VapeX Smoke Shop

Ive called multiple times and left my number for the manager and she hasnt contacted me in over a week about the fact that I was double charged. One of the other employees told me its usually better to just call the bank so I did. The banker I talked to said its usually quicker to deal with the merchant directly and said it sounded fishy that they hadnt reached out to me to reverse the charge. Now I get to wait up to 90 days for my bank to investigate the charge.Definitely one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive had with a store.

Im a disabled vet that has issues sleeping. I just moved back from San Diego and I tried out many shops out here but this one has been the only one that has what I like. I tried different ones but Adrian recommended an Indica that really gave me what I needed. Hes a sweetheart. This is my go to shop from now on.

Best experience! They didnt carry the pod to fit my ecig but helped me find a couple of disposables. Both employees took their time and gave great costumer service, making suggestions and answering all my questions. I mentioned how the last shop I went to sold me a bunch of bum dispoables so they had me try out my purchases before I left. One did not work and they replaced it on the spot! This will probably be the only place I go to from now on because Ill get great service and quality products.

This is the spot in Pflugerville! They have the best shop with a wide variety and range of some really good products. As a native of da Bay Area I was worried I wasn’t gonna find a place that had what I needed but they absolutely do. Big shout out to Adrien for the excellent customer service.If you looking for some good stuff hit up Vape X and you will not be disappointed.

Stopped by to pick up a few pre rolls. Adrian was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. There so many different things I’d like to try there.

I dont have grocery money now because they made a ghost charge on my account that they are saying will take up to 7 days to come back to me. I can definitely understand technical difficulties but thats something that effects their customers in such horrible way. Im really sad because theyre the closest vape shop to where I moved but now I definitely dont feel comfortable ever going back.

Vape X is by far the best smoke shop my husband and I have visited, and we’ve been to a ton of them. Adrien is the MVP so patient, very very friendly, and so helpful. Single-handedly the greatest store in the north western hemisphere. Not simply smoke shops, but every set of walls enclosed by roofing that claims itself to be a vendor of goods. This humble storefront reigns above them all. The clerk, without exaggeration, saved my life - a debt I will gratefully and forever be paying to them. If you ever are in the grace of god to be on the corner of dessau and applewood visit and stay a while.

Never thought Id have a favorite smoke shop, but these guys are really killing it!!!! Edna was so kind and welcoming as soon as I stepped through the door and helped me as much as she could with product questions. (Loving what she helped me pick out, btw). There is so much to pick from/browse through. The prices seemed reasonable and maybe even slightly cheaper than most places Ive found in the Austin area. Everything was well stocked and organized and the vibe of the place was super cute and fun. I feel weird saying that I cant wait until I have to go back. Thank you for making a small errand so enjoyable. 😊

I entered their raffle and paid for my ticket in-store. When Jonathan quit, they charged him a second time for my already-paid for ticket just because we know each other. I wouldnt be surprised if they also removed my name from the raffle and pocketed the $20. Very poorly run and unorganized business. Prices are constantly being raised and products are never in the same place. I shopped there to support Jonathan but I will take my business elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend as everyone left doesnt seem to know anything about what they are selling. There are much better smoke shops located in Pflugerville.ETA: Jonathan quit Monday, why would he show up on Wednesday? Youre spreading the lies, especially when you told him one of the tickets he bought was the one for me that I already paid for. You stole my money, plain and simple. Poor management and ownership all around.

I work at the Amazon up the road, decided to stop by here at the last minute after reading all the good reviews. Glad I did, the associate Kriss was extremely helpful, and able to help me find everything I needed and more! Friendly service, AMAZING prices!! I’ll be telling everyone I know about this spot! This place was really impressive compared to the other smoke shops in the area. It has a really great selection of pieces and accessories. The staffs always super chill and definitely knows what theyre talking about. Best part is the prices are way better then anywhere else around

After a long hot day of road-tripping through America with friends, we were parched, hot and in need of nicotine. That was until we came across this quaint Vape shop in the most unique named town of phlugerville. There we met with the most sweetest soul on the planet who was working that day, named Edna Dueñas. Immediately after we came in, she noticed how thrown we were from the lack of nicotine and Texas heat. Immediately she asked if we’re okay and wanted water. How hospitable and what great customer service I thought. She then proceeded to seek out all our wants and needs meanwhile giving us a great experience. It’s almost as if I knew Edna my whole entire life. VapeX Smoke Shop is great, but having Edna there made it a memory I will probably remember long into my senior years.
