been remarkable thus far. Will be getting another massage shortly and cant wait to return for it.

I arrived yesterday with a tight neck all over the left side. Pati welcomed me with a smile and calm energy. She took care of me in the most amazing and dedicated way. She really saved me from weekend of pain. I get a massage often and so glad I found Pati. She is amazing and adapts herself to the patients needs. Highly recommend

My niece paid for 2 massages as a Christmas gift. They had her name in the system (she is from out of state and has never been to this establishment) but regardless they would not honor the gift certificate. Excuses were made about not having a gift code but my niece never received a gift code and was told she was all set. This was a $200+ gift and Im disgusted this company would steal in this way. I rarely write reviews but this one was necessary. Buyer beware.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and wife and we had an excellent time. The front staff was friendly and helpful. My therapist Jay was very good and really listened to my request. I’ll be going back!

My son has been playing golf tournaments i. The are and needed a massage urgent. We booked in the morning of the same day knowing we could run late. Got there 30 minutes late (we let them know) and Carl was kind enough to wait for him and give the full hour he has scheduled.It was a great sports massage and my son is ready to be competing again.Thanks Carl !!!!!

What an experience! As a spa owner, I take pride in having a clean and disinfected working environment. Elements massage is clean, has the relaxing atmosphere, extremely knowledgeable massage therapists who listen to your areas of concern, and the front desk/managers are so sweet and helpful! I already can’t wait to go back next month! If you haven’t pampered yourself in a while, get the CBD oil massage upgrade with Himilayan salt stones for 90 minutes...your body will thank you. 👌🏻

This place is the WORST place ever to get a massage. I have pain and health issue and I have a service Pet. The manager Jodie told me to come in when its late because the dog is in training. When I got there, she told me to leave, she called the owner Alan, who used four letter words and told me to never come back because of my Dog. I was already a member and had many 90 minute treatments. They still wanted to keep my money after they told me to leave.What type of place is this?I feel bad for my Therapist because she is working with very unhealthy people who have no idea how to run a business, especially a Spa.I get body work all the time. This is the first time in my life that I was treated this way. I will let the authorities know that they treat people with service pets in this very nasty, unprofessional way, to say it nicely.I highly suggest you find a different location. The Palm Beach Gardens location is dysfunctional.The response you gave is a complete lie. My Dog is 3 pounds and the Therapist NEVER had any complaints excepts when your manager came running out yelling at me and the puppy, how RUDE!The owner and the manage are liars and are covering themselves because they can be legally charged. My Dog was in a small bag, nobody was in danger, and she stays quiet once she is settled. Ask your Therapist.
