I always love coming to this location (Pflugerville-ish). Every employee is super chill but there is one girl specifically who is always extremely friendly everytime I come in. (I gotta get her name ug!) Anyways she is always the best, nothing better than an employee who is super consistent with the absolute best customer service. 10/10 recommend stopping by!

This is hands down the best vape shop around. The new store is amazingly clean and the staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and they carry some great products. Their custom flavors are fantastic and theyre willing to let you sample as many as you want until you find what tastes best to you. Great experience... Ive been going here for almost 2 years and I would never go anywhere else. They have the best variety of flavors and the vape oils have a fresher taste then any other oils Ive ever tried. All I have to say is wow! We went in to Cloudhouse because I have been a regular smoker for 12 years, and I wanted to quit and get my own vape so I can ween off the cigs. We were helped by Joly, who is literally the sweetest human ever! She was super knowledgeable and helpful, and I really felt like she cared about us and our business. She knew answers in DEPTH to all my questions and was super happy to help. I ended up getting the same setup that she has, and it is exactly what I want in a vape. Smooth and quiet. :) she also taught me while she was mixing up 4 of their in-house made vape juices (which are amazing btw!). I can’t recommend this place enough. Support local businesses and go to this place, you won’t regret it!!!

My experience at the Round Rock location has been nothing short of awesome! Every person that works here is personable, kind, and knowledgeable. One of the employees even bought my book in an effort to support me in my passion which was extremely considerate. Whenever I stop in I feel like I’m just hanging out with friends. I think those are the best kind of employees to have, and this is coming from a manager.

I would absolutely recommend these guys they know exactly what theyre talking about. They helped me pick out a new mod and juices based on my needs. They did steer me away from salt nic.... however it was for a good reason. They actually care about their customers and their health. And when we went to check out, they discovered they didnt have the right batteries for my mod. Instead of trying to up sell or give me a mod I didnt want, they offered a solution and checked their 2nd location for the batteries. They set them aside for us so we could just run by and pick them up. They are extremely knowledgeable, offer the best help with a smile and they are my new favorite store.

Everytime I come in they are more than happy to help you with what you need and are very helpful in informing you on their products and vape juice I havent had one bad experience at this place yet and I go to it everytime it is probably the best shop in the north local area..

Large, clean, well lit, and well thought out design. The staff I talked with were friendly, pleasant, and you could joke with a little. I liked being able to try some of the flavors listed in their ‘menu’. My one complaint is that there really isn’t enough parking for the stores location. Prices are comparable to other vape shops in the area.

Always the friendliest service! They custom make to your nicotine %. I personally just like the great flavor selection they have. Staff always has great suggestions if you are having trouble deciding. They also carry alot of the coils you cant seem to find anywhere else. They rock!!

Went in tonite for a battery charger and new tank the representative there I being a dumbo didn’t get her name but she has pretty green eyes! She was super helpful and had a sweet friendly disposition, I recommend cloud house vapor. My experience was beyond expectations.

Ive been a few times. All of the staff that were there each visit were very helpful. The juice is really good. So far Ive only tried H20 and Capis Cheesecake. The cheesecake is a really decadent flavor that only gets better with age. Im excited to try other flavors but Capis Cheesecake is gonna be my go to.

I’ve had to go in almost every week for the past 4 weeks because of issues I’ve been having with my vape (nothing that was caused by them) and the staff was more than helpful. I learned NOT to charge my vape in my car anymore lol and bought a new vape that I absolutely love and also learned that I should be prepping my coil differently to get the best flavoring and help from burning through them so quickly. All thanks to the friendly staff. Thank you so much for helping me with everything these past few weeks and suggesting which juices I should try.! You guys are amazing!

