They kept it open for me when I went around 9:15. Although she was petite she did some WORK! and her pressure exceeded my expectations ! All private rooms with doors.

Massage was good. The reason that I am only giving them one star is because when I was leaving the girl insisted I give a tip. And I had already paid $70 for a one hour massage which is way more than what their website states. I have never been asked for a tip in this manner. Very unprofessional, and I will never ever go back to this place again.

Ask for Lena. She is the BEST masseur I’ve ever had and I go to many in different states when we travel. She was incredible. She knew exactly where I was more tense and hit the right areas to make me feel like a human again. Loved it - Loved her!

Advertised Happy Hour from 10-12. Went in at 11:30 and they said they cant do the $5 discount because the massage will end after 12. It was my first time going and I tried to persuade them on giving me the discount but they wouldnt even consider it. I usually treat a lot of my friends and family to these massages so they really just missed out on a great referral source. Treat your customers well and theyll keep giving you their money. If not, well then welcome to the power of a google review. There are plenty of these establishments around with similar pricing, find one that will treat you right. Hard Pass on this one.

I called and scheduled an hour and a half message. Got a call back and asked if I could do a hour instead. I agreed. Upon my arrival, I was asked to pay first and I did and I had the worst experience ever! I do not think the person was licensed she was all over the place and did not care about my comfort. Not only did I have a bad experience on what was supposed to be an hour which turned out to be 50 minutes she asked me for a tip. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This used to be my massage spot, but I went in today and they were beyond rude to me. With the significant price change, I needed a second to make a decision on which massage I wanted. The lady didnt even give me one minute, and started giving me attitude saying oh my god like she couldnt stand that I asked for a second to make up my mind. It was such an unpleasant interaction, I literally walked in and turned around and walked out.

Not even worth one star. Tried to plan a romantic night with my wife. Arranged our appointment a day prior and arranged child care for our little one. Was given a confirmation of 5:30 for our couples massage in Pflugerville. An hour prior to our appointment we were asked to go to the Austin location. Finally after convincing the boss that we could not make it to Austin they changed our appointment to 6:30. Upon arrival they did not want to accept our pre paid voucher, after several minutes of dispute they allowed us to our room. Thankfully my wife had an ok experience. But throughout our massage the boss answered his phone while still in the room with us and left the room twice to book appointments. During our massage him and the lady that was working on my wife were talking and laughing. I highly do not recommend this location for a massage to anyone!!!

First off, I do not recommend this business for any service. When you make an appointment you expect that time to be reserved for you. You do not expect to arrive at your appointment and be told there is a 45 minute wait. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise couples massage reserved for my fiancé and myself. What a disappointment!

Clean, polite and comfortable place. He was a very nice man. He did more than the job itself! He knew where I was tense. He put the right amount of pressure all over my body! I’m definitely coming back. My body feels amazing!

The guy that was giving me a massage answered a phone call in the middle of the session, kept massaging me with one hand at the same spot, I felt him put his phone down few times next to my head. Eventually I looked up and he was indeed on his phone while massaging me with just one hand. I stopped the session, requested my money back and left. Unacceptable!The lady that massaged my fiance did an outstanding job by the way.

Absolutely amazing. Beyond professional. The last time I went I had a shoulder issue, when done shoulder issue had vanished. I honestly cant say enough about this place.

I called twice and told them I had a Groupon. The first person told me I have to call again Dec 1 because they dont have a schedule for Dec yet which was weird. So I called Dec 2. They scheduled an appt with me and so I came in and they told me they arent doing Groupon anymore even though I told them over the phone. Total waste of my time. Theyre just trying to get you in the building so youll pay more than the Groupon. Skeevey.

They literally ignored me after I made an appointment with them for a couples massage. Not a very nice thing to do to parents on date night..... Arrived 15 minutes early and stayed 15 minutes after appointment time, to a locked door,but the lights on- also left 3 voicemails. Will be requesting a refund as we also already paid.

My wife and I had a couple massage lastnight. We had scheduled it in Pflugerville for 6pm. The boss messaged 45 mins before our appointment and asked if we could go to the Austin location. We explained that we need to have it in Pflugerville because we have a babysitter watching our little one. He agreed to do it in Pflugerville. So we get started with our massages the boss who was working on my wife stopped twice during her massage to answer the phone while he was still in the room with us. Left the room twice to book appointments. And was talking and laughing with the lady that was working on me during the whole massage. We were very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior and would not suggest anyone coming here for a massage. We will not be back.

Bought 3 gift certificates less than a year ago $130; they refused to honor even though they were not expired because the owners changed. Don”t recommend-not reliable!!

Walked in today to be greeted by very friendly staff. Amy did an absolutely amazing job on my back and feet. The environment was pleasant and the price was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
