Breath of Life Massage

I would highly recommend Breathe of Life Massage for both Pre-OP and definitely post-op for Lymphatic Drainage massage after your surgery. Lea and Brenda are very knowledgeable and kind. I was very lucky to find them! They helped me navigate my entire post-op after surgery. They were an incredible support system and helped me in every aspect of my recovery. Their support and knowledge was integral to my recovery. I always left the office feeling better emotionally and physically.

I had my first lymphatic massage at Breath of Life and it was amazing. It was very different with light touches, but the results were as expected. I look forward to many more services!I also had a body contour consultation and excited to start the process. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Lea is amazing!! She always knows how to set me straight with my crooked self. I really can say that this place is absolutely amazing and everyone is friendly. Definitely the best.

I have now had two massages here and they were both life changing! I really mean that. Ive been trying for years to find a practice that met my needs and the ladies here are so so amazing and really in tune with how the body works. Breath of Life Massage is like a Breath of Fresh Air. Especially after surgery I was in in so much pain. The first visit made a huge difference, my pain level was so much better. The staff is so patient, they understand the pain your going through. Especially the staff knowledge makes this experience more exceptional. Lea is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to help you after surgery. She’s so knowledgeable about post op. I’m way past my “required” massages and still go because of her. I only wish I would’ve went to breath of life sooner.

I cant recommend this practice enough. I went for post op treatment and they are so kind and gentle. I was worried it would be uncomfortable but it actually made me feel better. Im in the process of trying to stand up straighter and it even helped that part of me healing process. I feel like they really care about you as a customer and want to help you in your healing journey. They recommended something that also changed my day and made me more comfortable in my compression garment. I am looking forward to returning for further treatments.

The most amazing experience was had! I was a bit hesitant to receive the treatment I was due to literally hearing the agony in someone else receiving the same treatment at another facility but when I got to BOL and had the treatment it was the most pleasant experience! I’m glad I decided to look for another location besides the one that was recommended!!! Book now! You won’t be disappointed!

Im afraid after this post I wont be able to schedule the appointment as fast but fk it cuz this place is AMAZING (!!!)I am so happy I went there.1) The scheduling process is very easy, possible to do online, or Im assuming over the phone2) At the entrance area, you can see all licenses and certificates of massuers who work here.3) There is a form you sign at the beginning to let know if you have any issues or if there are any zones you are fine with being touched or not.4) In the room, the sounds of rainstorms or waterfall are calming, and the warm blankets are relaxing. Leas hands were truly magic. I had severe pain in my shoulder muscles, and she made sure Im comfortable with pressure. During the process, she guided me and explained me everything she was doing so I felt safe. I could also communicate my needs so itd be accommodated and heard5) At the end, I was suggested some tea or waterAll in all, it was an amazing experienceClean, calming, and safe place to anybody who wants the massage to be relaxing and professional

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this place. I purchased a 10 session post-op package & each session is so worth it! What i love most is they do not only offer the manual massage but I get to try different & combination of modalities of services they provide. It was my first time getting a massage with hot stones and I can’t recommend it enough. Brenda was great, asking for input at times and making sure I was comfortable. The massage was gentle enough which helped me feel incredibly relaxed but with the right amount of pressure to help with my tension/stiffness. Combined with the soothing atmosphere of the place, I had a very wonderful and relaxing time!

Great therapeutic massage. I have been seeing Ms. Lea Rodriguez for the last few months. As a dentist I suffer from a lot of upper back and neck pain. I can safely say that Lea keeps me functioning ! Very clean and professional.

Went there this morning and Brenda was a kind and generous therapist. Really wanted to know where the necessary attention needed to be focused on and when starting recommended cupping; she said i could benefit from it, and she was right! Really helped relieve a lot of that tension and pain in my shoulder. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment!

I cannot say enough good things about these ladies! I had Lipo and a BBL and I was told these ladies were the best around for post care! They did not disappoint. I was sore and nervous and they made me so at ease and comfortable and helped me though the whole process. I booked all my massages through them and I can’t wait to to recommend to more people after surgery. They are extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and answered so many questions I still had. They absolutely go above and beyond!

Wish I could give 100 stars! This is Pflugerville’s best kept secret. I choose massage for therapy rather than relaxation, and Lea is so knowledgeable about the right stretches and strokes to ease all of my tension, and find knots I didn’t even know I had. These ladies are nurses as well as massage therapists and I truly believe it makes a difference. The lobby and rooms are clean, quiet, decorated beautifully, and they have nice merchandise. Lea takes her time and doesn’t rush through our session, and always reiterates good stretching I can do at home. She’s so sweet, funny, and I love that we can laugh and chat during our session and communicate about the strokes and pressure. This tiny lady has Superwoman level strength in her! I like a ton of pressure and she delivers. I will not go anywhere else! The price is incredible but I’d even pay way more for the level of service this place offers. You won’t regret it.

I had Lea as my therapist today and she was incredible! She listened and addressed all of my bodies concerns. And she took the time to show me how I can improve tension areas.The location itself was lovely. Everything was very clean, organized and welcoming.

Unbelievably this was my first massage ever. Brenda took her time to make me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The place is fantastic, I felt the joy as soon as I walked in the door. After my massage I went into the sauna and red light therapy space. This sealed the deal for me. If you want an outstanding experience where you can just be you and relax, then this is the place for you. I cannot wait to go back and get my royal treatment.

I just discovered this local gem!! Visited for the first time today for a therapeutic sauna session and really enjoyed my experience. The greeting upon arrival was warm and friendly. The ambiance is nice. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. I noticed a list of services posted as I was checking out and I will be booking a massage session soon.

I visited Breath Of Life with upper back and neck pain but left it all on the massage table and was pain free for weeks after my visit. Brenda used multiple body work and healing modalities to reduce my pain and inflammation. The massage suite was relaxing, scents were amazing yet not overwhelming, and I could tell immediately I was in skilled and caring hands. Thank you Brenda and Breath of Life!

First of all I was pretty clueless when it came to post op care because I had never had any surgeries before but these ladies were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I did not have a good experience at Texas Recovery Suites but the only positive outcome was I did meet these ladies. Trust that you are in good hands. Lots of people claim to know lymphatic post operative massage however most don’t have training like these ladies both are nurses and specialize in post op lymphatic massage. 10/10.

I got a lymphatic massage after my lipo and tummy tuck and the two ladies (sorry I forgot their names) were so gentle and it felt so good. They were very kind, patient and informative. I’d love to have all my massages with them.

Excellent service. Very humble and sweet lady Ms Lea who did my prenatal massage. She was very cautious as i am 27 weeks. She is a nurse as well by profession so knew alot about the pain spots, water retention areas and suggested good stretches. Will surely go here again.

Breath of Life Massage is a lovely gem in Pflugerville. I received a Hot Stone Massage with CBD Oil and Scrub add ons. It was very relaxing. Lea was very tentative throughout the massage in making sure I was comfortable. The massage was wonderful, and I left feeling very relaxed. I highly recommend coming here!