Stopped in today and purchased some house juices. I have to say, the strawberry fried ice cream is a HEAVY HITTER! New favorite! Also the Blueberry vanilla ice cream is now in my top 10! Purchased 2 other house juices and cant wait to try them. Key lime cheesecake and Blueberry lemonade. I highly, highly, highly recommend this vape shop for the quality of their house juice alone. Great selection of devices, very limited premium juice selection. More expensive for devices than other places but they have a great rewards program where you can earn money off. I used to vape their house juice when I was a new vaper and it’s the best house juice I had. Blue Raz Can’t Stop was my jam for a very long time. Very solid blue raspberry candy flavor. Staff is always friendly.

Cloudhouse was recommended to me by a friend at work. I went in everyone said hello, a young girl and older gentleman. From that point really it was dead air it really became uncomfortable. I said I needed a battery charger and really anything that peaked my interest I would have bought. I dropped hints that I wanted to get my wife a mod and tank, but It needed to be ” girlie”. But it just stayed quite, no recommendations ,have you seen have you tried, nothing just us looking at each other I guess it might have been early in the morning, I just feel that there should have been more interaction with the customer about the products you sell. But it was just dry silence it hurt to the point I just didnt even want to ask about the juices. So, all in all, I came away with what I needed but nothing more. So thats a plus and why I gave 3 stars.

Great place with plenty of options and great customer service. Madison went in-depth and literally explained every pod based vape they had in store. Incredible haha. I must of spent a hour with her as she went over the finer points of every device. Ive been to other vape shop and, as I new to vaping, left feeling uninformed and disappointedd Now I feel like I can pass the test without ever having the study guide. I had absolutely no idea where to even begin with vaping but I told Madison that I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes and she helped me with everything from changing a coil, priming said coil, to picking a flavor and nic level. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, super friendly and the shop is very clean. They have a reward points system and even remembered my birthday lol. Seriously one of the best shops I have been to. Vibe is beyond that of any of the other shops. They stay open till ten ish. Which is better than nine ish, Cause you never know when youre going to need something. Super helpful on anything and everything vape related. Prices are fair, especially when on a budget, and always ready with recommendations or alternatives to help you get back to vaping. I came here to purchase CBD juice hoping to get some relief from my anxiety. I am a newbie and came here looking for guidance. After being shown the selection I was recommended to purchase the 5th Element brand. I was a little reluctant because it was the most expensive of the bunch but I was so desperate for relief of my symptoms that I purchased it. 3 weeks in and I feel absolutely no change in my anxiety. The attacks still come full force and remain for the same amount of time as they did before I started the CBD juice. I tried doing research on the CBD juice I purchased and there is absolutely NOTHING I could find on this brand. No clue where it is manufactured, how concentrated it is or if it’s hemp or cannabis derived. I’m frustrated that I dropped $50 on a product that does not deliver results. Please be wary of this brand if you are looking for real results. I will be ordering my juice online form now on. 3 stars for...the atmosphere, the juice tasted pretty good and the employees are very welcoming.

Everytime Ive gone to Cloudhouse Vapor, on McNeil or in Pflugerville, I get to chat with folks I genuinely like and catch up with. They have all equipment need for vaping, which help me quit death sticks for over a year plus. Favorite flavors: Matts Tears, Blue Razz Cant Stop, Slushie, just to name a few.Just found out today, they also have Water Pipes and good looking glass pipes for good prices, I picked up a beautiful elephant silicone piece for my wife!! Also got CBDs for the pups during thunder storms and 7/4. I wont shop any where else tbh, I like the folks.

Bought three bottles of vape juice, and two pods for the suorin air plus. One of the bottles was salt nic which the mixture of VG/PG is supposed to be 50/50 instead they made it 70/30 which completely burnt out one of the brand new pods in one day. It was obviously my bad for not realizing it sooner but being a vape store that mixes house juices they should have known how to properly mix it. I wasted almost $25 between the pod and one bottle of juice which is completely useless! Super disappointed. And unfortunately I was only passing thru the area, I live 3 1/2 hours away so can’t even return it!
